Fenomenal

El trato con Irache y Amaia fue extraordinario. Las vistas. La comodidad de la cama. Poder cenar en el establecimiento. La tranquilidad.

Sitio con encanto.

La ubicación si te gusta la montaña y la naturaleza es perfecta el personal muy amable.

Hay unas escaleras un poco dificultosas para subir maletas y hay bastantes mosquitos pero tengo que decir a favor que al estar en plena naturaleza es lo que hay y no pueden poner mosquiteras en una puerta de entrada y salida.

Trato familiar y lugar con encanto y tranquilo

El trato de Iratxe que nos atendió muy bien y nos hizo sentir como en casa. Las vistas son espectaculares y la terraza es lo mejor de la habitación. La tranquilidad del lugar no tiene precio.

El plegatín de la habitación triple era un poco incómodo. Pero la cama doble estaba bien.

Falta de comunicación por parte de los dueños de la casa.

Tras haber comunicado que nuestra llegada sería tardía y salida temprana y decir que no había ningún problema no fue así. En ningún momento hubo una buena comunicación con nosotr@s y se dedicaron a mandar mensajes mediante la plataforma Booking incluso a chantajear con aplicarnos cargos económicos, debido al ruido que estábamos metiendo. No lo entendíamos dado que no estábamos teniendo un tono nada elevado. Al día siguiente nos enteramos que mas grupos habían estado en la misma estancia y que l@s dueños se podían haber molestado en subir y directamente venir a hablar con nosotr@s en el lugar de andar mandando mensajes. No volvería a repetir y se lo recomendaría a nadie.

Para repetir si volvemos por la zona!

Tanto el trato recibido desde el momento de hacer la reserva, la comodidad de la llegada. La estancia y el precio son inmejorables. La verdad es que todo fue de 10. El desayuno que nos prepararon estaba riquísimo, todo super limpio y la cama muy cómoda.

Lo único que no nos gustó al final no depende de la estancia ni de la atención que, repito, fueron de 10, si no de los exteriores. Y es que esta rodeado de un campo de tiro y fue un poco incómodo despertar antes de las 7 de la mañana por las voces y los tiros, ya que no nos lo esperabamos. Al rato ya nos acostumbramos, pero el despertar fue muy de golpe.

Formidable étape avec un super accueil.

L'accueil était formidable, généreux et joyeux. Le repas du soir et le petit-déjeuner étaient délicieux et copieux. La chambre était très belle, avec une belle vue sur la montagne et le soleil couchant. Je recommande !

Lovely place

Superb location with a stunning view, spacious and comfortable apartment. Very friendly staff, good quality breakfast.

Bathroom was a bit dark and shower didn't work properly.

Nice place to stay and eat

The hostess was very friendly and helpful and the room itself was spacious and clean. I had a shared livingroom and bathroom, witch was clean and big. Had a nice good diner as well. Had a lovely night there and can recommend it!

Hotel located in mountain area with very nice views. There is a restaurant on 1st floor with good food. Appartment was very large and well equipped. You will find everything you need for comfort stay.

Superb

The location was lovely and quiet. We enjoyed the "menu" for our evening meal. There was plenty of hot water for us both to shower after our walk up the hill behind the property.

The room would benefit from air conditioning.

A wonderful welcoming place to stay.

beautifully situated and quite isolated. the hostess was Fantastic. very helpful and friendly and very accommodating. sympathetic to the fact that we were tired, hungry and had finished a very long walk. just lovely. we had a fantastic evening meal. really filling and she threw on some complimentary fried potatoes. just lovely. so friendly.

Mountain view room, dog friendly

The location in the mountain which gives a beautiful view from the bedroom was perfect. The room was clean and with good enough space for the luggage. The staff is super friendly even though they don't speak English. The food was good with a good value for the money (a lot of quantity).

No English speaker which can make it complicated for non Spanish speaker. There was one staff that speaks French.
