Upea paikka keskellä rauhallista kylää. Huone oli todella puhdas ja sänky oli todella hyvä nukkua. Saimme vuokrattua scootterin ja ajelimme läheisille rannoille.
Omistajat ovat ihania ja uskomattoman auttavaisia. He pitävät vieraistaan hyvää huolta, meillä oli kotoisa ja turvallinen olo. Viihdyimme todella ja suosittelen paikkaa muillekin!

The property is super modern and recently built with a very fresh and contemporary atmosphere. Glass wall facing the lovingly maintained and lush garden lets in lots of light and creates a very spacious feeling. But the main star here is the lovely host who was always available for friendly chats and a goldmine of useful information. He provided so much helpful background details about restaurant openings and what was going on in the community. His recommended location for food JJ kedai is also an absolute gem which is an absolute must! It’s a classic …food served in the family compound surrounded my rare birds and beautiful nature! A couple of other very good food options require a motorbike but are absolutely worth it - Cliffhanger is quite western with prices to match but super quality food with a fabulous view …don’t be put off by the slightly scruffy entrance. The other is Martabak Pak De Sweet & Savory…small very new with some classic menu items worth trying ….well worth the detour!

Die Unterkunft war ein Traum und perfekt für 2 Personen zum runterkommen! Das eigentlich überragende aber war der Host, der uns herzlich aufgenommen hat und uns liebevoll geholfen hat bei all unseren Problemen.
Es ist schwierig einen Geldautomat zu finden. Dafür mussten wir bis nach Tabanan fahren.

The room is very clean, has a comfortable bed and a toilet paper holder with a stand for your phone. :)
Remote location! Might need your own scooter to get around as Gojeks/Grabs will drive you there from Canggu but won’t come to fetch you. But Dewa has several drivers to help out.

1) The hotel is well maintained, clean and the owners take care of their guesthouse by thinking of all the little details in the guest would need in their room.
2) A very pleasant accommodation where you feel at home with beautiful rice fields around and the beach 20 minutes walk away. To relax with the family and looking for a quiet corner, this is an excellent choice that you will not regret.
3) The owner has even thought of installing a table and chairs on the roof to admire the sunrise and sunset, you will enjoy an excellent view and the songs of the birds!
4) If you are muslim there are 2 or 3 warung offering good Halal food around the accommodation so don't worry.
Pak I couldn't say goodbye because the taxi couldn't find the hotel and we had to pick it up ourselves, I couldn't find you to say hello, anyway thank you for everything 🙂

The location is so pretty, back to the heart of Bali people and its surroundings. The host was so friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable. Can highly recommend this cute place ❤️

I would really recommend staying here, everything was perfect. The host is amazing, very kind, helpful, speaks good english. He took us to see the local market, told us about balinese culture and arranged transport to our next accommodation. The room is like new, very clean and comfortable. Shower and toilet are separated, shower has hot water, shampoo and body wash. There is also toothpaste. Aricon is good. There is tv with Netflix. Near is a warung with very good and cheap food and also offers delivery to your room for free! The location is quiet, next to the ricefields, very calming, we loved it. If you like staying in more peacful places you must come here.
This was the best stay we had in our three week trip to Bali.

Absolutly loved it! It is such a nice quiet area and perfect to go exploring the surrounding villages and have a long walk around the rice fields or beach. The homestay is super clean, neat and comfortable. Also everything I need is available and the host will help or recommend. It really felt like visiting friends because of the warm welcome and daily chats and recommendations. I rented a scooter and went to different villages, I enjoyed the sunset from the roof, tried different snacks from the local warungs and the host took me for morning sunrise walk through the ricefields. Perfect spot if you want some peace and quiet and amazing views. Authentic Bali for me. 10/10

Everything. Dana’s was probably my favourite place to stay during my time in Bali. The room was the best room I stayed in all month. Beautifully decorated and just one of three at the property, which is set in a stunning garden. Dewa and Sri are also my favourite hosts, going out of their way to look after their guests and make sure we enjoy our stay. Dewa took us on a sunrise walk to show us the area. Their little puppy Brony is also a member of the family. It is a sociable atmosphere as the rooms have a lovely shared terrace, so as a solo traveller it was easy to make friends with the other guests, and with Dewa the host, who I really enjoyed chatting to and learning about Balinese life. The area is very quiet, so it offers more of a relaxing time than busy sightseeing. You can walk to the beach in about 20-25 mins, nice at sunset. Although there isn’t a restaurant on site, Dewa helps you to order food from a local cafe which is delivered to your terrace.
There is nothing I didn’t like. It was all great. A scooter would be useful if you want to sight see. I was lucky enough to meet a fellow traveller that took me as passenger to see Tanaya Lot.

Love that it was so peaceful and quiet, among the ricefields! The bed is very comfortable and the room is so new and fresh.
Far from the beach so u will need a bike. And hard to order from grab cause the drivers don't wanna go that far and kept canceling. But there are some warungs at walking distance and I also found a nice small little western style restaurant that had the best vegetarian sushi nearby!

I was very happy to have stayed in this place. For me it was the first time that I explored the beautiful countryside of Bali. The place is perfectly located for this, created with a lot of love for details and very comfortable. The owner is also really friendly and has looked after me very well. Couldn't habe asked for more.

Dana's House is surrounded by rice fields. Very pretty environment and quiet as well. The hosts are very friendly and helpful in any ways. The house is brand new and has a lot of style. The shower is very hot and everything works just beautifully. The bed is really comfortable as well. You can rent a scooter directly from the host in order to get around. A few warungs are close by but it makes sense to bring a little bit of food with you. Especially if you care for certain items. Other than that I felt very comfortable and welcome there. This place has very good vibs and is designed with lots of love :)
If you look for a quiet get-away - that is definitly a great option.

Great host! When I arrived, it was a day off, and all the restaurants in the vicinity were closed. So, the host brought me Nasik Goreng and fruits. When I left, I asked how much I should pay for that meal and he answered nothing.

hidden gem! this is the place for you if you’re no longer vibing with canggu’s lunatic traffic and crowds. it’s 15-20mins away from tanah lot, located in a very unspoiled and relaxing neighborhood. the building seems new, everything’s so fresh, the host was so attentive. I should’ve stayed longer here
despite located in a beautifully quiet area, there’s not much of public facilities available nearby. but they also work with local restaurant to deliver foods and they’re actually pretty good and comes with an affordable prices.

Dana’s House is a place to calm down and relax. You are far away from the busy areas in Bali. The place is extraordinary clean and the owner friendly and very helpful in all concerns. 20 min walking distance to the beach. close by you can find small food stands. laundry 10 min walking distance.
You should be ready to take a long ride (traffic and distance) until you get there from airport.

I had a top notch experience at Dana’s House! located in a quaint village outside of the touristy part of Bali, it is an excellent way to unwind and relax. I ate dinner with the owner at a fantastic restaurant down the street and learned much about how their way of life is. highly recommend this!
