This is a beautiful hotel in a perfect location. Right in the centre but bedrooms were quiet. Staff were so friendly and helpful, especially Simon on reception. We had a lovely stay here and I would highly recommend it.

Great location, nice quiet room. The shower was not the best but otherwise a nice hotel. We didn’t have breakfast there as so many places around.

We had a lovely time staying in the Oceania Hotel Nantes. The reception staff were incredible so friendly and helpful. They really made us feel at home

The location was excellent - next to the opera in centre ville. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. It was a very quiet location even though it was so central to everything.

Tiphaine, Simon and Antonin were all amazing! They each helped us with dining, transportation and Simon actually walked us to the Commerce to ensure we got on the right tram for the Olympic event we were going to. The bar staff was friendly and attentive I would highly recommend this hotel. Great location with many shops anddining options close by

The location is nice. A lot of restaurants nearby. Try "La Cigale" just opposite the Hotel. If you have a car it won't be easy to park.

We had a perfect stay! The reception was very friendly and our room was ready earlier than expected. The location is perfect and you can find many restaurants in the immediate vicinity. We were happy about the quietness in the room and we could relax very well. Also because the bed was comfortable. The whole hotel makes a well-kept impression and all the staff were courteous towards us. The room we chose was not big, but well thought out. We would definitely come again!

I loved everything! The location is just perfect. Lovely room with tall ceiling that I always like. I also appreciated the fact that i could open the window for fresh air when i wanted to, even though there was AC and worked perfectly fine too. The bed was incredibly comfortable for me! I enjoyed my sleep. The bedsheets were really soft.
I only didn't understand why the cleaning staff wouldn't refill my miniature toiletries. I had to go to the reception to ask for it two days in a row. It wasn't a problem, but confusing.
I also loved the tea but I didn't get new teabags for my third day, unfortunately.
All in all, perfect for my needs. The lobby is beautiful and there even is a piano at the bar. I didn't have time to play it but it is a bonus for sure.

Great location, very friendly staff, and the best breakfast we've had in France. And FREE parking! One caution, if you are driving. Use their map; do Not use google maps. We went around it for 45 minutes.

Really helpful staff at the hotel and very willing to speak perfect English where in fact my son and I were hoping to improve our French. They quickly realised and were patient and spoke more slowly and clearly to help us.
The room was spotless, air conditioned and comfortable. We were always greeted with a smile and the locaction, next to the opera house was perfect in every way. Not noisy like the centre but just a stroll away and yet surrounded by great shopping and restaurants.
We loved Nantes and the Hotel helped to make our stay extra special.

There were no bar staff and the bar was manned by the receptionist who had to do 2 jobs. Often there was no one at reception. Also, we were not told we needed a code to get into the inner city.so we had to walk in and ask the staff. Hotel is well situated, beautiful property and very clean.

Stayed during the lockdown. Although very limited facilities were functional due to the lockdown, every staff did everything they could do to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Certainly appreciate they efforts and we will most definitely be back next time... hopefully when the country and the world is out of this Corona chaos.

Like most big cities in France this downtown hotel is in a traffic restricted zone. Hotel and the booking applications won't tell you that. Good luck accessing the hotel by car. Call the hotel first if you can. It's a OK place but rooms are pretty small and taking Covid as an excuse they offer a very cheap breakfast unworthy of a 3-star hotel.

Very central location. Close to everything. Little bit hard to come with car. Clean rooms and helpful staff. Try to get a room with window out to the square, the rooms with windows to the yard feels a little dark. Love this hotel. I miss a minibar.

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights for a little get away. We absolutely loved it. I am from America and my husband from the UK and neither of us had ever been to Nantes. We actually had never even heard of Nantes and I booked the trip on a whim. So glad we did! The staff at the hotel were so accommodating, friendly and thankfully spoke English (my husband and i are English speaking heathens!). The location could not have been better. Located right in Place Graslin next to the cannot miss La Cigale restaurant. This is essentially a pedestrian only area of town but if you take a taxi or uber they are allowed to drive through to drop you. So perfectly walkable and also just a few steps away from excellent shopping at Passage Pommeray. The room was super clean, comfortable, and save for a few late night party people on the street in a Friday night, it was quiet and peaceful. When we come to Nantes again this will be the place we stay!

This is the third time for us to stay at this location in Nantes. It is central to anything one might do for either business or pleasure. Great restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Very friendly hotel staff and very helpful to the international traveler.
2.5
Old world charm, great location and superb staff. Bathroom could use some hooks and more space for toiletries.
1.0
Pros:
1. Location - right on the corner of the Opera House on Place Graslin, right on the yellow/green line.
2. Great design.
Cons:
1. If you are not a soft pillow person you are in trouble as these are the only ones they have. Worst sleep I had in a long while.
2. Asked for a baby crib when reserving. When arrived at around midnight there was no baby crib in the room and the reception said there is no available one for tonight?! to make the long story short, he found a crib but it was broken and unsafe and he asked if it's ok for tonight?! then found another one. There's much more to it but I have limited space. Ended the saga after 1 a.m.
3. No fridge and minibar
4. No coffee machine - although it appears in all the photos.
5. Limited amenities - 2 bags of tea, paper cups, 1 super small conditioner, and soap
6. Breakfast - for 16 Euro per person the variety was very limited, in our opinion, it wasn't worth the money.
Overall, in my opinion, it doesn't stand up to 4-star hotel standards.
Conclusion: I wouldn't stay there again.
2.5
Great location for walking, sightseeing, restaurants and shopping

Great hotel. Prime location
