The property owner is reasonable and attentive. Room has internet and is 2 minutes from to
Volcano Village which has a gas station, restaurant, hardware store and laundromat. I had a few small bumps but; owner responds to text quickly and was able to assist and resolve the issues quickly. Property is 1 mile from Volcano National Park and about 40 minutes from Hilo. Centrally located near Black Sand Beach and Southernmost Point. Drive from Kona Airport was scenic and roads are well kept and easy to drive on. Property was well kept and clean. I would definitely stay at this property again or any property owned by this lady.
None. We had a wonderful time. Thank you.

Nice climate and nice cozy room. Overall quiet and relaxing place to stay.

The wifi for our room dropped every few minutes. Which is fine for devices like a phone. But unable to watch TV/movies due to buffering for minutes at a time and then dropping the stream/buffer.
The hot tub was broken on the highest temp and unable to go down. 105 is not pleasant and we were unable to use it at all. The control panel is broken. The buttons are worn off so I was blindly hitting anything and getting nowhere. Getting an error when trying to adjust temp and unable to lower it.
There is a bed and two chairs. Two pillows in total. I appreciate the quaintness of the place. It's gorgeous. Truly a paradise. Just wasn't able to relax in the paradise. Sq ft on the listing was slightly misleading but the lack of a couch, sofa, love seat, recliner left me wanting to sit. Unfortunately the hot tub was unhealthily hot.

The bed was really confortable and the views you can see through the giant windows are amazing. It is located in the middle of the jungle.
The first day we could not use the hot tub because it was not working properly, however the host fixed it quickly when we told him.
