About this apartment rental
This modern studio apartment for 3 people, just a two-minute walk from the centre of Chamonix Sud, makes an ideal base from which to explore all the activities the Chamonix Valley offers in the spring, summer and autumn months.
On the first floor of an attractive development, this apartment has been thoughtfully decorated in a contemporary style. The large window and glass door, which leads out onto the balcony, allow sunlight to flood into the living area, and for guests to admire the stunning mountain views. The living room has a comfortable sofa and a neat workspace for a laptop. Above this is a large flatscreen TV. The living area is divided by a breakfast bar with 3 chairs. Beyond this is the well-equipped kitchenette with a cooker hob, toaster, fridge and coffee-making machine.
Sleeping
The sofa in the living room converts into a double bed.
There is a pull-down, single bed next to the breakfast bar.
Bathroom
This stylish, modern bathroom, with limestone tiling, has a glass shower, washbasin and W.C.

Location
Centrally located, with excellent access to all of Chamonix’s amenities, the apartment is just a 3-minute walk from Chamonix Aiguille du Midi train station. From here, the whole of the Chamonix region opens up, with free train passes available.
Outside of the skiing season, there are numerous options, including hiking and biking trails through stunning mountain scenery. For real excitement, the Absolute Chamonix paragliding centre is close by, or the Chamonix Amusement Park (a 17-minute walk) offers a fun day out.
The town hosts many cultural and sporting festivals during the summer months including the Fete de la Musique, the Chamonix Yoga Festival and the Climbing World Cup.
For self-catering, there is a weekly farmers market every Saturday morning, in Place Mont-Blanc (a 10-minute walk). Here you can pick up the best local specialities to enjoy at home. The town is home to many fine restaurants and bars, which will suit all budgets and ages.
Geneva airport is a 1 hour, 12 minute drive from the apartment.
