The location
The hallway has no air condition and dirty.
4.0 / 10.0
The indoor onsen (for men) on the 5th floor was nice. Dinner had abalone which was delicious and a few other nice things.
The room STUNK of smoke- I had requested a non-smoking room. The place was DIRTY, the carpet in the hallway was absolutely disgusting! Nishio (the town) is completely down and out, the beach has all sorts of seaweed, wood and plastic (and other) garbage floating around.

the food i thought its a buffet style and many choices of food for breakfast

Great value for money (including breakfast and dinner)
A large amount of food for dinner.
2 good hot spring baths on the 9th & 5th floors (for men)
A free car transfer to/from Kira Yoshida station.
Very friendly and helpful staff...during these scary Coronavirus times.
The only slight gripe was that it was difficult to serve the hot food...as hot as I would have liked.
(This was due to having dinner and breakfast served in the room during these Coronavirus times)
The free wifi is only available on the 1st & 2nd floors.
3.0 / 10.0
The carpet, the walls and the public bath are dirty. Old hotel with a good location, but needs renovations and more care with cleaning.
