Pleasant stay that lacked friendly service.

The facility was nice. Very comfortable.

The man at the front desk when we checked in was not very friendly. He did the bare minimum. He did not greet us, nor did he smile. Customer service is very important to us. We did not feel very welcomed.

It’s ok and no refunds if any changes.

Location

The front desk are not aware on how to process early check out for Prepaid Reservations. They did not inform us that there’s no refund, only credit if we leave early, that would have been helpful :(

Modern and clean place with everything we needed for a short stay.

Location was excellent. The front desk was very polite and helpful. And, the place was clean and modern. I also really appreciated the a/c and the Netflix and YouTube. I would definitely come back.

Instructions on using the remote controls for the tv could be a better as it took us a little while to figure it out.

Lost our money there, they couldn’t even give us a refund even though we told him we weren’t staying

I reserved a room for two nights. However, It did not meet my expectations. The pictures on the website are not the same as the room, and there’s only a small window looking out the hallway it did not feel safe, and we lost our money for two nights because we didn’t stay there.

Better description of the rooms, receptionist only had a cell phone and there’s no computer. It didn’t seem like a real hotel.

Hotels are not cheap here anymore, but this place still offers a decent value.

Location is convenient in Zona Rio. The room is spacious and clean. There is hot water and the appurtenances work. Parking is close by in the front. There is also an elevator available.

There were some noisy guests lingering in the hall late at night; this issue is probably an exception to the normal state here. The mattress was sagging and should be replaced.

That they don’t have a person that goes and clean or take out the trash or give us clean towels. Have a phone to call receptionist and they need to have tv on each room

It was definitely a good place to stay with Family specially on short notice.

It was clean, comfy and pretty big.

No central A/C or Heater. Only in the rooms. Could get pretty cold outside the rooms.
