The penthouse with its large terrace is in the lively and full of shops center of San Benedetto del Tronto and a 10 minute walk from the beaches.
Perfect for a vacation, but also for working remotely or for a family stay.
It is a bright and sunny apartment with a large terrace full of flowering plants and a shady pergola, on the fifth and top floor of a building in a quiet street.
The apartment has been renovated with great care in the choice of materials and furnishings.
The rooms are equipped with everything you need to spend a comfortable and pleasant holiday. The furniture, the colors, the materials give a pleasant "soul" to the house.
A large terrace offers pleasant hours and allows you to stay outdoors, under the pergola covered by straws and jasmine to read you can dine after a tiring day at the beach or drink a good glass of wine.
Two bikes are available on paymento of small fee.
The apartment is the welcoming refuge from which to leave in the morning to visit the many places of historical and naturalistic interest in the surrounding area, and where to return in the evening to relax. Thanks to its geographical position and thanks to its excellent railway and motorway connection, San Benedetto is the ideal starting point for day trips and for visiting the main historic cities of Piceno and central Italy. The nature of the three National Parks (Laga National Park, Sibillini National Park, Gran Sasso National Park) is one hour away.

The apartment was wonderful. Nicely decorated and enough space. The same for the terrace, with lots of flowers and the possibility to be in the sun or shade. Lucia gave us lots of tips what to do and where to eat and informed if everything was ok. We had a very good time in San Benedetto!

This was one of our favorite apartments, the views, the terrace, wish we could’ve stayed longer. The location was close to restaurants and the grocery store was right next door. We would recommend 21Gram restaurant for pizza. Everything about the apartment was ideal, very clean, our host Lucia explained everything, we enjoyed our stay and were sad to leave. Highly recommend the rental.

Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet in zentraler Lage, aber in ruhiger Seitenstrasse. Die Terrasse ist eine richtige Ruheoase. Alles sehr gepflegt. Lucia hat sich sehr herzlich um uns gekümmert und hat uns mit vielen Tipps versorgt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Einziges Manko: kein Parkplatz am Haus, man findet kostenlose Parkflächen in 10 Min. Gehzeit. Das sollte in der Anzeige erwähnt werden. Uns hat es bei unserem Aufenthalt nicht sehr gestört.

Casa accogliente, arredata con grande gusto, ben attrezzata e pulita. La terrazza è semplicemente splendida e godibilissima. Non potrebbe non essere così vista la professionalità, la gentilezza e le attenzioni che Lucia e suo marito ci hanno riservato.

The apartment was very clean and modern. Lucia met us at the apartment and explained where to go for good restaurants. If we had any questions, she responded immediately. We definitely will be back!

Zauberhafte Wohnung mit toller Aussicht...

...ein sehr schönes Appartment, liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Dachterrasse ist wunderschön und das ganze nur 2 Parallelstraßen von der Fußgängerzone entfernt. Dennoch leise. Die Parkplatzsituation ist wie von Vormietern beschrieben. Für uns in der Nachsaison war es kein Thema auch in unmittelbarer Nähe immer wieder einen Parkplatz zu finden. Unsere eigenen Fahrräder konnten problemlos auf dem abgeschlossenen Innenhof abgestellt werden. Lucia ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie ist stets erreichbar, wenn es Fragen gibt und hat gute Tipps für den Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank Lucia, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Siamo stati una settimana in famiglia con bimbo duenne. Tutto molto facile e comodo. La terrazza per godersi i pranzi e cene all aperto in relax, le bici per girare, il mare vicino, il centro storico a due passi, la casa accessoriata in tutto il necessario e anche di più. La cordialità della proprietaria. Da ripetere.

Abbiamo soggiornato 10 giorni in questo bellissimo appartamento dove ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene (eravamo in tre e malgrado l'interno non sia grandissimo gli spazi sono molto ben organizzati e siamo stati davvero comodi). La terrazza è stupenda! A disposizione degli ospiti vi sono anche due bici con seggiolino per bambino, in questo modo abbiamo potuto non usare l'auto per tutta la durata del soggiorno. L'abitazione si trova in una zona strategica, vicina sia al mare che al centro. La proprietaria Lucia è stata sempre molto gentile e disponibile. Grazie davvero di tutto.

Das Appartement ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben die Abende auf der Terassse genossen. Durch die vorhandenen Fahrräder waren wir mobil. Das parken vor Ort war nicht möglich, allerdings hat Lucia uns zu einem Parkplatz gelotst wo unser Wagen 14 Tage gut stand. Lucia war freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat dazu beigetragen das wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub in San Benedetto del Tronto verbracht haben. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

We stayed here for 3 weeks in Aug/Sept. The apt is lovely with nice furnishings and decor. The terrace is spectacular with a view out over the town. The location is perfect. It is on quiet street but next to a store where you can find everything you need. The store also has a rotating menu of prepared food to bring back and heat up in the microwave or on the stove. The prepared food from the store is really good and we did that half of the time.There are several cafes within a few blocks and we found them all to have excellent coffee and pastries. It is a short 2 block walk to the pedestrian corridor and the same to the center of town. It is about 10 minutes to walk to the beach. The apt comes with 2 bikes which we used everyday to go up and down the coast, get around town and just to explore. The wifi functions perfectly. There is a washing machine and iron. Lucia is a very helpful host and gave us good tips prior to our stay, she checked in with us during our stay and also gave us a lift to and from the bus during arrival and departure. We had a wonderful and relaxing trip..thank you Lucia and Lucio!

Fijne communicatie met Lucia, de eigenares van het appartement. Zowel bij ontvangst als nadien bij allerlei vragen. Appartement is goed uitgerust, verblijf daardoor erg comfortabel. Veel wind op het terras tijdens ons verblijf, maar daar zijn enkel de weergoden voor verantwoordelijk. Vijf minuten te voet van centrum, tien minuten van het strand, en toch zeer rustig. Een aanrader.

Sehr geschmackvoll renoviertes Apartement mit schöner Dachterasse. Wenige Gehminuten ins Zentrum, mit den beiden Fahrrädern ist man auch schnell an Strand. Die Vermieter sind freundlich und hilfreich mit guten Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants. Eine absolute Emofehlung!

L'appartamento è davvero molto accogliente, spazi giusti, arredato con buon gusto , fornito di aria condizionata e pale ventilatori a soffitto, pulito ed ordinato. È dotato di tutto gli utensili in cucina, il bagno inoltre ha una bella doccia comoda e moderna. Noi Abbiamo vissuto una magica atmosfera sul terrazzino che offre un bel panorama e dove è possibile cenare a chiar di luna o fare una bella colazione con il tepore del primo mattino. La posizione dell'appartamdnto è strategica, vicino sia al mare che al centro. La signora Lucia, la proprietaria è stata molto gentile e disponibile. A nostra disposizione c'erano anche due bici con le quali abbiamo goduto della pista ciclabile che costeggia il mare. Ci tofneremo di sicuro al più presto, magari per un soggiorno più lungo.
