Please bring your own beach towels/gear - sometimes guests leave some behind
Coffee Talk: Drip Coffee Maker Smoking permitted outside only - doors/windows closed/dispose of all smoking evidence properly to avoid cleaning fine.

For most properties, cancellations received more than 30 days before arrival are subject to a full refund. SkyRun reserves the right to charge a small cancellation fee of up to 5% of the amount paid. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will result in the forfeiture of all payments made unless you have purchased optional travel insurance and the need to cancel is covered under your policy
