The Space:
A beautiful home in an exceptional setting! Enjoy stunning views of the awe-inspiring Rocky Mountains.

Upon arrival, your party of up to 10 will find ample parking in the large driveway and two garages attached to this handsome Spanish-style home.

As you step through the front door and look straight ahead, you’ll see into the living room where a row of windows to the ceiling frame your awesome mountain view.

Look to your right, and you’ll find a formal dining area with a cut-out in the wall that allows you to share the views of the living room on the other side. The massive kitchen wraps around from the dining nook to seamlessly join the living room for a show-stopping, open concept space.

The formal dining nook provides a table for 6 with a convenient wine station lining the back wall, incorporating a wine rack, wine refrigerator, glassware cabinet, and countertop. Cheers, everyone!

From here, you have an unobstructed view into one end of the spectacular kitchen that occupies a space the entire depth of the home. Step in! You can’t help but be impressed. Culinarians will find plenty of room, the perfect tools, and an elegant setting for preparing celebratory group meals.

Enjoy seemingly endless counter surface space and sleek cabinetry, as well as high-end, stainless-steel appliances including a refrigerator/freezer with in-door water and ice dispenser; oven, cooktop, dishwasher, coffee maker and toaster. The sink is embedded into an extra-long island/breakfast bar with stools for four.

At one end of the kitchen, you’ll find a cozy dining table for four positioned before a sliding-glass door that leads onto the sheltered patio with an outdoor dining table for six overlooking that incomparable mountain range view.

The dining end of the kitchen flows into a colorful yet sophisticated living room with soaring windows and a cluster of upscale contemporary seating around the fireplace.

On this level of the home, you’ll find two bedrooms and two baths, one of which is incorporated into the primary suite. This largest bedroom includes a king bed and a row of tall windows with fantastic views – and care has been taken to position a comfortable bench right where you can enjoy them in quiet contemplation. A glass-paneled door leads outdoors to the patio. This bedroom is also outfitted with its own TV.

From behind a sliding barn-style door, you’ll find the simply fabulous private bath with both a free-standing soaking tub and a glass-enclosed shower. An extra-long vanity provides twin sinks and ample counter space. The walk-in closet is well-appointed with organization fixtures for both hanging and folded clothes.

Just down the hall, a second bedroom enjoys a queen bed and mountain views, as well as its own TV and closet.

A separate full bath provides a combination tub/shower and a sink vanity with storage below for toiletries.

A laundry room on this level features a full-size washer and dryer, utility sink, and cabinet storage.

From the living room, take the wide staircase down to the basement level and find yourself in the ideal space for parties and play. A sitting area with two sofas and a deliciously inviting chair.

In the corner, a wet bar is outfitted with stools for four, a wine rack and storage. The nearby gaming/dining area includes a pool table and a table for eight that’s perfect for casual meals or board games. A separate open area designed for children provides plenty of space for play, plus shelving for toys and two desks for playing computer games on your laptop.

This level of the home also includes two stylish bedrooms – one with a distinctly feminine feel, the other with an outdoorsy theme – and a full bath.

Both bedrooms include a queen bed, TV, and closet. One has the added feature of a built-in desk/vanity and a comfortably upholstered chair.

The bath provides a combination tub/shower and toilet behind their own separate door, with a large sink vanity and wall-mounted hair dryer in an anteroom, allowing for one guest to bathe in privacy while another uses the countertop and mirror.

Hotel-grade linens are professionally laundered after every visit.

Overall property met her expectations perfectly almost brand new home with all the amenities, although we couldn’t get the projector for the theater room to go on didn’t matter because we didn’t spend much time downstairs with that beautiful view upstairs!

The house was great; everything we needed it to be. The kitchen was big and beautiful but the kitchenware was just the very basic. A TV in the living room would have been nice but, in the end, it was no big deal.

Beautiful home in a great location. Communication with the property management company prior to arrival was good - had all the info we needed. Plenty of space, very clean, lots of towels, comfy beds, easy to control home temp. Like another reviewer, would strongly suggest window coverings in the primary bedroom - it can truly impact good sleep.

The house was very nice and comfortable for everyone. In town for a softball tournament and it’s location was convenient to 25. The downstairs provided a place for the kids to play pool and watch tv. There are three things we’d recommend. It didn’t have a grill for us to cookout so we had to make burgers and fajitas inside. It would have been nice to have a tv upstairs in the living area for the adults to watch while the kids watched tv downstairs. And there weren’t any window coverings in the master bedroom for the windows facing the street. I’d suggest blinds or something so know one can see in. Overall we’d stay here again.

I would definitely rent here again. The house was clean, spacious, and the furniture was either in really good condition or brand new. The kitchen had everything we needed. I was impressed by the kitchen appliances.... VERY NICE! The house was stocked with plenty of towels, toilet paper, paper towels, bodywash, shampoo, conditioner, garbage bags, dishwasher and dish soap.... even laundry pods! How wonderful to find all of these needed items instead of running to Walmart!! The house has beautiful mountain views. We enjoyed our stay. We were relatively close to Colorado Springs, an outlet mall, and lots of things for kids to do. There was plenty to do and see. The management company was awesome. Always responded promptly to my emails before my arrival, and even responded to me on a Sunday during my stay. I can't say enough nice things about this house. Definitely will be back.
