It also includes a twin over double bunk bed and sofa bed- all beds complete with fresh sheets changed after every single guest. Our home also has 3.5 full sparkling clean washrooms with complimentary soap, shampoo, body wash, complete with a shower, sink, and toilet so everyone can get ready for their day quickly!

The damage deposit is fully refundable at the end of a reservation assuming there is no damage to the property.
✦ Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed.
✦ There is free parking in front of the home. Although we have not had any issues, during weekdays there is a possibility of a permit zone being monitored between the hours of 8am-10am. Feel free to use any of the street parking further down the street at your own risk but keep in mind that we do not provide parking permits at this time for areas that require them and are not responsible for any tickets incurred.
✦ Quiet time hours between 10 PM and 8 AM. There are others living in the area so we have neighbors to respect.
✦ No pets allowed in the home.
✦ Guest's account must have a verified direct phone number on their profile which will be checked prior to reservation. If the host cannot directly contact guests on their phone number listed on their profile, the host reserves the right to cancel the reservation prior to its beginning.
✦ No smoking of any kind (cigarette, marijuana or vaping) and no drug use - a $250 fee will be charged if the property smells of smoke, or any evidence is found that smoking occurred inside the property.

Nice place to stay with plenty of room. There were 4 of us in town for a concert, and we all had our own bathroom which was nice. Lots of road construction in the area, but would recommend.

Though we wouldn’t rush back to rebook, due to:
Queen Bed with a dip in the middle
Back door that can’t be locked from outside, only from inside
Screen door onto deck that wouldn’t open
Rickety stairs onto deck
Missing garage door key
Short garage that could accommodate maybe 2 small short cars, but had to park a Yukon on an angle to close the garage.
Many scuffs and marks throughout.
Just needs a lot of TLC, and it would be great I’m sure.

We had a great experience staying at this home. The check in process was made very easy for us and the property was as expected.

The property was just as listed. Enjoyed the fact was large enough for 6 of us to each have own rooms. Property in my opinion could use some updating, curtains on back windows should fit better, possibly update Stove, maybe couple more Tv's in unit. I think with few things place would be able to charge more. Otherwise wonderful stay, hosts were easy and quick to reply to needs. Would recommend to anyone looking for lots of room.
