Overall the week went well. There were definitely pros and cons of this house.
Here are the pros:
Nice starter sort of paper towels, laundry detergent and dish soap
Prosecco and maple syrup gift basket
Soap/shampoo in each bath
Nice kitchen
Luv the movie theater
Nice new dock @ beach
Very nice float with chairs
Kayaks and paddle boat were great. (Paddle boat could use a good scrub)
Beautiful lake
Beautiful view from house
Very nice deck.
The biggest area of improvement with this house is it really just needs a deep cleaning. There were cobwebs in the kitchen and workout room and you could see all the dust on the workout mat when the sun was shining in. The ping pong table had drink rings all over it - doesn’t like like it ever gets cleaned. The cleaning crew also left out a bunch of vacuums and brooms in the kitchen - I’m sure they have a home other than the kitchen corner. (The brooms were old and worn and need replacing.) The gazebo could also use a deep clean. We rent each year and this house was very expensive compared to what we’ve paid in past years. I would expect it to be sparkling clean. It looks like the cleaning crew gave it a quick once over.
In fairness the management company they did volunteer to have the cleaners come back. We declined this option.

This property is a bit of paradise on Lake Webster. We have a large family with many small grandchildren. It is perfect for younger families that just want to relax and enjoy their time together. There is plenty of room so all are comfortable and happy too!

Loved it. Great house for our family gathering, 3 generations, all adults. We made daily use of the lake, game room, theater room as well as the large kitchen and rest of the house. Laundry also convenient. Loved it and will be returning next year! Next time hope it's a bit cooler in the evenings so we can use the firepit at the top of the hill! Couple improvements would help significantly improve the experience include: 1) Please install remote blinds on the HUGE windows to keep the temp down in the living area - sun blasts in from early morning to around noon and makes it too hot to use the fantastic view (and windows are too high for all manual blinds) 2) put small trash cans in the bathrooms (we used most of them and lack of garbage cans for floss etc. was inconvenient). Overall great place and we're looking forward to returning next year.

The house is perfect for family reunions. A large living room/kitchen dining area where everyone can be together, but also quiet places for the introverts to escape to. TV theater was great on rainy days, and the lake was beautiful. We rented a boat, so having the boat house was so convenient. Fishing off the dock we caught bass and sunfish, about one every minute! Vacasa was very quick in addressing the few concerns we had on arrival. Property is great for a casual walk through the woods and fields. Franklin and area towns had shopping, ice cream shops, Hannefords and Super Walmart. I highly recommend this gem in the middle of New Hampshires Lake District.

My family and I stayed the weekend in this amazing home for a wedding. Home is on 700 acres and has a beach right across the road! Home was very clean and had plenty of towels for everyone. The game room gave us options as you can play pool, foosball, ping pong and space invaders! We were using all of the games! The theatre room was great and it felt like you were at an actual theatre with the surround sound. We streamed hockey and basketball playoff games along a boxing match and had no issues with the WiFi at all!
We had around the max occupancy and the home felt like you could fit another 10 people. The hot water worked great with multiple people taking showers. Would definitely recommend this home to any large group! Will be renting this home again in the future!

Overall, our stay at the house was pleasant. The location was great, and the cleanliness was satisfactory. We enjoyed the game room and home theater. Enough bedrooms for big group which is tough to find. However, we found the kitchen utensils to be outdated/lacking and the living room furniture could use an upgrade for added comfort. Hot water takes a while as house is big. Despite these minor issues, we enjoyed our time there and would consider staying again if improvements are made.

Great property. WiFi was iffy at times but otherwise, the property and house were perfect.

Property was lovely, super clean and nice, excellent amenities. Only downside is the WiFi was very slow, which was only a problem since we were on a work offsite and needed to do zoom meetings. For a vacation or leisure trip, this wouldn’t be a problem.

We loved the house for our extended family Thanksgiving. Large number of bedrooms and bathrooms. Game room and theater for the kids. Large Kitchen was perfect for preparing Thanksgiving dinner and great view of the lake.
The one issue was that the Apple TV remote was missing and without this there wasn’t any access to streaming services and the house does not have any cable. Not having a working TV for football on Thanksgiving was disappointing. We texted with the local property manager and this has been a problem in the past as well. We tried using a computer with wifi but the bandwidth was limited with a large group all on wifi due to no cell service, so the games kept buffering.
Other than that the house was perfect and very cozy. We loved the vinyl collection and record player especially.

We filled the house to capacity, and it did not disappoint. There were plenty of bedrooms, with on- or near-suite baths making the stay comfortable for young and mature families alike. The central kitchen and gathering area did its job extremely well, including a stunning view of the lake. We fished off the pier everyday (license acquired simply online, caught nothing but downtime). We golfed (spent most of the time looking for balls). We hiked the heck out of the property. Our mountain dog (ok, Bernedoodle) got his fill of roaming. We saw no bears, but most of us were OK with that. We had pool competitions, ping-pong competitions, foosball competitions. We are a competitive crew. Online pictures are true to form. The movie theatre is legit and was put to good use for movies and football. The house does have four heating zones, some of them serving a large volume, so there was some negotiation on the setpoints, but "no big thang" as the southern visitors would say.

This was the perfect spot for our retired siblings and spouses gathering. The living room with a fantastic view of the lake was big enough for all of us to gather comfortably.
Each couple enjoyed lovely bedroom with private bath.
Spacious kitchen with two refrigerators and a second dishwasher was a benefit for our family who all love to cook.
We are already planning our next visit.

Exceptional property. Hit the mark on everything we were looking for. We had a multi-generational family vacation that we all enjoyed immensely. Strolling Woods does not disappoint, pictures and description are 100% accurate. Webster Lake is the perfect spot to enjoy our water activities. Kuddos to the host !!!

Very unique grounds and house. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms on all 3 levels. The gym was used daily by some and the billiards ping pong and movie theatre were great to have. Corn hole boards and horseshoes for outdoor fun. We collected eggs from chicken coop and enjoyed s’mores at the fire pit. The beach was great with kayaks and a peddle boat. All the kids swam out to the raft daily. The gazebo on the water is comfy and screened. When there were issues the management team responded. We appreciated the Weber outdoor grills and the second refrigerator. A great time was had by all ages 1 to 78. We would definitely come again.

Nine of us (leadership team) stayed together for 3 nights for corporate strategy work and team building. The house is wonderful - great kitchen/dining/living room layout. Comfortable private rooms/spaces for all. Beautiful views and property. Only slight challenge was internet bandwidth (they had two wifi options) but perhaps understandable when many of us needed it at the same time. The property managers were very helpful/responsive (we had one minor problem with check-in that was immediately addressed). Overall, I would highly recommend - we all agreed we'd love to come back!

Overall a great choice for larger groups. We had 5 couples, a few single adults and 5 kids fit comfortably. Having the beach and dock across the street, a chicken coop on-site and a fire pit a short walk from the house was great. The only complaints I would have is that the home had a few rooms not as well cleaned, a shortage of towels/paper towels/TP, a few of the beds were very creaky or had loose boards, and the instructions for the wifi / theater were totally incorrect. Apart from those few small issues, we had a great time and would consider returning next year.

Check in was very easy. Everything that was needed in the kitchen, second fridge made it easier for food storage. Plenty of beds, bathrooms and space for 16 adults. The indoor and outdoor space was perfect. The trails out back, the seating area on the hill as well as the fresh eggs were a bonus. A very memorable time for our family to celebrate my mother’s 80th birthday. Would definitely recommend this property for larger groups.

The house, the location, the property, and the gorgeous lake just across a quiet street, made our family reunion 50th Anniversary celebration perfect in every way. The house is absolutely beautiful and easily fit all 21 of us. We hiked, swam & kayaked, roasted marshmallows, played soccer and volleyball on the huge lawn, biked around the lake and on the rail trail, exercised in the gym, and fell in love with the chickens. We didn’t want to leave.
