Perfect for our group of 32. Rec room was a huge hit with the kids and for group activities. Kitchen and pantry really well stocked. Loved the multiple kitchens and laundry facilities. Lots of parking and front porch was perfect for sitting. Beds were plentiful and comfy. Our only minor recommendations would be to add window coverings on the back patio door, kitchen and all open sleeping areas, and to add a stock of hangers. There were plentiful hooks in the closets but zero hangers in the house, and with our group doing family photos, hanging ironed clothes was tricky. Carriage house was great and we’d rent again.

This property is beautiful, clean, and spacious, with lots of private rooms/areas, as well as roomy group areas. We had six families share the space and feel both cozy and comfortable. The only complaint we had was the frequent lagging with the wifi while trying to use streaming services.

Having paid a premium to stay in this lovely home we were disappointed in how unavailable the host was for help our first day and evening. We spent much time looking for bath towels, pillows and pillowcases, sheets, and blankets for everyone. They just didn't exist. The owner was not easy to reach the first day and evening so it was difficult getting everyone set up to sleep. He came over the second day to work on the arcade game everyone had anticipated using that didn't work. We never did get to use it. The host was kind enough to open their storage room to look for more linens etc but fell far short of having bath towels for everyone, pillows, etc. We scrambled to wash towels daily just so everyone got a chance to shower. We were there 3 nights. Each kitchen should be stocked with enough supplies for our stay instead of us raiding back and forth the garbage bags, paper towel, salt (no pepper to be found)and broom. It was chaotic instead of relaxing. We found the beach referred to as misleading as it is private and the hosts have no membership to it but to find this out took several phone calls and inquiries, then we still had to locate a beach and marina close by. It should be taken off their site as well as "newly built" as there were leaky faucets, worn carpet, squeaky fans, lost remotes. I recommend a door on the master bathroom so others can use it without locking the whole room out of use. The indoor swing and toys were a hit and washers

The house accommodated our family perfectly. Most of the houses we were looking at had strange bedroom configurations with, for example, 3 queen beds per bed room which made no sense. The bunk rooms, ensuite rooms and other bathrooms were perfectly suited to our needs. Loved: Great views of the lake from the shaded front porch. Fun garage with indoor basketball. Rope swing and climbing wall in the bunk room. Large great room/kitchen with enough tables and chairs for everyone. Would highly recommend and will probably come back.

Our family reunion of 40 members agreed: this was the perfect place for our gathering. Enough space each age group could could have their own activities without bothering any other group. Hosts handled the minor problems we experienced immediatlyand gracefully. Facility is close to lake and town. We teccomend it.

The home was gorgeous. The pictures online don't do it justice because you can't see all the details that make it wonderful. There were 25 in our group and plenty of room to spread out. The 7 granddaughters loved the bunk room with the swing. We hardly ever saw them. I would HIGHLY recommended this home to anyone. It's amazing. Thank you for making our 20th annual Family Reunion such a huge success.

The place was beautiful with plenty of space for everyone. a quick drive down the road to the lake and milkshakes.
we had a slight problem when the fridge went out and it took a few hours to get hold of the owner, but once we did, all was solved without the loss of food. would highly recommend. We will stay there again.

We had 31 of us and we had plenty of room! The attached garage/den/playroom w/kitchenette and tv was a huge hit with the kids!
There were a few glitches but the owners were very quick to respond and fix the issues.

This was an outstanding locaction for our family to gather. We had 33 who attended. There was plenty of room to gather, play and sleep. The kids enjoyed the play spaces outside and inside. Plenty of room for dining and food preparation and the garage provided an excellent place for our talent show and dance party. The bunk room with the climbing wall and rope swing was a hit!

This was the absolute perfect venue for our family reunion. We loved the huge rec room and all the bedrooms and gathering areas! The owners were so responsive and accommodating. We loved our stay at the carriage house!!!

The place was very clean and well stocked. There were plenty of areas for different small groups of our family to congregate, as well as a large great room for all of us to eat dinner and be together.
The rec room was better than we could have imagined, with a basketball hoop, little scooters and extra large pillow loungers. It was fun to open up the rec room barn doors to connect the grassy area to the indoor space while playing spike ball.
Having 2 1/2 kitchens allowed each family to store all of their food easily.
We would most definitely stay here again!
