About this apartment rental

This welcoming 3 bedroom 2 bathroom penthouse with stunning views over Pumicestone Passage and The Glasshouse Mountains will be sure to impress. Big enough for family and friends, private enough for a romantic getaway. Beautifully equipped and designed to Comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. Boasting 2 Queen beds and a King the Penthouse is a beautifully equipped, clean, spacious and welcoming space to come home to. You'll be on Island time the moment you walk through the door. The Penthouse is fully secured and comes with a basement car park plus plenty of off street visitors parking. A coded lift takes you right to the front door. The master bed , ensuite, kitchen, lounge and large balcony are all on the first floor. The 2 queen bedrooms, family bathroom, separate toilet and sun-drenched second balcony are all on the second floor. Sit back on either of the two balconies sipping cocktails as waves roll over the sand and the sun slowly sets. Or enjoy some dolphin spotting as the kids swim in the sandy beach below. 40 paces to the local IGA, Chemist, medical precinct and bottle shop. With coffee, boutique shopping, fishing and kayaking all literally on your doorstep, the Penthouse is uniquely positioned within close walking distance to everything you need for a relaxed, stress free getaway. With award winning dining, RSL and Bowls Clubs, ice-cream parlours and the best Seafood in Queensland you are spoilt for choice when it comes to eating out. Swim in the child friendly beaches, lagoons or patrolled open beaches. Go surfing, fishing or hire a boat for the day. There's plenty to keep the family occupied or you might like to visit the Maritime museum or the local Arts centre. The Island even has its own Cinema! 75% of Bribie Island is National Park, so bring your 4x4 and drive on the uncluttered beaches or explore the huge variety of bushland and wildlife that flourishes here. Book a Whale watching Cruise through Moreton Bay or take a short lunch Cruise around the Island. Catch a Gondola for a romantic, never to be forgotten sunset. Bribie Island is less than an hours drive from Brisbane CBD, Brisbane International Airport and even less to the Brisbane Entertainment Centre. Only a 5 minute drive over the Bridge to the famous Sandstone Point Pub where you can catch some of Australia's best live gigs as well as International artists. In less than an hours drive North, you will find yourself on the Sunshine Coast where you can take a hike in the mountains, visit Australia Zoo or do some surfing or shopping in Caloundra. You might like to visit the many Arts and Craft Galleries at Montville and Malaney or even have a lovely long lunch in Noosa. Whatever your Getaway looks like, you'll find it here at the Penthouse on peaceful, relaxed and unspoilt Bribie Island.
