Lieu calme appréciable pour la détente

Nous avons pu nous arranger pour récupérer les clés plus tôt que prévu, ce qui nous a permis de faire la jonction avec le logement précédent. Très appréciable d'avoir eu à disposition serviettes de bain et torchons, ainsi que divers produits laissés par les vacanciers précédents. Grand frigo/congélateur. Grand dressing dans la chambre. La cour clôturée a permis de sécuriser le chien. Super U est juste à côté, avec une laverie, bien pratique pour le linge. Trottoirs de la ville bien aménagés et très larges pour balader avec le chien. En revanche, le lac étant à 2 kms, pour les familles avec enfants, la voiture semble nécessaire. Il s'agit d'un logement à LACANAU ville; aussi, il convient d'utiliser un véhicule pour aller à l'océan ou aux autres lacs. Il faut être curieux pour trouver les coins de balade dans la région. C'est par hasard que nous avons pu découvrir des lieux sympa.

Logement sur le même terrain que le propriétaire mais parcelle indépendante par la clôture en bois très haute. Travaux de construction non loin du logement et de voirie pas loin du lac.

If we are going to come back to the area we will definitely search for this property again.

Location was very good for us. The property is close to a SuperU market and petrol station. It was close to the Lacanau Lake. We booked it to stay for the Marathon du Medoc. On the day we did 40min to Pauillac. Lots of space at the property and had everything that you would need for a family with children.

Comfort of the beds and pillows could be better. Don't forget the mosquitos spray because they are lots of them and if you want to stay outside is imperative. Beside the French channels we found lots of German channels. Unfortunately the English channels weren't working. Maybe we didn't know how to search them.

great private detached chalet

great little chalet nice private garden great as we were on bikes there’s a nice kitchen and would be great for a barbecue

small village so if on a Sunday remember not much open especially

Great facilities but I was cold

Great facilities for a traveller, best I should think in high summer: kitchenette, patio etc.

It was cold and I couldn't find a way of turning heating on.

This was an ideal base for access to the cycling tracks in the erea.

Ideal location for access to Cycle tracks in the area. Ground floor level with outside terrace and garden and space for bikes. Car parking next to the property. En suite shower and toilet for each bedroom. It was 300m from a supermarket and less than a kilometere into Lacanau town Centre. Excellent value for money.

Great host, very comfortable chalet-style accommodation with privacy

No breakfast available but full use of chalet kitchen. Local restaurants were closed (late September) so had to go to Lacanau sur Mer, therefore a car is essential. Host was very helpful in finding a local taxi for earlier in the day when our hiking plans needed changing. Very friendly host.

The town has little in the way of restaurants outside the summer season but found a great restaurant in Lacanau sur Mer

Didn’t enjoy staying there at all.

Plenty of hot water in the shower

It was a shed at the bottom of the garden. There was no door to the toilet just an ill fitting curtain. The duvet cover looked ancient. The bed was rock hard. The TV didn’t work. We had no access to the second bedroom even though I understood we had paid for that. The property was accessed via a garage roller shutter door that made the kitchen pitch black when shut. The hosts barely spoke English. The outside of the whole property was extremely scruffy.
