This condo is perfectly situated. Close enough to walk to town center, far enough away for a quiet stay. Well appointed, clean and perfect for a multi generation stay. Loved the lawn area..perfect for watching the eclipse! Great communication with the host. Will definitely return the next visit to Lake Placid.

We stayed here to attend a xc ski race at Mt Van Hoevenberg. It was clean, warm, and close to everything we needed. Would definitely stay there again!

This was our first-time visiting Lake Placid. We came for the mountain roller coaster. Not only did we enjoy the coaster we had a great time visiting the area. The kids have requested that we come back in the summer and to book this property again. It fit our family nicely, was clean, seemed to be conveniently located and the owners were responsive when we had a question.

Conveniently located to town, restaurants, hiking trails and stores. Comfortable beds. We had four adults and a 15-year-old and a 10-year-old. Plenty of room for the family gatherings and to have separate sleep and entertainment areas. We will definitely be back!

My family and I couldn't have enjoyed a better stay at our rental. The property was clean, close to Main Street and spacious. We couldn't believe all the amenities it had and that there we so many nice bonuses inside the rental. We can't wait to stay again and we would easily suggest it to anyone to stay in the future!!

On numerous bus routes, ABC store across the street for food, wine ,etc. Short walk to Waikiki beach. The layout was great, the location was fabulous as you are a 10 minute walk from Magic Island where it is quiet and beautiful, and a 15-20 minute walk from Waikiki Beach with all of the shops and restaurants that people love! The view was amazing. We were even able to see the fireworks on friday nights. You are high up enough so that you can have the windows open, and still maintain privacy. One bad thing was the old food left on the dishes and utensils. The bathroom sink was black to hide dirt I'm guessing, but even on there you could see the filth. The kitchen was great to have, but we had to wash EVERYTHING we used before using it as it was obviously filthy. The guy we dealt with was very friendly and helpful! It sounds like the housekeeping team missed the ticket on quality control. The unit was as the pictures showed. Everything was clean, with the carpets freshly steam-cleaned. The view from the lanai (which was a bit too small to actually sit outside), was nonetheless fabulous, overlooking the marina, and was lovely at night too. The unit was in good proximity to public transport and a leisurely stroll to downtown Waikiki; a great way to walk off a big evening meal. Its location makes it easy to get to the Ala Moana shopping centre on the trolleys and there are a number of restaurants and an ABC within easy walking distance. Byron showed us into the unit and was very helpful with our enquiries and suggestions for places to visit. The unit was well appointed with everything we needed - some nights we cooked and ate in, and others we ate out - the unit gave us options to do either. Set in the hub of activity along the marina waterfront, we found the condo to be delightful and the views excellent. We could sit in the condo and watch the boats, surf rolling in, or the awesome sunsets. The location made the condo a great point from which to reach everything else on the island. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Clean, Calm ,Quiet,Private, away from spring breakers and the madness of Waikiki. My husband fell in love with the massage chair, and the temper pedic, me not so much. Great location with store and restaurants within walking distance. We had a great time! My only complaint was that the toilet moved when you sat down it would be nice if you fixed that.. we used the pillows from the sofa bed cause we like lots..
