The property was really nice with an amazing view, very peaceful and the swimming pool was great. Location is just perfect next to everything, 10 minutes from supermarket and about 15 minutes from all beaches. We really enjoyed our stay. We recommend this house. Thanks Nick for everything.

Not your average villa, this old farmhouse has bags of character, is very well equipped and has an amazing view down the valley to the sea.

Beautifully located at the top of a valley with distant sea views and a breeze blowing in to cool you down on the hottest of days. Total privacy and seclusion which is what I wanted to get away from it all. Spacious villa with a small single room and a single bed in an alcove downstairs and 2 giant bedrooms up stairs, both with a double and single bed within. Glorious generous sized pool with a wonderful view was a jewel to have. Nick the owner couldn’t have been more helpful with communication and advice. All in all just wonderful.

Ruhige Lage, tolle Aussicht, privater Pool!

Fantastic Place. Heaven!
What a find! (Thank you Rolfey!) We had such a wonderful holiday in Casa Udi that we’re still missing it! We went for a fortnight in September with our (ridiculously active) 2 year old son and were a bit nervous that we’d get home just as exhausted as when we arrived. We needn’t have worried!
In addition to regular emails providing all relevant information regarding our holiday prior to departing, Nick had given us a brilliantly detailed description of the property and the potential hazards for a toddler so we arrived feeling very well prepared. He had also ensured that a stair gate, travel cot, high chair and playpen were delivered to the villa prior to our arrival. Absolutely brilliant!
On arrival at Casa Udi (a straightforward drive from the airport) you are greeted by the beautiful pool on the huge terrace and stunning views. Really quite breathtaking. The villa is spacious, light and well maintained and just so unbelievably peaceful! We spent our mornings on the beautiful, child friendly beach (El Portet), our afternoons by the pool, and our evenings eating and drinking on the terrace, listening to music and marvelling at the colour changing lights in the pool! The aim of this holiday (our first in 3 years) was to fully relax away from the stresses of work and urban life and we honestly could not have asked for more. This is a place we will hopefully get to know very well as we are already planning our next trip. And the one after that. Perfection. Thank you Nick!

A quiet and beautiful hideaway
Your experience:
This year we wanted to treat the family to a well earned break and to celebrate the finishing of school for both our children! Well, Casa Udi was the perfect place to do this and everyone, even the teenagers, found it to be the perfect holiday! The villa is set in a quiet and beautiful location, amongst vineyards and a scattering of other properties. It is very private and not overlooked. I would recommend a car for convenience and to explore the local area and beaches, particularly El Portet at Moraira and Granadella nearby for an early morning dip! Local markets or supermarkets close by when needed.
The pool was a godsend due to the high temperatures and well maintained and clean and we did our best to keep the pine needles out as a welcome gentle breeze picked up during the day. The villa is very comfortable and simply fitted out ( as fincas should be) but extremely functional and well equipped! We were very hot at night as the temperature didn't drop much so glad to have plenty of fans available. Nick, the owner, was brilliant and kindly phoned before we left to make some recommendations for our stay! All of his advice was spot on and made for an even better stay. He is an excellent communicator and responded promptly to any queries we had. All in all it really was a fantastic, relaxing, scenic and comfortable stay in a beautiful part of Spain and highly recommended! Certainly plan to return but maybe earlier or later Summer months. Thank you Nick for sharing Casa Udi with us - it is a gem!

At arrival we were amazed by the relaxing and stunning view, 100% pivacy. Located nearby Benitatxell (10 min. walk), shop and the sea of Moraira. The finca is authentic and felt like home, kitchen is equiped completely. No comments on the organisation and hygienic. Kids loved the party lights in the pool and the outdoor douche with stunning view. During the day a lovely wind breeze makes sure you can endure the summer temperatures very well. Beautiful nature and culture to explore by scooter : Altea, Calpe, Moraira, Javea, Denia, Ondara, Teulada, ... Beautiful small Calas for snorkeling. Each time you arrive back at the finca after some outdoor activities, you are direct zen. Tip : a small windfree corner (for the late night rummikub games ;-)

Chilled out Vacation
It was very relaxing, and the Villa was fairly comfortable, but Rustic and really needs updating, or the description of the amenities need updating. for instance the website stated ceiling fans, these were free standing and rather noisy, the TV was thrown under a pile of stuff under the stairs, so we assumed it did not work, not really an issue for us, but for a family with young children then it might be.
It was stated that there was no BBQ yet there was bags of charcoal stored in the cupboards under the sink etc.
The Pool although nice and clean is plagued by Pine needles, and need cleaning out on a regular basis so it would be nice to have working tools to do this rather than a child's fishing net on a pole.

Quiet and rustic villa with superb views
A beautiful place with plenty of space and convenient parking. The weather for us was not too good, so we were unable to appreciate the outdoor life that the villa offers. But we did manage to eat outside twice enjoying the rural surroundings and tranquility. The hot outdoor shower was a bonus after swimming and to prevent the morning bathroom rush. The view is superb and we can imagine that it would be even more so when the sun shines. It was well equipped, but no BBQ which we put down to the ban on fires and BBQs in the region during our stay. There is a great dining area if you do need to eat inside and several handy games are provided. Two fans assist with the villas air circulation. Great location for exploring the region. We had a fabulous time and we would recommend a stay at Casa Udi.

A secluded and special getaway in a great location
Casa Udi had everything we needed for the perfect holiday, and it really felt like a home from home.
The pool was great fun and the views from the house were absolutely stunning!
It was such a peaceful stay, in a beautifully secluded location, but was only a 10 minute drive to Moraira, which has great restaurants and bars - many lovely evenings spent here.
We can't wait to visit Casa Uda again!

A little bit of paradise
This has been my third visit, and I'm missing it already. The house is rustic, but that's what I love. It has all the essentials, wifi, dishwasher, washing machine, so you can still travel light. If you want a holiday to escape the noises & stresses of modern day living, this house is like medicine. Yet it's a 10 minute drive from the beautiful Moraira with the sea, shops & restaurants. I'm looking forward to my next visit already.

Stunning views, everything you need
This was our second visit to Casa Udi and we loved it just as much this time as the last - perhaps even more so. The finca is charming and rustic and has everything you need to make it a comfortable and relaxing stay. It is also clean and very well looked after.
And the views - just stunning!
We found the location to be perfect - peaceful and rural but a short walk to Benitatchell where you'll find a bakery, butcher, phamacy, market, bank and lovely, friendly restaurants serving really great quality food. I would recommend hiring a car and visiting neighbouring towns - we particularly loved the historical old town in both Teulada and Benissa and their authentic Spanish feel.
We had a fantastic time and we didn't want to leave. I can't wait to go back!

Fantastic peaceful Finca
Great communication with Nick before we left which made us feel really confident we had made the right choice. The views are fabulous and even when it was raining we stood outside with umbrealla's and just gazed at the twinkly lights on the hill. Lovely comfy accommodation with everything you would need. Loved the pool and the general location and had many walks around the roads overlooking the vineyards. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic Mountain Retreat
Peaceful surroundings, with fantastic views all the way across the mountains to the sea. This wasn't the first time we stayed at Casa Udi and I hope it's not the last. I found it the perfect combination of solitude (no noisy neighbours) and socialising – it's a short walk into Benitaxchel, where there are great bars and restaurants, butchers and bakers, supermarkets and banks. It's also close enough to the coast to make beach trips daily. There are buses, but I'd advise hiring a car because the surrounding area is beautiful and well worth exploring. The house itself is large enough not to feel cramped, with a good-sized pool and patio for the days we just wanted to laze about and read. The only drawback – going home.

Cassa Udi, the perfect getaway.
Casa Udi villa is idyllic. The views are breathtaking. There's no better way to wake up, than drinking your first cup of tea sat at the lovely wooden table looking out over the vineyards & far reaching sea views.
The villa is perfectly situated for days out at the nearby beaches of Moraira & el Portet, or eating out at lovely restaurants which can be reached with a 10 minute walk into Benitachell, or a short drive to the local town of Moraira. Moraira also has some lovely shops & a market.
If you're looking for somewhere for some R&R, cassa udi is the perfect escape from the stresses of life. With a view that is instantly calming, the traditional villa has everything you need. The kitchen has plenty of utensils for a group, and the tables, both inside & out are large enough to sit several around. The sun loungers are really comfortable, and the pool & the fir tree are just perfect for cooling down when the temperature is up.
All in all, this has to be the best holiday we've ever had.

A place where we could truly relax and kick back.
Really sweet property in a tranquil place just far enough away to be quiet and peaceful, yet close enough to pop into town for lovely restaurants, looking out to sea. We called Casa Udi our sanctuary. The perfect place for a relaxing, get away from it all break. Good facilities and well equipped kitchen too.
