Very old, worn hotel. Signage is terrible. Location is great. Clean up the bums & drunks inside & out.

We came to Winnipeg for a NHL game. The hockey venue was only 1 block away. The staff was helpful and the room was excellent.

I had a 2 queen bed room booked for my son and a friend - when they checked in they were told they was only 1 bed in the room and then paid extra to upgrade to 2 beds???? This should be against regulation when 2 beds was reserved. Not happy.

The staff was kind, friendly and professional. Good breakfast. We had a pleasant stay.

Went to a Jets game and the hotel was in the perfect location- right across the street. Also a close 15 minute walk to the Red River, Winnipeg sign and Forks market. My only issue with the stay was being charged $20 for early check in. The room is ready- why can’t I just have the room? Very silly to have charged me for a room that I was going to get in a couple hours anyways.

Overall great for the price. Room was mostly clean. The only big negative was that the shower was cold and lukewarm at best. We had a great view from the 26th floor.

We were accosted by unsavoury people in the lobby. Definitely ruined our stay.

Our room had a beautiful view of portage avenue along with the city skyline, we also enjoyed the variety of options offered within the buffet down at the restaurant.

Hotel room is decent, but it would be nice to have a kettle available. Also, better to upgrade/add more microwave in 12F since lots of hotel guests use it. Location is convenient since it has easy access to the airport by local bus.

The hotel was great. Used to be the Northstar when I was a kid and there was a cinema in the bottom of the building. The rooms were spacious and clean and lots of unsuspecting tourists. The area of town is very sketchy at night so beware when you go out after dark.

I always like staying here when going to concerts or meetings downtown.

the front desk lady would not give me my receipt when asked, and was rude. she told me i would get it the next day. she was very unhelpful, the microwave we had was greasy and dirty. we had an opened water bottle that was drank out of in our room. it was very noisy as we were downtown, lots of emergency vehicles.

Really kind staff who are very consistent about helping you as soon as possible. Really nice and clean. I however didn’t like the amount of times i had to get new cards(keys) for the elevators and room to work.

Not a poor-quality hotel, but certainly nothing to write home about either. I stayed at the Radisson for 5 night in early June 2024, for a conference I was attending at the RBC Convention Center. While the Delta was the designated "conference hotel," the Radisson was by far the more economical option -- but very lacking in amenities as a result.
There was no complimentary breakfast, or any obvious place to eat at all for that matter. At the time of my stay, I was unaware of any restaurant that was attached to the Radisson; apparently, after the fact, I've discovered that there was indeed some "Resto 12" that was on the 12th floor, and possibly some mystery lounge on one of the upper floors. I knew nothing about these, because none of this was explained to me at my check-in.
There might have been a hotel shuttle? I don't know. I took a cab from the airport to the hotel, and then an Uber from the hotel back to the airport. Again, this option was never presented to me.
Cleaning was hit-or-miss. There were times I chose to use my room for an hour or two during the day, and that prevented the staff from cleaning my room since I would hang the do not disturb sign at those times. The drinking glasses provided for the room were never changed, meaning I was reusing the same glasses for 5 days.

I love the Radisson. Great rooms and great staff.
