Great property, sea view balcony rooms are great. Recent refurb has done wonders for the hotel. Unlimited brunch is brilliant - great selection and plentiful. Regular busses to Palma centre and the airport so it’s well connected. Would very much recommend.

They had great facilities and the hotel looked nice... some of the staff were really friendly and others not so much... need to work on there alarm systems.

Very great . 👍 When i checked in , i saw the window was broken but i showed it to the employee and they been very helpful. I mean its not a big deal , especially since the room was always clean , the brunch was amazing and the stuff have been very helpful. I would definitely recommend this place for your next trip in Mallorca. You wont need a taxi from the airport as well. Its easy to get there via bus .

The bin on the toilet was not emptied andwas full of previous guests used hygiene-products. The elvators were terrifying to ride, and it took 40 minutes to check it with only one guest ahead of us in line. Sitting at the bar I waited 20 minutes to get served, when I finally got ahold of the people who were working there they told me they were getting ready for a new shift and it would be at least another 20 minutes before I could be served. They had seen me sit there for 20 minutes and never thought to tell me that it would be a while. Terrible service - let people know what's going on.

Sorry but by far the WORST hotel I've ever stayed in! Read the reviews before booking - they really are not exaggerating! Firstly, the staff completely ignored my request to be on the top floor - I have a medical condition which makes me very sensitive to noise - I emailed them in advance but they completely ignored it when allocating my room. I also had some problems with my booking but there was minimal assistance with this. The hotel is VERY VERY loud so just do not expect to sleep at all there - there is no seal on the balcony door so you get the noise from the WHOLE town into your room at night and I think this is the biggest balearic island so VERY loud. In addition, the cleaners start before 8am and laugh and talk loudly whilst working so you'll be woken before 8. They are VERY loud. Food is inedible - the fish looks good in the photos but when you go to eat it EVERY SINGLE piece of fish I ate there tasted like soggy tissue soaked in salt. Very cheap meat too. Horrific. You get the feeling they spend no money on food. The all inclusive drinks are cheap watered-down coke, fanta etc. supplements - no real coke. Desserts were actually yummy though. Table-clearing staff in the restaurant are loud and slam the plates round so don't expect to relax at dinner.No tea, coffee in rooms and they don't even let you take your drinks to your rooms.. which defeats the all-inclusive purpose. Not allowed take towels to the beach or the pool..also defeats the purpose. Need I say more?:(

First of all I must confess that I was not sure to book this hotel when I read the google/Expedia reviews, since there were many negatives. After staying 8 nights I can summarize my points as following: Food was great, there were many options to choose from. Menu won't get repeated even if you stay there for 8 days. I would definitely recommend you to get All Inclusive here. Service was very professional. You can easily feel that it's not at all an ordinary 3 star hotel. e.g the rooms get cleaned every day!! Staff were professional, nice and helpful. You could read in their eyes that they are happy helping you and doing what they are doing. They work great as a team. Bar is open from 11 to 23 and you can get Soft drinks and coffee for free. Beer and Wine are served at lunch and dinner, 3 per person which is more than enough. - Wifi is the only downside of this hotel which is really weak inside the rooms and my suggestion to the manager is that it can be fixed easily with very low cost. About the false reviews I need to correct them: There isn’t enough elevator: There are 4 elevators in this hotel which is more than enough Waiting queue for lunch/dinner: I didn’t observe that in my stay. The staff will prepare the emptied tables very quickly. The hotel is hard to reach: This one was the worst of them. It is right in front of the bus station which goes to Mallorca and Airport. Overall, good enough for a short stay, for 20-something-year-olds. I enjoyed the food at lunch and dinner, but the breakfast was limited and not cooked as well. I appreciated that the staff spoke English, but the person at check-in/check-out could have been more friendly and welcoming. The room overlooked a busy apartment building and the sliding glass door only helped somewhat with the noise. We did appreciate having a balcony though, and opening the door did help with the heat. We did not use the pool, as we spent most of our time visiting places around Majorca instead of staying at the hotel, but the bar with all-inclusive drinks was great, and we were served by very friendly staff there. The proximity to the beach was the reason we booked this hotel, and it was great, as well as the proximity to public transport. I probably would pick somewhere else next time, but I wouldn't deter someone else who had as little money as we did from staying here, as long as they were able to put up with the bed (which wasn't very comfortable) and the noise.

Sèche cheveux ne marchait pas. Drap troué. Siphon de douche quasiment bouchée donc douche vite inondée. Trop de bruit dans les couloirs le soir. Petit déjeuner de trop moyenne qualité. Serveuses pressées de desservir et fonce sur les chaises sans s' excuser. Accueil moyen :la réservation hôtel.com sur smartphone ne suffisait pas il fallait une impression papier de leur site. Mais finalement ils ont compris que je ne l avais pas et que j avais déjà payé. Petite Piscine ferme à 19h40 au lieu de 20h annoncé. Bref hôtel plus que moyen. Je ne recommande pas malgré le prix.

En relación calidad precio creo que está bien. Es un hotel todo incluido con un precio bastante bajo que ofrece los servicios justos y básicos. La habitación es bastante pequeña con los colchones duros y el baño muy incómodo...no hay espacio para las piernas entre el baño y la ducha...El buffet muy variado y tengo que destacar la amabilidad de los camareros, en especial de Pepe y de una chica morena majísima.Así como los camareros del buffet en general han sido agradables, no corren la misma suerte los del bar. Las chicas muy muy desagradables en todo momento...daba pereza ir a pedirles algo, parecía que molestabas.Las piscinas muy bien aunque creo que hace falta algo de mantenimiento ya que tienen baldosas rotas, sobre todo en la infantil. Los socorristas también muy agradables.En las zonas comunes creo que hacía falta aire acondicionado o un poco más de meneo de este porque por ejemplo, en la zona del kids club hace un calor realmente insoportable. En la recepción nos atendieron genial en todo momento. Muy cerquita de la playa y en nuestra opinión una zona estupenda.

Struttura con qualche anno sulle spalle, ma ben tenuta super organizzata, ottima accoglienza. Le camere sono un poco piccole . La colazione e tutti i pasti sono molto ricchi e e ben presentati però più di stampo inglese e tedesco, mondo addice molto a noi italiani. La qualità è discreta.La posizione è ottima, pochi passi dal mare e fermata autobus all'uscita dell'albergo che collega al centro di Palma e all'aereoporto.

Trevlig personal, rent och bra service. Rummet helt ok men hårda madrasser. Wi-Fi fungerade dåligt. All-inclusive, men man fick bara 3glas till lunch, 3 till middag. Maten var varierande och bra. I baren var bara läsken och kaffe/tee gratis. Nära till stranden, bra bussförbindelser

As a budget hotel I think it’s excellent value for money Could do with a bit more selection for children at meal times I highlighted an issue and this was dealt with swiftly

overall wasnt that great for the money paid, despite coming during the peak season, how any hotel in 2018 still charges for wifi is quite frankly embarrassing and a clear sign of prioritising profits before customer satisfaction as many need it after coming off a plane to be able to contact loved ones/ transfer funds to pay for rooms if currency hasnt been withdrawn and etc just make it free and charge slightly more per room rate to compensate....its simple, food served wasnt great so found myself skipping breakfast and lunch and going out to eat in the evening,cost cutting with staff as there was mostly one member of staff serving a long line of guests at a time at the bar, again a simple fix is to pour more staff into that area and if quiet then divert that resource to other areas such as pool tidy up? poor state of the hotel which needs a much needed renovation as the outside looks dated as so do the rooms I would of been blown back if inside my room was a nice modern interior with things you would expect from a hotel trying to compete with the big boys such as brightly lit LEDs, smart tvs, comfortable beds, mini fridges with bottled water replenished on a daily basis to help combat the 30-33c weather, free decently speed WiFi I know this would cost a lot of Euros but I firmly believe that this hotel if i had the opportunity to improve it myself would create a new benchmark and bring in more customers new and old who similar to me who felt like lots needed improving.

Room was not cleaned on a second day. in shower water was flowing in entire bathroom

Hotel was pretty basic. The meal times where extremely busy and food respective but all cooked well. Queue for drinks was sometimes very long so more bar staff would help. Pool didn't get much sun and was small. It was fine as a base hotel but would not go all inclusive again.
