Great location

Wnen I booked this place, i did so because there was a gym, pool, and massage available. I pictured my self getting massages and lounging by the pool. Unfortunately we took granddaughters age 18-22 and were running constantly. There are so mant places close by to see, restaurants that are fantastic, and all walking distance or short taxi ride. Bad side, you have to call first to go to the pool, we were told so thry can bring you a robe. Granddaughters never got a robe. Also $40 extra for the jacuzzi. No thanks. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Uber is a great way to get around in the area and taxi's are abundant!

Winter time. Hotel should fix the sauna or advise at the internet that is not working for a while. Very bad.
4.2
Old …beat up…sauna and pool don’t work…nice hot tub but you can’t just use it, you have to reserve 45 minutes before…they do a nice job but the whole of Argentina is having issues
4.2
Front desk service people were very friendly, helpful and prompt at handling request. Location was convenient for buses and taxis. Good restaurants within easy walking distance. Pool was very relaxing for swimming.
4.2
Convenient, good neighborhood. Very clean. Helpful front desk-good recommendations!

We chose this place because we wanted to be close to the AEP as we had an early flight to Ushuaia. Also, we wanted a place with staff to help us arrange for a taxi, etc. The place is really close to the Japanese Garden and the Latin American Museum but about 20 to 25 min walk from all the top-notch Parillas such as Don Julio, La Carniceria, Fogon Asado, etc. The room was very modern and clean. Very quiet at night as it was at the outskirts of the main part of Palermo. The staff was helpful in storing our luggage and calling a taxi.
4.2
Continental breakfast delivered to your room within 10 min of request. Rooms are a little tired looking but clean. Would recommend and stay there again. Hop On Hop Off stop is just around the corner. Felt very safe walking in the area. A few Large parks very close by. Great location.

Good value, quiet, good location, pass on breakfast option,Martin at desk is super

This is a good solution in BA, rooms are large enough and the staff is helpful, the breakfast (served in the room) isn't great but acceptable.
4.2
Really nice stay near Aeroparque Jorge Newbery, also not too far walking distance from main areas of Buenos Aires. Rooms were spacious and clean, the breakfast was really good value also. The staff were also very friendly, also helpful. The facilities looked great too, I didn’t manage to give them a go however, due to being very tired when arriving there. I would definitely recommend the hotel to anybody staying in Buenos Aires.
4.2
The place and the service is very good skip the breakfast!!
4.2
A wonderful oasis in Buenos Aires - close to so much in the (Botanic) Palermo. The rooms are LARGE, clean, wood floors, with a balcony, "kitchen" (microwave, stove, sink fridge, electric kettle). Hot water and lots of it. Welcoming! Breakfast is delivered when you phone for it, the room cleaners come at reasonable times. Amenities too - pool, gym. A very comfortable welcoming hotel wthg MANY restaurants close by, in an interesting, walkable area in friendly Buenos Aires.
4.2
Well located hotel near excellent dining options. Walkable location. Very safe and agreeable. Staff at the hotel are not friendly though.
4.2
Close to Jorge airport
4.2
A great location in the Palermo neighborhood. If you can get on upper floors facing street, then you get great views of parks. Hotel rooms could use a little renovation. But overall a good place.
4.2
Great place to stay close to Jardin Japones and the Eva Perron Museum. Just 15 minutes from Aeroparque airport. Clean room, although could do with a little tlc and some refurbishing. Friendly staff. Pool and spa area are small but very nice.
4.2
Helpful, beautiful clean place. Massage was amazing. Plenty of dining options and walkable areas
4.2
Good location, nice staff. The pillows and the towels are awful. They need to invest more in those things if they want to keep calling the Hotel a “Spa”.
4.2
Although this was a very short stay for us being just a layover, the staff were friendly and helpful assisting us for transportation to the airport in the morning. An easy walk to many restaurants, bars and shops. I would have liked to spend more time here to experience the spa!!
4.2
The room-service breakfast was very convenient, and adequate. The front desk personnel were friendly and helpful. The location was great (nice neighbourhood) with lots of good restaurants nearby. Walkable.
4.2
Convenient location and good sized comfortable room. Had to request milk for coffee however this appears to be the case in Argentina.
4.2
Great place to stay - close to AEP airport, restaurants, good size room with facilities.
Air con struggled a little to cool the room and had to ring for milk for coffee. Were able to store luggage there for our return in a few days time which was extremely convenient. Would stay there again.
4.2
The hotel was near restaurants and other services, which was convenient. The staff were very helpful.

According to the Expedia booking site, payment at the property with the local currency came to less than 27000 pesos plus tax. However, on arrival we were told 34414 pesos. When we asked why so much the receptionist said they charge us for the Expedia commission. We said no, you are over charging. We immediately contacted Expedia and they have a file open investigating the matter. Upon arrival we met two very rude men who were speaking to each other under their breath. One did the calculation and told the other guy what to charge. They did not smile or greet us. When we asked for a proper receipt with the breakdown of the cost, they refused and told us we are not Argentinian and he gave us a receipt of 393 and a receipt for 34414. We want to pay as Expedia showed on its site, no less, no more. Please refund us the balance.

A good, clean room in a well-run hotel. Friendly, helpful staff. Gave me good advice for negotiating the city in the midst of the Argentine World Cup Victory celebrations.
4.2
Great location. Do the best they can with an older building.
Recommend eating at Massey Familia nearby. Walking distance to the posh section of town.
4.2
It’s pretty basic in amenities. Seemed a bit pricey for what the room was like. No counter space in bathroom. No wash cloths or Kleenex. No kitchen cook wear even though it had a cooktop.
4.2
Don't go to this hotel. The building is come down. The management are gangsters. Is unsafe. When you arrive they will ask you to cancel Hotels.com and say that you left and promise you a better rate to collect money in advance. After the pandemic the new managers have no clue how to run a hotel. The will see you carrying many suitcases and not offer any help. Don't waste your money here.
4.2
Noisy environment, close to Main Street and it was still noisy from traffic and people conversations on the street around midnight.
Surprised to see the room also come with a mini kitchen(could be a big plus for some people), but we only stay for the night and had to leave around 6:30, I paid for breakfast but they won’t open until after 7, and the clerk refused to give me refund for breakfast.
4.2
This is my second time staying here. It is close to Jorge Newberry airport, and parks for beautiful walks. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are large and comfortable. The hotel does show signs of wear, but not enough to deter your stay.
4.2
Clean and great location.
4.2
Very nice ! First class! Room was roomy with a table and mini kitchen!

I got bitten by spiders in the suite. Cleanliness is not their strength. Cleaning of the suite happened every other day. The don’t provide towels for the swimming pool, hence one has to take the ones from the bathroom.
4.2
Nice room and good location in a quiet area. The only issue was the Wi-Fi didnt work very well and cut out every 5 minutes.
4.2
It was close to the airport as we had an early flight the next day.
Did not like the location with loud noisy traffic on the next street over.
4.2
This is a nice boutique hotel. Its location is unusual for Buenos Aires, as the hotel is right on the edge of the beautiful Palermo residential area and is very convenient to those, like me, who have relatives living nearby. The property feels a tad tired –a peeling toilet seat here, a dangling towel hook there– but I would go back with no hesitation. I just wish they would improve their customer relations. We had paid for a room with a balcony but ours only had a tiny balcony completely filled by an air-conditioner. It turned out that they had decided to give us a larger room instead, but they never told us! Breakfast is delivered to the rooms and we were explicitly told it would be a continental breakfast. We discovered, much too late, that they could have also provided cooked items such as eggs. Our experience would have been better if such things had been communicated to us.
4.2
Location, large rooms, cleanliness.
Best place in the heart of Palermo Zoo.
