Excellent apartment ...clean and tidy. Reception staff were friendly & courteous... spacious rooms and family seating area.
Exhaust fan in master bedroom ensuite was not working. This created a lot of steam in the Walk in Robe area.

The space throughout was lovely and it was great having it so close to be able to walk to the playground for my kiddos.
I loved the kitchen storage, along with a coffee pod machine, air con, washing machine, etc, especially staying for 10 nights.
The coffee machine had an old pod in it that was mouldy. The kitchen cupboards were much cleaner after I left than when we arrived. Also, the dishwasher had some washing powder in the rinse aid dispenser. The coffee machine, dishwasher and the cupboards have all had a good clean out now so it’s clean & ready for the next people to stay!
I accidentally left a bag of my daughters’ clothes there. A week later we have had NO response to my email or phone calls about it. Single mum with 4 kids and I can’t exactly afford a whole new lot of clothes.
I understand the apartments are going through a refurb, however, having holes in many of the walls and ceilings was quite disconcerting, particularly to my children for sleep times so I had to tape up one big hole above the bed they slept in, otherwise they were terrified until I did.

We came to Warner’s bay to attend our son’s wedding, quite a few of our family booked into the appartments. It was convenient for us all to be together. Loved the location, nearby cafes, pubs shops etc. Loved the spaciousness of the apartment. Clean Common areas. Excellent good quality and quantity toiletries and tea/ coffee facilities provided. Ample towels etc ( no dish cloth or sponge though)
Excellent amenities,Good quality kitchen appliances, iron, washing machine and drier. Clean and well appointed. Loved the balcony and the views.
Lovely staff to deal with, very helpful and friendly. Easy no fuss key pickup, and room and garage access. Great that own bin is provided in car space in garage. Also very handy lift!
Fan in bedroom( with en-suite), didn’t work unless light was on. Not good in the night, had to leave our bedroom door open hoping the air con from the Lounge room would help.
(remote didn’t have batteries either).
Shower head in main bathroom was tiny, whereas one in en-suite was a beautiful large one.
Had booked for 2 nights initially, but then rang and asked to book an extra night.
Were told we couldn’t have the same apartment because someone else had booked it, and therefore we had to book a nearby 3 bedroom apartment which was an extra $30 for a night than the 2 bedroom apartment we had, but that was fine with us.
Then, and we really appreciate it ,we were told we could stay in our apartment for the 3rd night, instead of having to move.Although
we had already paid for the3rd night in a 3 bedroom apartment, and were not refunded the extra amount it cost per night for the larger apartment..($30 I think). Had to make do with same towels etc the entire stay, also toiletries and tea/ coffee supplies were not topped up each day, and rooms were not cleaned daily. I don’t know if these things are included in the price. All the cleaning things were supplied so I did the vacuuming etc myself, which is fine.

We made our own breakfasts. Kitchen facilities were excellent and very clean. The location was great, close to shops and the waterfront.
Some neighbours were very noisy at night. The necessity to lock the bottom door was a nuisance. The parking lots were rather cramped.

The place was very spacious and clean. More than enough towels, toiletries, soaps for laundry was awesome. Didn’t plan on using but was amazing that it was on hand, came in very handy when needed to do an emergency wash.
Place advertised a ling and queen. However, it was a queen and two single beds. While the the two single beds could be pushed together, it is not the same as a king. We specifically booked this place because it advertised a king bed so this was disappointing.

Located in walking distance to waterfront, shops, restaurants and large hotel, plus 10 minute drive to hospital.
Reception staff were polite, friendly and helpful over the phone and arranged maintenance to unjam a stuck door.
There are enough kitchen and laundry appliances to be self contained.
No on-site reception, check-in and check-out communication was via email and SMS.
The large garage roller door was badly damaged and always open so not secure overnight.
Some areas and kitchen utensils were not cleaned. Glass sliding door in lounge room was difficult to open or close due to disintegration of rollers.
For a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment, that can cater for up to 6 people, there's not enough lounge seating. There are no TV's in bedrooms and only a firm two seater fold out sofa bed.

The cleaner who went out of her way to help us check in when the manager was not available . We really appreciated her help and she deserves to be acknowledged Sat 15th July at 1pm
The check in process meant going to the Esplanade motel. This was inconvenient as we had parked the car already and thought we would just walk down. It was a couple of kms. This could be a problem for people who didn't arrive by car. A better system would be helpful.

very spacious, very clean, the beds were comfortable and clean. plenty of space for the kids to play. close to all shops, restaurants and parks. Great location. Loved the underground private parking and private access to our accommodation.
Not a bad thing, but the wifi was slow, otherwise everything was great.

A nice location suited my purpose.
Uncomfortable lounge for the aged. Broken blinds & dirty windowsill in bedrooms.

It was so nice to have many shops and cafes nearby, and the beach was also close to the beach.
It was convenient because it was directly connected to the house from the parking lot, and the sunlight was very strong as it was a vacation spot, but it was great because it was an under-parking ground.
Also, Newcastle and Port stephens were within an hour's distance, so it was good enough to have a day off, and it was also good because there were many fishing points around.

very spacious. Great location for where we wanted to be.
few of the doors stuck so wouldn’t close fully. Venetian blinds in kitchen need attention and panel missing from verticals in main bedroom.

The apartment was very roomy and split level and suitable for 4 adults. Neat and tidy with a dining table that seats 6 and a nice large kitchen. Main bedroom included ensuite as well as a main bathroom next to bedroom 2. Accessed the apartment straight from the allocated parking space which was very handy. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Excellent location within 6-minute walk to the Esplanade where there are plenty of cafes and restaurants. Also close to petrol station and supermarkets. Would definitely stay again
No air-conditioning or fans in the bedrooms. We stayed in November so whilst it was a little warm at night it was not too bad. But summer might be a different story.
