This is always my go-to hotel for our family trips. The rooms are spacious and it’s easy for a big family to share a double bed room. The service here is always on par, the breakfast is always good and fresh. We love how deep the pool is. We love the area. If you are traveling with family I HIGHLY suggest this hotel!!

Property was clean and staff great. Clothes from previous tenants left in closet and bed was absolutely horrible. Mattress deformed, no support and manager should be ashamed to even rent that room out. I’m asking for a refund for the night we were there as room was almost $200 with fees and taxes. We got little sleep and sore backs and necks.

It was a safe area rooms were nice except bathroom door was pretty crowded to the toilet. Perhaps a sliding door would be better? Breakfast was good but is the same thing everyday — scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, some form of sausage, cereal and fruit. Walls seemed easy to hear through and the ice machine area needed a door. It was really loud with people getting ice all times of day and night.

My daughters and I arrived at this property at 6:30 in the evening and left by 7:30. Although this property was dirty and out-dated, that was the least of our concerns. While on our way to the pool, we were approached and followed by a man who seemed to be waiting for us in the elevator after hearing one of my daughters announce what floor we were on in the lobby. We did not take the elevator with this man, instead opting to wait for the next one. When we got down to the main floor he was waiting for us and he began directing us that the pool was at the end of the hallway where there was also an exterior exit door (the pool was not down that hallway). He followed extremely close behind me down the hallway, but we turned around before getting to the exit door. It seemed as though he was trying to get us all to that exit door. While we were walking back down the hallway, he made inappropriate comments about myself and my daughters. I told my girls to go to the front desk, and after doing that, he backed off. I immediately booked a room at a different hotel, we quickly went to our room to get our things and left the hotel. When my husband (who was not traveling with us) called to let the hotel know we had been approached and did not feel safe, the front desk indicated they were aware of the man, but had done nothing to prevent this from happening. I have traveled to this area many times alone and have never felt unsafe until this occasion.

The place was quiet and peaceful. Loved their breakfast for the 5 days that we were there. Close to target and walmart. About 12min drive to MOA and Great Wolf Lodge (indoor waterpark).

Overall ok value for money. Beds are comfortable but pillows were worn out and terrible. Carpet in our room had several stains that made us a little uncomfortable about overall cleanliness , but otherwise the property appeared to be very clean and well maintained. The location is excellent and very convenient - would stay here again for that reason alone.

This place was clean. I liked how the couch and bed were seperated by a half wall making it seem like a living room and bedroom. The breakfast was good and slightly different each of our 3 mornings. The pool is bigger than most hotels and was clean. We really enjoyed our stay.

We spent 4 days at this property and would not come back. The rooms are spacious but not cleaned well.. there was a dirty used floss on the floor. The breakfast was mediocre… same pork sausages and French toast everyday for 3 days. Last day they changed from French toast to pancake The front desk were very cold. Didn’t bother to smile or wish us back even when we smiled and started the conversation. Very cold and unwelcome. This was a total disappointment and we would never come back to Hyatt palace again.

My husband and I agreed that our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. He was unhappy that we did not have a microwave and the lack of cable offerings on the TV. Note: the TV is set up to Chromecast streaming services from your phone. Breakfast was standard plus fresh cut up fruit. They provided oatmeal and toppings instead of the biscuits and sausage gravy that was served in hotels further east

Edin Prairie is suburban Minneapolis connected to all major highways. Golf trip so quickly and easily got to destinations around city. Everything you would need shopping dining is within minutes of this hotel. Rooms comfortable bed extremely confortable. Only negative was trapped in elevator for 30 minutes when hotel lost all power due to employee error. Had to be freed by local fire dept. Power was not restored for 3 hours. No apology or acknowledgement from hotel disappointing.

Everything was good about the hotel, including the food provided. The breakfast could have been better organized as the line-up was about 20 people long for a solid hour. I had to stand in line for about 20 minutes just to get a coffee, my kids as well, just to get cereal, which is not convenient. Coffee across the drink area would have been convenient. Plates set up at different locations would have also been good, just to have two line-ups happening. The hot food options were good and I especially liked the eggs paired with tomato, cheese and bacon toppings. The options also varied for both breakfasts which was appreciated! Staff were on the ball with keeping the area clean.
