Das Hotel macht einen sehr abgenutzten Eindruck, für eine Nacht aktzeptabel

Die Lage direkt an der U-Bahn Station. Sehr gute Pizzeria und Bäckerei mit leckerem Frühstück in der Nähe. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Dame vom Housekeeping.

Bei der Ankuft hatten wir noch keinen Pin für den Schlüsseltresor. Es kam zwar eine E-mail, aber auch dort kein Pin genannt. Bei Anruf des Telefonservice wurde ich sehr pampig gebeten, meine Anmeldung genau durchzulesen, bevor das Gespräch schließlich beendet wurde. Durch Hilfe der Dame des Reinigungspersonals sind wir aber an unsere Pins gekommen!! Flecken an der Decke, Halterung vom Duschkopf beschädigt.

Dat ik zo kort vooraf kon boeken (door het missen van de trein moest ik in Stuttgart overnachten)

Dat er weinig of niet werd gepoetst tussen de vorige en mij. Randen van glazen op het nachtkastje, stoffig, tv die niet werkte, kabel aan elkaar geplakt, gordijn uit de rails... En het grofste er lag nog kleding in de kast

Vagy nem kaptuk meg előre a kulcs széf kódját ,vagy csak elkevertük, de fel tudtuk hívni a szállás adót aki nagyon segítőkész volt és megoldottuk egyből. A szállás nem egy nagy szám, átutazóban voltunk, volt ágy, fürdő, melegvíz, wifi. A célnak teljesen megfelelt.

Tele volt a belső parkoló, így az utcán kellett parkolni, de még időben eljöttünk így legalább fizetni nem kellett érte. Nem volt magától érthetődő a lokáció, keresni kellett a bejáratot, de nem vészes.

It’s a reasonable stay if the rooms nearby wouldn’t be occupied. If you get it for 10€ per night it’s worth considering,

Location is Great. Basically right on top of the train station “Wilhelm-Geiger-Platz”. Also 24h check in via a key lock box located next to the entrance in the backyard.

You can hear every step of your neighbors. The apartments are located in the roof section and it sounds like there’re ghosts dancing around even in the middle of the night for some reason. It’s better than sleeping on the street but worse than in a conventional economy hotel . Also the pillows had a characteristic smell which prevented me from falling asleep (I maybe slept for 1-2hours max that night). However the staff was friendly. Overall this location has some potential if the owners are willing to modernize the interior. Also the images provided in the app look much more lovely than the room itself.

Zimmer und die nicht vorhandene Ausstattung! der mini Fernseher, wenn man ihn so nenen kann, ging auch nicht (Kabel kaputt) und es hat übelst nach Zigaretten Rauch gestunken im Flur und somit auch im Zimmer. keine Wasser auf dem Zimmer und die Gläser in der Küche waren komplett verkalkt!

O catastrofă totală

Faptul ca este poziționat langa metrou.

Faptul ca nu are dus in camera in secolul 21 si intr-un oras ca si Stuttgart plus faptul ca nu are TOALETA in camera,si a trebuit sa cobor de la etajul 3 la etajul 1 pentru a putea folosi o toaleta comuna!Dupa rezervare,la cateva ore am primit un mesaj de la proprietate cum ca isi cer scuze,dar datorita unor defecțiuni nu pot sa imi ofere decat o camera cu dus la comun pe culoar,iar eu automat le-am raspuns ca in acest caz sa imi anuleze rezervarea si sa imi returneze banii.Ei au raspuns iar dupa cateva ore,ca daca ajung mai tarziu sa intru prin spate si mi-au dat un cod de acces.Deci ei au vazut mesajul meu,dar pur si simplu l-au ignorat!Sunt extrem de dezamagit de acest asa zis hotel!

Sehr gute Lage direkt an der Straßenbahn

Keinerlei Zimmerservice - Bett wurde nicht gemacht, kein Klopapier nachgefüllt, Papiedrkorb nicht geleert. Während der gesamten Zeit sah ich niemanden vom Haus.

Нам обманули. Вместо трехместного номера с кухней поселили в комнатушку с двумя кроватями без кухни. Удобств никаких, хозяева не отвечают на звонки и сообщения. Лишь с большим трудом и с привлечением поддержи удалось вернуть часть средств.

Dieses Hotel ist eine absolute Katastrophe !!

Überhaupt nichts! Das Hotel ist selbst für Reisende mit geringen Ansprüchen eine absolute Katastrophe! Die Wahrscheinlichkeit vor verschlossener Tür zu stehen (trotz Zugangs-Code) sind extrem hoch!

- wir mussten Ewigkeiten Draußen in der Kälte warten, weil der Code nicht funktioniert hat und die Person am Telefon keinen passenden Zugangs-Code parat hatte! - wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer gebucht, haben aber nur Einzelzimmer erhalten! Mein Partner musste auf dem Boden schlafen!! - die Wände sind dünn wie Papier. Neben uns im Zimmer war ein Alkoholiker/Drogenabhängiger, der die ganze Nacht gegen die Wand geschlagen hat und gebrüllt hat. - wir haben mitbekommen, dass ein Paar, welches kurz nach uns eintraf, die Nacht auf dem Flur verbringen musste, da sie trotz Reservierung kein Zimmer mehr erhalten haben. - das Zimmer (vor allem das Bad!) war miserabel gereinigt.

Die Lage und die bequemen Betten, Küchennutzung. Unkomplizierter Check On

Bad und Zimmer waren schmuddelig, der Haartrockner hat gefehlt, die Fernbedienung vom TV ebenfalls, so konnte dieser nicht genutzt werden. Ein Anruf deswegen am 1 Abend blieb unbeantwortet, die Mailbox voll, die Nachricht über booking.com ist bis heute unbeantwortet. Am nächsten Tag trafen wir einen Mitarbeiter und fragten ihn, we konnte nicht helfen. O- Ton: "was soll ich da machen?" aber er war freundlich....

Die Probleme beim check in: • Code um die Schlüssel zu erhalten wurde nicht gesendet • Schlüssel für ein Zimmer hat gefehlt Probleme am Zimmer: • Heizung war defekt in einem Zimmer und hat durchgehend geheizt (vgl mit einer Sauna) • Bettwäsche sah verwendet aus • Badezimmer wurde nicht mal ansatzweise gereinigt • Zimmertür bzw Schloss der Tür war Kaputt

Das Zimmer war ohne Toilette und Dusche, weil es einen Schaden auf der Etage gab. Die Toilette war 2. Etagen tiefer für mehrere Gäste. Eine Dusche gab es nicht. Weiterhin versendet der Anbieter Rechnungen mit falschen Rechnungskopf. Es steht ein Hotel in Passau auf der Rechnung statt Stuttgart. Ich fordere daher mein Geld zurück.

Das Zimmer verdient den Namen Zimmer nicht. Die Toilette dreckig, es stank aus dem Abfluss. Vorhänge zerrissen. Bett kaputt und auch sonst sah das Zimmer ziemlich versifft aus. Für so einen Preis erwarte ich deutlich was anderes.
