No staff to greet me - waited and waited in a locked lobby - smell of weed - people in an out with dogs and partying going on - I travel to 4+ hotels a month! I never write reviews unless they are great - this one was so bad I had to warn others. DONT even waist your time. When I went to McDs and talked to the girl about it - she said it was the worst hotel around

Front desk person was not there. 800 number poc didn't help. Took 30-40 minutes to for THE GUY to SHOW UP. THIS WAS AFTER HOURS, but ot that late.

I had reserved this place because there were no other hotels in town that were available. I had checked in after hours around midnight, it was supposed to be a 3 day stay. The hallways smelled like cigarette smoke. Immediately after entering my room, I inspected the room as I do every hotel I stay at. It was not very clean, it smelled terrible. Towels were dirty with left over lipstick stains. Bed linens had many stains. More importantly, the room had exoskeleton shedding evidence of bed bugs in few spots, and upon further investigation I saw a live bed bug a bit smaller than an apple seed. I left immediately and notified booking.com to cancel the rest of the reservation, and I did not return. Poor management and terrible customer service at all levels. No refund was provided by hotel, even though I did not stay at the hotel. I had found a hotel in a different city which I stayed at for the duration of my trip. I will never book this hotel again and I would not recommend it.

Supposed to be a non-smoking room, specified when selecting the room and multiple signs in the room. However it was not a non smoking room. The smell of smoke was obvious when checking in but I had to leave for a function. The smell was worse when I returned, but it was too late to get help from the desk to get another room. I ended up waking up far earlier than necessary due to the smell, no point in trying to get back to sleep. When I checked out there wasn't anyone at the counter to discuss this with. I called later to be sure they knew I had not been smoking and was told they knew about the problem. Why was I given that room if it was know how unpleasant the room was going to be??

the bed was comfortable

1. no one to check us in had to call someone to come and check us in . 2. no one to check us out...I called #500 , but no live person to help with key return 3. the room was extremely cold..set at 65! 4. the floors were sticky! probably cause the AC was running so much 5. not enough blankets for such a cold room

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. Had a big fridge, microwave, stovetop. The location was good for where I needed to be. Free parking. AC. It is a newer building.

Yes the hallways reek of weed but go in your room & then you can’t smell it. I didn’t mind it. Police cars were at the building one night when I came home but that was it. Wasn’t a problem. Found a drug balloon under the bed from a previous guest when I was looking for something. It was empty.

It was loud, dirty, and felt unsafe. I would never go there again and in fact I left after only 30 minutes due to the atmosphere and condition.

Not much

I booked a room with double beds. I had my sons fiance with me. We had drove up from Kentucky to see him. He is a millwright and has been working up hers. Anyway I needed 2 beds.one for me and 1 for his fiance. I checked in went up to my room 229. Only 1 bed. I went back to the desk and showed the guy at the front desk my reservation clearly charged me for 2 beds. He said they were overbooked and my only 2 options were to just take the room or he'd refund me and I could leave. I was shocked. I was in no way rude to him. He was not very helpful. You should not confirm a room with double beds if it's not available. We stayed And I bought a air mattress to sleep on. The only reason I didn't leave was my son was staying here. And after driving 5 hrs I just wanted to see him. But I will never stay here again. And there was no one at the front desk when we went to check out at 7 30am. I dialed the 500 # like the sign instructed..but no one answered after trying for 15 minutes I left my room keys and left. It was very upsetting to drive all this way and be treated so rude. I saw 2 other guest that night who had asked for extra towels and were refused. They said they would not stay here again
