The 6br/6ba spans over 3,400 square feet and boasts an open floor plan that allows your group to hang out together while still having plenty of space for privacy in the sleeping areas. This home is perfectly tucked away on a residential street yet accessible to all the city has to offer. This location is ideal for friends and family alike.
The Space:
Originally built in 1900, this home features preserved cypress wood from the original bones of the house, exposed brick fireplaces and restored pine wood floors throughout. You can feel the grandeur with 12-foot ceilings, golden accents, artist’s murals, and Victorian décor. The space is furnished with local New Orleans antiques curated for the right amount of Southern charm and comfort.
● Each Bedroom has a smart TV, Casper mattress, option of feather or memory foam pillows, and plush down comforters for a good night’s sleep

● 6 full bathrooms featuring 2 clawfoot tubs
● Bluetooth speaker, high speed internet and central air conditioning
● Large chef's kitchen complete with high quality pots, pans & knives, Vitamix blender, espresso machine, drip coffee and eclectic cookbooks
● Bath essentials, fresh towels, and hair dryer are provided
● Washer/Dryer as well as iron & ironing board provided
● Private gated parking for 2 vehicles plus free street parking
● Private outdoor area features heated pool and hot tub, day bed cabana, and outdoor grilling/dining area
Guest Access:
The guests have exclusive access to the property during their stay including two private gated parking spaces and free street parking.
The Neighborhood:
The house is conveniently located central to all the attractions in New Orleans. A five-minute walk to downtown, 10 minute car ride to the French Quarter and walking distance to many local restaurants and shops, you can properly enjoy the city.
Getting Around:
The area is walkable to many restaurants, bars and shops, however, taxis and ride shares are also a great way to get around. This home is 2 blocks from the St. Charles historic trolley that can be a fun way of getting around all the way from Audubon Park to the other side of the French Quarter. Should you be traveling with a car, this house has two gated parking spaces and plenty of street parking around the city.
