The extensive playroom downstairs includes a Ping-Pong table and a child-size theater with a stage, curtain, and costumes that will entertain for hours of fun! Crib accommodations are provided in three of the bedrooms for your convenience as well. Outside the home, revel in the dazzling views of Lake Waukewan from the wraparound deck or screened porch. The waterfront invites you to a beautiful sandy beach that gradually declines into crystal clear water. You may enjoy use of the owner's kayak, paddle boat, and 22 ft. private boat dock! The kids are going to be delighted at this home with a fenced playground!
