This was a well-kept, very cozy (small) loft. It was very clean and well-stocked within walking distance of stores, restaurants, and stations. Owner left detailed instructions and specific directions, which is appreciated. My one “complaint” is that even though there are technically two beds (a pull down from the wall and a pull out futon-sofa), it is a very small place for even three people. But we managed! The bathroom was nice, and kitchen was as well. The washer/dryer set is loud, as well as the dishwasher, so plan accordingly! But they all work very well. Blankets, sheets, and bath linens were provided - very nice. Location? A little sketchy, but owners says to lock up! So we did—no issues. Overall, I would stay again if it were just me and my husband (no teen).

This was such a great experience! The location, cleanliness, modern design and amenities were PERFECT! We had an amazing visit and West Yellowstone is a great home base to see all of Yellowstone and visit Grand Tetons! We highly recommend this property!

Lovely, IKEA modern, and ultra clean studio with fully equipped kitchen with regular sized fridge. Nice small touches like lots of hooks for outdoor wear and organic body wash/shampoo. Perfect for a couple. It is larger than it looks in photos. Great communication with the owners. The property is in a safe but industrial part of town but minutes from the main part of West Yellowstone. If you don't mind the industrial view, this studio is a perfect getaway after outdoor activity--extremely quiet. (FYI: supermarkets in West Yellowstone provide a very limited selection of fresh produce, meats, and other items--come with low expectations.)

This was a very clean place and it was located as such that I could quickly walk downtown. The owner was very responsive when I needed something. It had a full kitchen with everything I needed to cook a meal.

SJ's and Marc's studio was so clean, comfortable and spacious. It had all of the amenities. It was in a quiet residential neighborhood that was in walking distance to the center. We were able to see the stars at night in the evenings. My boyfriend and I loved our stay here in Yellowstone. SJ and Marc were very accommodating to us as well which we appreciate!! Thank you, SJ and Marc!!
Best Wishes,
Margaret and Min

These hosts went above and beyond. When Yellowstone was closed, SJ texted us a map and directions showing us another route on how to get there, which was a lifesaver because we didn’t have a map of Idaho and there wasn’t always phone service on the route. Marc was very helpful when we had a question on how to run the tv. All in all, they were very helpful.
The place was furnished quite thoroughly with everything we needed and the appliances were all quite nice.

Perfect for accessing the town and Yellowstone. Just outside of walking distance but perfect accommodations for a couple. Super clean and super nice host! Everything you will need!

This studio is actually so much more spacious than the pictures show. The room is quite large, even with the murphy bed down. There is plenty of room to leave it down, and still easily walk between the kitchen/eating area and the living area.
The kitchen has everything you need to cook simple or full up meals. The oven may be too small for a turkey but it is plenty big enough for usual baking. Pots and pans are supplied along with all the appliances you might want including a crock pot.
The entry does have a steep set of stairs, but well lit and easily managed. It is great to have a super size washer and dryer in the unit, too.
For two of us, the space was more than ample and location makes it quiet but very easy to get to stores and into the Park.
Owner provided helpful info at checkin. One of the really nice extras was a GREAT book on the park that had all kinds of driving and hiking/walking info he encouraged to take with us on our daily visits. Having brought two other books on Yellowstone, we quickly abandoned them for the one provided at the unit.
I appreciated that Marc offered to answer any questions we had and also checked in with us when he was working later than normal in adjacent spaces.
If you're using West Yellowstone as a base, this is a lovely studio for two or even three quests.

Very clean and tidy, great style and the hosts pay attention to small details. This place is right by Yellowstone entrance and all the little stores and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay here and felt very comfortable...the hosts respond very quickly to anything you need as well !

Our experience was really perfect. The partment was much bigger than expceted, perfectly provided of everything needed for our stay and cleaned as new.
We would highly reccomend this location to everyone who's looking for a confortable, quiet location next to the park to relax after a day of exploration.
Bathroom and beds are confortable, the kicthen has really everything needed to prepare a nice dinner and pack some food for the following day.
Internet connection is perfect to check some email after the offline day in the park.
Definetely a solution we would chose again in case we would ever come back to Yellostone

This was the first trip to Yellowstone for my wife and me. This studio was perfect for us. It is clean and new. The directions and instructions from the owners were easy to understand. We did not do any cooking but the kitchen was well stocked. We used the washer and dryer to do laundry which was very nice since we didn’t have to pack as much for the entire trip. The town of West Yellowstone is very nice and not as hectic as a lot of other tourist towns. There are several good restaurants on the east end of town that we enjoyed. We walked one night and it was not a long walk. Other nights we drove and easily found parking. Overall, the studio was perfect for us.

It was our first time at YNP and this studio made it a wonderful experience away from home.
Place was modern, very clean, well equipped and well situated, only blocks away from the West Entrance YNP. Washer and dryer were a plus. Excellent parking spot in front of studio.
We walked to town to shop and enjoy a few meals too.
The Expedition guide and maps were an added bonus, allowing us to plan and fully enjoy our hiking trails.
Highly recommend staying at this home away from home.
Thank you SJ & Marc for offering such a great place!

This place is on the quiet end of town and is a short 8-10 min walk to the center of town. Very cozy and quiet at night. We were able to make our own breakfast with ease everyday. Kitchen had a complete set of utensils. A few things that the owner may want to consider providing are 1) TV with local channels would be nice since not everyone has Netflix or Amazon Prime 2) proper toiletries 3) coffee/tea packets with sugar and cream and 4) detergent pods for washer.

I waited a little too long to make lodging arrangements for our summer trip to Yellowstone, and I was pretty disappointed that there wasn't anything available inside the park. But then I came across this great listing on VRBO, and while it was a little bit more than I was hoping to pay, it was worth it. SJ met us at the apartment and walked us through how everything worked. She even gave us a quick "down and dirty" list of what we shouldn't miss while in Yellowstone.
The apartment was very comfortable, and I loved the furnishings. Unfortunately, we were too busy in Yellowstone to spend more time in it and truly enjoy it. The kitchen was a godsend, and saved me a lot of money, as we were able to eat breakfast and dinner at the apartment and pack lunches in a cooler for each day. I'm proud to say that we managed to avoid eating out entirely during our stay! It was also fantastic to have a washer and dryer available and be able to do a couple of loads of laundry and leave for our next stop with suitcases full of clean clothes.
I would absolutely stay here again, if we come back to explore the parts of Yellowstone that we weren't able to cram into our brief visit!

We had a great time here. The studio was exactly as shown and has a spacious open feel. It made a perfect home-base for adventures into both Yellowstone and Teton National Parks. There are lots of restaurants around for dinner - but the kitchen makes it easy to whip something up from the grocery store. Great place, hosts were lovely, and we'd definitely stay here again!

I've been to West over 20 times over the years for everything from ski races to fly fishing to hunting trips, and this is easily the nicest place I have ever stayed. It is walking distance to the ski trails or Yellowstone, very close to restaurants, yet just far enough away so that it is quiet. The owners told me it was built under a year ago and it shows, everything is brand new and works perfectly. It is a studio apartment, so it is best suited for singles/one couple, but as studios go, it is about as good as it gets. My only reservation about writing this review is I don't want everyone out there to book it when I want it, as this is definitely now my "go-to" spot in West.

We spent 5 nights in this studio and were very satisfied with the accommodations. The lay-out was efficient, the bed was comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped and the location was convenient. It was clean and very modern. Since we were on a two week vacation, having the washer and dryer in the unit was a lifesaver. SJ and Marc were very welcoming and so prompt in delivering some dishwasher soap when we discovered there was none under the sink. We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area. Thanks for contributing to our wonderful vacation in Yellowstone National Park.

We had a fantastic stay at SJ and Marc's studio. It is compact, thoughtfully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. We spent four days in Yellowstone, and this property was just a short (5 minute) drive away. The kitchen has everything you need to cook full meals, and there are two grocery stores nearby. Having the washer/dryer in the unit also made it easy to do laundry after long days hiking. The bed was comfortable, and there were extra linens and pillows available. The live roof was also very cool! It was easy to communicate with Marc, and he graciously greeted us and gave us a short tour of the property. I would highly recommend this studio for couples traveling in the area.

It was a very nice and clean place to come back and relax after a long day at Yellowstone Park. Was met by Marc at check in and he went over everything with us and showed us around. He was very nice and answered all of our questions about the area. It was a very nice touch. I would highly recommend this rental.

New amenities, quiet, convenient location. Meeting with Mark to get keys and orientation went great! Murphy bed worked great, we left it out the whole time. Plenty of room for two. Will stay there again.

This listing is very accurate. I have pretty high standards, so this property was perfect. It was very clean, well maintained, and tastefully decorated. We met with Marc, who was very welcoming. The location is in a perfect location as it is very close to the West Yellowstone Entrance. We would definitely stay here again!
