Wow, our stay was absolutely incredible! The hotel and rooms were immaculate, and the staff was so friendly to my kids. We were lucky enough to get a room with a breathtaking view of the valley. My whole family had a blast, and it was exactly what I was hoping for!

We go a room while on the road late with the family - 5 of us. Picked hotel because of the 9+ rating so paid a bit more than other ones. Came into the suite with very heavy perfume smell, had to air out, the TV did not work, figured it out that it was an unplugged cable. The toilet had a large “poop” in it plus it was on the sides of toilet still. Had less than half a roll of toilet paper. The shower was not cleaned and dirty. Took shower on top of a small towel. There was also only 1 large towel for all of us to dry off with. The kitchen sink then sprayed water out of the back all over the wall. It was late so we slept and left. Told person on duty, said they could not refund because it was hotels.com.. they are suppose to send me points, we will see, just a bad experience.

Relaxing, clean, quiet place to stay. The rooms are huge! Make sure you follow your GPS bc there is a nursing home right in front of the suites and the signs took me to the wrong place. I even unpacked my car and walked into the nursing home and they had a sign that says you are not at home 2 home suites its behind us. 😂

Locals but needed hot water while ours was out, so we decided to treat ourselves. The staff was amazing, made the whole visit worth while. Hotel is a little bit hidden up on the hill, I live in town but this was my first time going up that way, but there are signs.

This was an overnight stay on a return trip from vacation for us. This hotel far exceeded anything we had hoped for. Great large room, one of the best breakfast setups I've seen. Everybody was really friendly.

The facility is well laid-out with an open check-in, dining and sundry space. It looks like you’re checking into an airy Wawa. In fact, I walked past the check-in, thinking it was the store section. Off the lobby is a small fitness room and laundry. On the other side is the pool. The smell of chlorine was powerful on the third floor, quite a distance from the pool. We had the one-bedroom suite, which was a nice apartment. We had several people comfortably gather after a graduation. This is a handicap accessible room, which was fine but the shower had three mystery dials. Basically you just fiddle until you get reasonably warm water out of one of the spigots. The kitchen, dining, living area was well apportioned and designed. Things were clean except the kitchen floor was sticky. The staff was nice and attentive. I enjoyed overall and would stay there again if I ever have the misfortune to be in Willes-Barre again.

Hotel was noisy. Heard next door peoples entire conversations including yelling at crying child after 10pm. When we first arrived the room strongly smelled of cigarette smoke despite being on a non smoking floor. We were fortunate to get a new room and staff was responsive. The bed was not comfortable and the pillows were flat. Thermostat on unit says to use the wall device but that has no power. Unable to control air correctly, ranged from temp being 62-74 with either constant hot or cold air. For being what I thought the newest in the area, already wear and tear on room. Things not wiped clean and the bathroom sink left water all over the counter surround. The noise and pillows alone were enough for me to not return.

Directions did not take us right to the property as it is a newer hotel but follow the signs and you can’t miss it.

I like the hotel but where facility is its difficult to find. We stopped at Motel 6 1st, then a senior facility before they told us to keep going around the facility. The one sign for facility at Sinor facility the bulb was out.
