Check in was slow. We had no hangers or coffee pot in the room. It was really noisy by the pool area. Probably won’t stay there again.

Pro: Staf was friendly and helpful, room was clean. Price was great
Cons: No hot water for shower, worn thru towels, and insects

Room was dirty, dated, dirt compressed in the corners, blankets stained

The only star they get is for the sweet lady who checked us in named Wendy. The first room we got was an outside room that smelled like twenty packs of cigarettes had been freshly smoked in there. Wendy was prompt to get us an inside room that at least smelled as the chlorinated pool next to it. The property is severely outdated with broken ice machines- dim to no lighting in halls- and even a broken back door that could be open by anyone(including people not staying at the hotel). Pealing and chipped paint everywhere; dirty hall floors with cobwebs and dead bugs. The breakfast bar is just oatmeal- one small and sad make your own waffle machine- and undercooked sausage patties with pre made egg and cheese omelets warmed up by a crock pot. There was a decent coffee machine though. Not worth staying there again.

Room was old outdated and had flying knats. Hot water to shower throttled back to a trickle

This hotel was filthy. When we checked in there was a sign at the front counter that said "locals must pay cash even if book through third party sites" which to me is a red flag. They also had a sign up that said the pool was open but not heated. We check in (2 adults and my 6 year old twin boys) and we were assigned a "pet room" on first floor facing parking lot. I inquired as to why we got a pet room to which the woman said "its fine we have had no pets in awhile". We go to the room and its flithy, carpet sticky and no deadbolt on the door which is a safety issue with small kids ESPECIALLY when we are facing the parking lot on the first floor. I also hear a dog barking in the next room. No pets in awhile huh? The room also smelled very strongly of air freshener trying to cover a bad smell. They switch us rooms to another downstairs facing parking lot and it did have a deadbolt but the carpet was also sticky and gross. I could not let my kids walk barefoot as their feet would be black from the carpet. I already paid and knew i would not get a refund so we decided to stay and push through. Pool was ice ice cold and hot tub was cold as well. Asked for extra blanket for my sons as they were cold and told they dont have any. I asked again and the woman very lazily said she might check but probably not. Just a dirty rundown place. Dont recommend.

It was a peaceful 2 night's and I was able to get some sleep and unwind from things. Plenty of channels for the watching of TV. Great pressure in the showers and never ran out of hot water.

Assigned a room that had all the bedding thrown on the floor. The only one left was a king,(reserved 2 doubles).
No mention that housekeeping would need to be requested. Hot water issues. Hot tub was down, pool was not heated, laundry unavailable. Breakfast is served in a very dark and uninviting room with extremely limited choices. Location is great, plenty of places to eat nearby. Hotel has potential, no one seems interested in improving the place. Does not compare favorably with other Quality Inns. Would not recommend.

It was a horrible room. The bathroom, sink, bed, bedsheets, smell. Ugh just don't. The pool did not even work, it was freezing, it had a horrible smell and color.

It was the worst place I have stayed in 20 years, and that is saying a lot considering I have lived out of hotel rooms over the past 20 years.

Roland was very accommodating during our stay. He was very nice and helpful when we had a minor issue.

We stayed in room 246. The outside of the hotel was very dirty and had lots of broken furniture/trash in the grass and on the sidewalks scattered about. The beds were clean but very hard and uncomfortable. There was no hot water only warm water and when one person was in the shower the pressure cut out. Then when the next person went to shower the bottom piece of the bath faucet did not work and was practically falling off of the wall. Maintenance came in to fix but however we were leaving and on our way out anyway. He let the person shower in a vacant room but it still delayed our departure. When I tried loading up our car at 10:45 am all of our hotel cards were rejected from our hotel room and we had to have maintenance let us in as well. The ac also did not work very well and the hairdryer didn’t work at all.

So gross , our room smelled like cigarettes and had burn holes in our comforter. The room and bathroom were nasty dirty. Black grime in bathroom , bathtub gross, toilet, counter. No toiletries, sketchy neighborhood. Cops sitting at the property. Don’t risk it , it’s cheap for a reason.

The ladyat the front desk was nice and helpful. They area outside our door was full of people drinking and smoking and talking about drugs. Felt unsafe. Stayed one night checked out and came home.

Quality Inn should revoke this one from its franchise. There was nothing at all there that was of quality, ironing board broken, iron didn’t work, certain lights didn’t work and lukewarm water. The upstairs looks like it’s gonna collapse. Park lot cracked up and trash cons over flowing. Never again!!

Hotel is amazing as always. I was upset because we always go to this hotel, the issue is that hotels.com neglected to update their app and let us know the pool was out of order!!

We took one look at the room and left. We felt unsafe there. I would not recommend this hotel.

Although it’s a non smoking hotel, the room strongly smelled old smoke. According to the manager all rooms are like that. At least the offered me a room fragrance, which did not help, but the gesture was nice. Also pool was NOT available. Whole hotel felt like it was once a grand experience but now it’s completely run down.
Breakfast was horrible as well.
Look for another place and don’t believe the online description at hotels.com.

Upon arrival, the front desk staff was pleasant. Once I ventured toward the room, I immediately saw the unsavory condition of the property. Trash, hallway lights not working, mold in bathtub, toilet seat peeling. I felt extremely unsafe.
The receptionist knocked on the window - asked me to write down my credit card number saying it 'didn't go through'... NO
Feeling increasingly uneasy and unsafe, I asked for a refund and left.

Most miserable room I've ever had the misfortune to waste money on. The room smelled like chemicals, the lighting was poor, they had no cable and no Internet, and the "shower" was a dribble of water. If it hadn't been so late I would have walked out. BEWARE.

My husband stayed last June and it was wonderful so he went back to stay 3/6-3/9. He checked in there was no hot water. He advised front desk they were aware. There were only a handful of rooms that had hot water. For 4 days he had no hot water. It was a prepaid reservation so moving was not an option. I complained to Hotels.com, they attempted to contact the hotel and no one answered the phone. I was told that my husband would need to request a refund from hotel. He tried that, the manager was never available. He was finally offered a refund of the cheapest night, $54.60. For 4 days of no hot water, $54.60. This is totally ridiculous. I will be contacting the TN Health Department. I feel that Hotels.com did very little to help me. I was told that they can only contact the hotel one time and if they don't answer, well too bad. Why are they even dealing with a hotel that can't be bothered to answer the phone!

Although the room was clean, it was old and musty. Holes in the wall, outlets that didn't work, soured breakfast food, poor lighting, bugs, poor water pressure, etc etc.

A once great hotel that's now very ran down. The people were nice but they gave me a 2 queen when I booked a king. You could see many available king rooms. So either there were maintenance issues or they just ignored the reservation. I ended up moving to the hotel across the street the next day.

Nothing when I made this booking about a $250 cash deposit, indoor pool closed for the winter. Its INDOOR, why the hell is it closed in the winter?
Dirty room and free breakfast sucks.

The breakfast was very limited and gross. The room was disgusting - skittles and other food in corners, dirty tub, mold, just gross.

The hotel is not well maintained. The room was smelly, I couldn't wait to check-out the next morning, it was that bad.

When you walk in the rooms that have no outside access it's creepy as hell. Stuffy feel like you can breath & just around the area you always have to be in watch out. People constantly walking around the hotel just looking.
2.0
The room was dirty especialy the bathroom. The place had holes in the walls, floors dirty, etc. The entire place needs to be renovated. The pool was broken. The manager let his dog Sparky in the breakfast eating area. It was hard to get clean bath towels.
