Bis auf die fehlende Tür beim Badezimmer (inkl. Toilette) war es ein entspannter Aufenthalt.

• sehr modernes Badezimmer inkl. Regendusche mit Lichtern • genügend Handtücher • großer Fernseher mit Streamingdiensten wie Netflix • Kühlschrank inkl. einem kleinen Gefrierfach, Geschirrspüler, Backrohr, ausreichend Geschirr (außer Pizzaroller ist so ziemlich alles zu finden) • sieht wirklich so aus wie auf den Bildern • beschriebene Ausstattung ist vorhanden • freundliche Kommunikation bei Nachrichten an die Unterkunft

• Es gibt innerhalb des Apartments keine Türen - also nur eine „Wohnungstür“, aber keine Badezimmertür (das WC befindet sich im Badezimmer…ohne Tür) • Wir hatten das Top 1 im Erdgeschoss und da war es im gesamten Apartment ziemlich dunkel (also was das Tageslicht angeht - das elektrische Licht ist hell genug) • Beim Betreten des Apartments hat es komisch (morschig) gerochen, das hat sich durch ausgiebiges Lüften jedoch gelegt. • Für meine Verhältnisse hätte es noch sauberer sein können, aber das ist Gewohnheits- bzw. Geschmackssache. (bisschen staubig, ein Käfer im Bad und ein Insekt in der Bestecklade) • wenig Parkplätze und öffentlich schlecht angebunden (keine Schnellbahn oder UBahn in Gehnähe), aber das können die Besitzer der Apartments natürlich nicht ändern Mich hat Folgendes nicht gestört, aber manche Gäste mögen das vielleicht nicht: Es gibt nur eine Bettdecke (für 2 Personen)

Looks beautiful, a lot of things that you may need

Should be cleaned better, there was a dust and some spots on the bathroom facilities. Another issue was with wifi, there was no wifi and router at the first day. On second day they brought the router but it didn’t work, on third day of my stay came another worker to fix it but didn’t do anything. So I just used my roaming because I didn’t want to stay all the time waiting at the place for someone to fix. I think everything should be checked in advance and make it work before check in. Would be helpful to have the clear instructions on some issues (especially wifi) and getting the key, because in the chat is slow response so you need to call the manager all the time.

I loved the location of the apartment. Kahlenberdorf is a sweet little village with a great little restaurant that’s open Th-Sun. You can walk up the hill into the vineyards and enjoy a walk along the river path down across the street. Only a 20 minute ride into the city and so nice to be out of the tourist congestion

It was a bit hot in summer, but cooled down at night just fine
