The home is really well located and nicely appointed, very spacious for myself, three kids, and their families. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. Couldn’t have been a better stay.

The house was spotless, very well appointed with lots of thoughtful touches, and very comfortable. Bathrooms and showers were great and the property was very well kept. The owner, Rebecca, was extremely responsive and communicative. Overall, a great experience for our whole family.

Visited over the Fourth of July weekend and had a wonderful stay at this beautiful lakehouse. The property is even better than the pictures of it. The property owner is a jewel--so responsive to our every question. She included small touches that really made us feel welcomed (like the Houston blend K-cups and the hotel-quality toiletries and amenities). The house is very well-appointed and the kitchen was a dream. The primary bath was extraordinary. Waking up to the sunrise over the lake, and watching the sunset each night was awesome! This house is everything!

Had a wonderful weekend with several couples and house was perfect. Bathroom for every couple which is super nice. Very clean and great sunset views. We really love being in Willis as the lake always seems less crowded. This is the second time for us to rent this property and already have a date to come back!!

We had a great time! The eye of Hurricane Beryl came over us on Monday afternoon - had lots of rain and lost electricity for a short time, but one it pushed through, we had a great time. Quiet, relaxing, great fishing. House was immaculate and very well supplied. The host was easy to reach and very responsive to our needs.

We had a wonderful day at Rebecca's property! We had a group of 10 bridesmaids in town for a wedding weekend. There was plenty of space to get ready as each bedroom has its own private bathroom! The house was clean, had all the amenities, and the view of the lake is absolutely gorgeous during the sunset. Rebecca was awesome to work with, had great communication, and checked in on us periodically to make sure we were comfortable. I highly recommend!!

The house was gorgeous and just as described in the listing! Super clean, everything was new and modern, very comfy beds and linens. I appreciated the extras, like beach towels and life jackets, and well as kayaks and paddle board. The house was very spacious for 4 adults and 6 teenagers, except for the bunk room - that room was comically tiny and would be totally fine for kids maybe 8 & under, but the two thirteen year olds were cramped. But there was tons of space to hang out upstairs in the common area, plus they were swimming in the lake and kayaking most of the time anyway, so it wasn’t an issue. The area of the lake is nice and quiet, perfect for swimming and hanging out in the dock. Great location, great house, we had an amazing time, and we would absolutely go back!

Honestly, pictures don’t do this place justice. My family and I had an amazing time. Wish we could of stayed longer! If you are in the market for a quite and beautiful lake weekend, this is the spot to be!

We truly enjoyed our stay! Becky has all the info you need laid out in a convenient book on her buffet table in the dining area! We loved the shaded fishing! Everything we needed was there! She even accommodated our 1 yr old with a high chair & pack n play crib! She really went above & beyond to make our stay comfortable! We are truly grateful & will look forward to staying again in the future!

Stayed Memorial Day weekend with 4 couples. And a few friends. It was very convenient with each room having their own bathrooms! Boat launch is right around the corner which is gated and need a key card to access! Very convenient! This place is north of the 1097 bridge which made it a smooth boat ride to party cove! Kitchen it huge, which made cooking for everyone easy! Never felt crowded with 11 people in this house! Would for sure stay again!

The house was amazing and actually better than the pictures. Had everything we needed plus more. Great layout for multiple couples. Becky was easy to get in touch with and answered all my questions. Kids and adults had fun with the provided Kayaks out on the lake. Will definitely be back again. Thanks Becky!

We have rented a lake house every summer for the past 10 years to spend with our family. This has been our favorite home so far! Very spacious, high end accommodations, 5 bedrooms, each with it's own bathroom, The boat deck was a nice hangout and the fire pit was fun for doing s'mores! We will be back!!

Modern property has four duplicate bedrooms - two up and two down - each with a private bathroom/shower. Also has a small bedroom with bunk beds. Assume views from upstairs and backyard/dock area. The property manager was assume and answered all our questions quickly.

This was the perfect house for our group. It was thought out so well with bathrooms in each bedroom and all the amenities to make it feel like home. The water front sunsets didn’t hurt either 😉. So happy our family got to spend a great weekend in this beautiful home!

Absolutely breathtaking home on the main waterfront of Lake Conroe everything was perfect. We really loved the kitchen and everything we needed was there. Thoughtful layout with room for all 11 of us. The half bath near the living area was great. The house was VERY clean and overall we were quite comfortable. We could gather but at the same time if someone needed to step away for a phone call or privacy the option is there. The deck is amazing, we were easily able to dock our 18 foot boat for ease of in/egress to the lake. We spent a lot of time swimming and there were stairs to get out of the water easily. Highly recommend this rental!

Had a blast with family on the lake. Home is in excellent condition, clean and convenient for our lake toys. Upstairs is perfect for kids “suite” giving them their space. Property Manager is great. Made things very easy and checked in several times throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. Also sent a reminder of our responsibilities at checkout. We’ll be back!

My friends and I stayed at this home over 4th of July weekend. The home was very well appointed and decorated. The house was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the place was very spacious - ideal for hanging out when we got some rain. The two patios were great spots to hang out and we even had a great view of the fireworks on the lake. The boat dock was super convenient and it even had stairs to get down to the water for swimming. Madison, the property manager, was very helpful and responded to all of our questions very quickly. I’d recommend this place to anyone and definitely intend to return.

The home was immaculate and perfect for our family. Beautiful Sunsets, plenty of room inside and out. Great views of the Lake downstairs and upstairs. Close to stores and shopping. Owners great! Responded quickly to any questions I had. Loved that they had a paddle boat and 2 kayaks. I would highly recommend.
