Beautiful hotel!

Great location and very clean

Poor experience from Checking through check out. First the TV in my original room was not working properly. I went down to front desk and they said they would send maintenance to fix. As I needed to go out for a meeting, upon returning they said it checked out ok. But it was still not working. A 2nd request was made and after returning from dinner late that same day, it was still not working. I awoke the next morning, and requested a new room because not only was the TV inoperable, but there was very little water pressure and the shower didn’t warm up until after 10 full minutes. The new room they switched me to was suitable. After checking out on the 3rd day of my stay, I attempted to leave the parking garage (across the street) and found my parking card not working. I was headed to a very timely appointment and it took the attendant over 10 mins to release the gate telling me that I had checked out the day before which is why the card wasn’t working. She had to have the front desk change it in their system to reflect my true departure date before releasing me out of the garage.

It was convenient to downtown and parking was easy. While moving a college student in, it made the trip more pleasant.

Perfect for Penn State drop off. Next to target for those last minute runs and close to all restaurants. Staff was lovely and attentive

Easy access. Friendly and helpful staff. Every door in the room needed work. The closet door, bathroom door and room door were all hard to open and close. Stain on the couch.

Hotel was in a great location to access all the highlights of the campus. Staff were friendly. Parking was a nuisance. You are supposed to have in and out abilities but I had to go back and get my card fixed. Considering this is an extra fee as this is your only parking option the system should be flawless. The room was very hot when arriving and had to spend some time figuring that out. There had been some work done on the ceiling in the bathroom and hadn’t been sanded down and painted. Not a big deal just for the price you pay to stay at this hotel I didn’t think I would have to be dealing with all these “issues”.

The room was nice and clean. The workout room was really nice with everything in good working order. Breakfast was very good. The only negative was the shower temp was difficult to maintain.

The hotel and room were nice and great location. The problem was the condition of the bathroom. There was virtually no hot water in the shower either in the evening or next morning and the sink faucet was hanging loose. Very poor maintenance.

Very nice option steps away from Penn State campus.

When staying here I am a fan of the easy accessible attractions and restaurants being down town Penn State. Always a great go to spot to stay.

The room was lovely. Clean and nicely decorated. Food at breakfast was delicious. Coffee readily available. The only negative was the parking lot is across the street. I would stay at this hotel again

Great place and staff

Great property in the heart of State College. Excellent breakfast selection and walkable to pretty much everywhere. Parking is across the street in the garage but it wasn’t that big of an issue. Rooms were clean and modern. Bathroom door was slightly broken, off the track, but not a real issue.

This place was wonderful breakfast was delicious only issue was the shower no water pressure and would not get hotter than warm but i would definitely stay here again

The floors were definitely not cleaned. The water in the shower trickles out. The staff is super friendly and accommodating.
