I had a great stay Staff was amazing and very friendly. They assist me w/ handicap access and first floor room. Early check in. Staff was very helpful w/ all my accommodations , Room and Breakfast area was clean. For sure recommend and would come back in the future.

Very clean. Friendly staff. Good breakfast Room was smaller than I thought with no drawer storage for clothing and not a lot of room to live out of your suitcase. You could also feel any dirt or sand you might have tracked in due to the vinyl floors.

Good value stay, the pillows on the bed were a little flat and the vent in the restroom was a bit loud but overall the stay was excellent, The TV didn't need any go around to plug my own media device into, the staff Isabel, Andrew, Rosa (Breakfast and room service), and Jocelyn were the top of the class customer service. This easily upgrades a hotel to the next star as service is a huge part of why we stay at the same location over and over.

The service and front desk associates were friendly and provided great customer service but the room we stood in looked nothing like the pictures online. There was a distinguish smell in the room almost like mold or cigarette. The overall cleanliness was about a 3/5.

If you are looking for a low budget stay this is the one for you. Tiny space to exist in even for 2 people. Bed was hard as a rock. No space to store items. The air conditioner smelled moldy and left our clothes smelling musty. There is house keeping if you request it but they apparently only change out the towel and empty the trash. They never made the bed and we stayed 5 nights. Parking is atrocious. They don’t care if people park in handicapped parking without a hang tag and they lied to us about calling a tow company. Skip breakfast unless you can live on waffles and bad coffee. Starbucks is down the street.

The Hotel was near a very busy road and the car noise was annoying the entire day and night. The ice machine was broken, the room was the size of a shoe carton, the shower could only be set to very high temperatures and the staff was not willing to help at all. The breakfast was minimal and hygiene was lacking in the breakfast room. Would not recommend this hotel unless you absolutely have to stay here!

It’s like an expensive Hotel at a tiny price! It’s PB inland a bit. Convenient location tho. Decent coffee and breakfast 6:30 am on 2nd fl above office. 👍👍 You won’t regret it. It’s a find!

I would totally not suggest this place at all our window did not open across from the elevator room 118 is awful smelled like urine had flies in it not worth it whatsoever. The front desk guy was rude. Would not give us even blankets. if you wanna feel like you’re staying at Skid Row in downtown Los Angeles or if you wanna have an experience of staying in a dumpster, go ahead and book this place I had never stayed in any places like this in my entire life. The windows don’t open no air smells like urine has flies drunk people walking around shouting go ahead and book it if you want something like this right out of a horror movie

Check-in time listed as 3pm. We arrived at 4:30 and our room still wasn’t ready. After driving 7 hours to get here, it was very frustrating to be told that we had to wait another 40 minutes before our room was ready. We were told they were actively cleaning our room, so expectation was a clean room. Sure, we had clean sheets and towels, however the floor was DIRTYYY and the dresser with the TV was dusty. There were 2 nights where we arrived back at the hotel and had literally no parking spaces. We had to leave and come back later in hopes of an open spot. Even contemplated parking at the nearby 7-11 just so we could get to our room and rest for the early morning. Once again, inconvenient and frustrating. Staff was nice, breakfast was decent, but I didn’t feel satisfied at this hotel and will not be returning. Pay more and find a better place. This one isn’t worth the price they are asking, even with location being considered.

This was a great place to stay for easy beach/ocean access! There were six of us, two under 18, two in our 30s, and two over 60. Great breakfast, clean and comfy beds, and I appreciated the laundry facility! Parking is tight but efficient. Some transient population, but no one bothered me at all even when doing laundry at night. Of course you are going to feel the moist air being this close to the water, but we had a great experience. Will definitely stay again!

The hotel is not in a secure place.There are lot of homelessness in the area, you don’t feel comfortable leaving your car in the open parking. Moreover there was people talking at sleeping hours outside the room walking in the corridor

Excellent hotel; very clean; staff was very friendly. Just a heads up for folks staying as a family: the rooms are quite small. They are great rooms and considering you only sleep there, they will do, but just be aware if you are a big people family, you may feel a bit crowded.

My only complaint was that a man stating he was from the front desk knocked on my door at close to midnight, saying there was an issue with a "minor". He seemed irritated that I wouldn't open the door to speak to him, saying "I guess we have to talk through the door?" When I checked out the following morning, I reported this, and they knew nothing of an issue with a minor! Needless to say, I was creeped out by this intrusion.

Really enjoyed my stay. The staff is amazing. The facility was clean and convenient to Mission Bay and Mission Beach. Literally a three minute walk to Mission Bay. Definitely will stay here again. I did walk my dog through the neighborhood felt safe homeless sleeping next to commercial buildings, but never bothered guest or anybody that walked by but that San Diego there’s a lot of that all over but not so bad here but I really enjoyed my stay. I had parking no additional pet fees and like I said the staff just amazing especially Gina at the front desk will be back again. Enjoyed my stay getting out of the Arizona heat
