The person at the desk that checked us in when we arrive was very polite and efficient, the room was very outdated, but clean, the bed was uncomfortable, and the furniture needed replaced

Stayed here while going to a comedy show at the La Crosse Center. Easy walking to bars and restaurants. Very clean and staff was very helpful.

Checking in, we stood there with our 1 year old for over 20 minutes while the front desk attendant was dealing with another customer about a reservation they lost. Ended up leaving and grabbing dinner and coming back. 2nd round was fine. Rooms are nice, could use some updating and maintenance. Bed was just ok. Location and layout is great though.

This is a great location! Walkable to everywhere we went! The bed was comfy and the shower was nice. Like having a separate bedroom. The breakfast was more than expected and was very good.

Bed was not comfortable, appeared to be pretty new but had minimal cushion. Breakfast was appreciated. Parking and location were excellent and nice walk to waterfront, botanical garden, and downtown.

Check in was quick and the person on the front desk was very friendly and informative. The room was very clean. The couch in the living area was too soft for us so it wasn't very comfortable. The beds were just right for me but too soft for my partner. The hotel was close to downtown and the river walk. I would stay there again.

Roomy suite which was nice. However, the bathroom needs an update. The shower and sink needs shelves to put toiletries and the grout in the tile floor was dirty. Also had a spider in the bathroom.

We had a lovely time for a recent event with my family and sisters and enjoyed every minute staying at that hotel. So convenient to walk along the river and convenient to our venues right downtown. Would stay here again

Carpet is staind throughout. Was told at check-in where the pool was but when we wanted to swim it was "pools closed, sorry for the inconvenience." Bathroom is sooo very outdated.

Let me start by saying the staff was amazing and very helpful. The lobby and breakfast area while eclectic, was very nice as well. Our room was a bit underwhelming. We had a 2 room "suite". The beds were comfortable, but the carpeting was dirty, there were very little for decorations on the walls, the glass doors that seperated the bed rooms from the living room were dirty and the chairs in the kitchenette area did not match. I kind of looked like a room of left overs. The pictures and pricing on the website gave us higher expectations .

From the time we checked in until we drove away, our stay was perfect! I have not one complaint. Staff was friendly, room was comfy and clean. The location of this Hotel is perfect as it is within walking distance to downtown, the river, the gardens and the riverboat tours. We will definitely be back.

This hotel is nice and located very close to the water, Riverside Park, a walking trail, and downtown. Staff was fantastic. The rooms are a bit dated, but clean. The kitchenette is convenient and offers additional space when compared to a regular hotel room. The water was extremely soft and it took extra time to rinse off soap when washing. The breakfast was eatable, but if given given the choice again I would’ve opted to get a nicer breakfast at one of the places within walking distance from the hotel. All in all an acceptable place to sleep for the night.

First room was not wiped down or vacuumed and had dog food, debris on floor and hand prints on every surface plus brown smears on toilet seat and given new room not much better with dirty floors and pullout mattress on couch filthy . Pool disgusting and kids disappointed.

Overall, the hotel was average but a few things stood out to our group. First, the property could use some TLC. Our bathroom tiles were cracked and shifted under our feet when stepping on them. Also, a member of our group with vision impairment greatly struggled navigating through the lobby given the dim lighting. The pool was tiny (and freezing!), making it difficult for multiple families to enjoy the space at the same time. We did, however, appreciate the outdoor patio, basketball court, and mini golf course that was available in back. It was under utilized and great space for families to gather.
