Wilfred was a gracious host and I enjoyed my stay. The home was spacious, clean, and quiet. It is at the end of a dead end street and I don't think I heard a single car. The area is not super walkable, but that can't necessarily be expected in Athens. I'd stay there again.

The condo was perfect, just as listed. Very spacious and the host added so many personal amenities. I was only there overnight, and I will be back for longer next time, I hope. I brought my mother, aunt and a family friend to attend a birthday celebration for my youngest aunt (70)!! When I searched, I had to keep in mind that they didn't need steep stairs or an upstairs room. This was accommadating for all!

The owner is pleasant to work with and responsive, and his property is a nice home in a quiet neighborhood. There were plenty of nice touches like snacks, water, good-quality bath towels and several choices of COFFEE. We checked in late following a concert in Athens and left the next morning so we didn’t spend much time there, but we all commented on how comfortable the beds and pillows were. It is also a very spacious home. We will definitely choose this property again on our return trips to Athens. I highly recommend it.

We were in Athens for our grandson’s graduation from UGA. We were so delighted to have found a place to stay. Unfortunately, it was only for one night because it was completely booked other than that. Bedrooms and bathrooms were large as was the living area. Very well equipped and only four miles from campus. Tons on parking.

10/10 ,5stars , excellent. I really don't care what your rating system is , this place is at the top . William is a fantastic host who really cares about the guest that stay with him. So many little touches from the cold water bottles in the fridge to the snack and necessities trays that greet you when you enter. Its really to bad I found this place so late in my travels to Athens wasting 100's of dollars on over priced and under performing hotels . Stay here its great

This is a must-stay when in Athens! We were in town for UGA orientation and stayed here. There were four of us and we had so much room! We used both bedrooms and the pull-out sofa. We had privacy, space, comfort, and a great time! There were plenty of linens and towels and the beds were so comfortable. The entire home was very clean, spacious, and functional. I have never stayed at a VRBO with so many amenities,,,we felt spoiled for being their just one night! The coffee was such a treat as we did not bring any since we were just there for one night. I also loved the dining area as we played board games and had plenty of room to do that. I cannot say enough positive things about this place! We will be coming to Athens throughout the year and we will undoubtedly be staying here over anywhere else. The property owner was very responsive and great at communicating. Wish I could give this higher than 5 stars! Thank you for such a great stay!!

The host, Winfred, was wonderful with communication. A lot of thought went into what was provided for our comfort. Upon arrival, the temperature was toasty warm and cozy as it was cold outside. The Welcome clipboard was a nice touch. There were snacks, bottled water and lots of extra toiletries. Beds were very comfortable and freshly washed blankets and towels were plentiful. The bedrooms are HUGE. Two full and one half bath was so nice to have since we were a family of 5 and had to hurry and prepare for a graduation early morning. Everything was simply amazing so do not hesitate to book this condo!!!!!!
