The options for dietaries was very limited

Quite and relaxing place. Friendly and accommodating staff.

The place is awesome, a perfect place to loosen up, staff are so polite and friendly. The food is congenial, everything is almost perfect for me 🥰 Definitely a good stay 🤗❤️
4.3
a beautiful new hotel. wonderful decor and super helpful friendly staff.
it’s still a soft opening so no bar yet and bits still being finalised.
4.3
super nice room, comfortable and quiet. The pool was really nice and the staff was amazing.
Nothing! Everything was super nice.
4.3
Everyone was nice and friendly. Staff opened doors which was polite. The bed was comfortable and room was really nice. The manager offered another complimentary stay based on my experience but we will see if they follow up with that. He also offered me a spa service but at that point my time was limited and I was ready to leave.
If you want to book any activities, it is important to email and book the activities with the staff ahead of time. The concierge services were pretty terrible as I requested a tour for the next day when I arrived at midnight and they said I would have to wait to arrange till the next day. The next day I spoke with the watersports concierge and another concierge and said I would like to book a tour and he said private was the only option and that he or myself have to find other guests for a non private island hopping tour. I asked him to contact outside agencies or see if he could find a group island hopping tour for me and he said he would call my room or contact me and never did.
As a solo female traveler, this resort was a bit awkward and the vibe was strange. I suppose for the look, price, and information I researched, I had higher expectations for service. They have a pool and beach but don't offer service at the pool or beach to order food or drinks from their restaurant. Additionally there was no information in the room about amenities, no room service offered, or price list for the minibar.
The boutique inside was closed.
If you want to visit this resort for their amenities, skip it. If you are on a budget, stay at another hotel, book activities and day trips in advance and visit another resort that offers a day pass use for their amenities, like Shangri-la.
The staff won't help you book day trips or give you tips or recommendations for restaurants or activities for your visit. Additionally I requested a taxi to Cebu City and the staff tried to dissuade me from going by saying it would take an hour.
Not impressed.

- Food was delicious
- Outside / beach area is very nice (main attraction)
- Some of the staff are very pleasant
- Hostile atmosphere from reception staff and some dining staff during the stay.
- Staff at continuous high alert in case they do not immediately charge for something.
- There is no sense of trust, and guests are treated as potential trouble.
- Not able to relax and unwind.
- Room size was ridiculously tiny, old decor that doesn’t match, and badly in need of renovation.
- Complicated set of two lift systems, as hotel rooms in a different building.
- Hotel restaurant was sterile in looks, and absurdly noisy when more than 5 people in the room.
- Extremely over priced, as there is no in room service at all. Reception staff explained it’s ok to order food in from Grub etc.
- Room safe didn’t work and needed to be swapped out.
- Hotel TV system doesn’t work - buttons for YouTube, Netflix etc, but none work.
- Wi-Fi was dropping out every 2 mins for 5 secs. The higher speed I managed to get to was 3mb download, but that was only momentarily. I did cal reception to ask if they could sort the Wi-Fi, but I never heard back from them.
- When calling reception, it takes 5mins at least. They do not answer straightaway.
- At night there are noises of door slamming.
- Some staff very expectant of tips, become hostile if not provided.
- No gym.

Exceeded my expectations. The Hotel is super new, in a region that seems to be still developing. The room is great, the pool with a view of the sea and a great private beach.
The staff was great, always very polite and helpful. There is a bakery inside the hotel which is wonderful for an afternoon snack.
The only problem is the afternoon sun, which is behind the hotel and so the pool is in the shade. That is, enjoy the pool in the morning.
- Gym wasn't ready yet - So i can't comment on that

The property is clean and newly opened, and the design/branding is nice.
The breakfast buffet is good
The staff is good
The massage was excellent
- limited beach area, murky water and stones and you have to go down the stairs separated by pavements to reach the beach
- pool temperature is not adjustable, you have to rely on the sun.
- The surrounded area is not nice and somewhat smelly, lots of buildings scraps.
- Most facilities (Gym, room service) are not yet open
- The options for dining is limited if you are vegetarian or want small portions
- Warm water is not available if you are taking a bath or long shower, it finishes halfway
- No welcome drinks or any other treats
- The spa only offered massage and facials (no nail care, or body wrap/scrub)
- All additional water activities are of charge (I have been in other hotels where the water activities provided by the hotel was included in the booking, you only had to pay for extra or outsourced activities)
- Rooms are connected and you can hear everything happening next door.
- no possibility or space to have a long or cycling

surprisingly beautiful!
the hot water didn’t last long and too far from the city! But, if you like the privacy, then this is the place for you! The beach has too much stones!

staff very friendly.
toliet often stench from waste pipe.

Breakfast exceeded expectations. Was delicious. Hotel was clean and exactly what we wanted for a short stay. Staff were helpful. Pleased with our stay.
Dinner menu was just fine, not awesome. Surprised as breakfast was fantastic.
4.3
Clean, and very friendly staff. the Kitchen and the Bakery offers great selection of food. The Spa was great and very relaxing and the house keepers did a great job!
Wished there were more things to do at the resort like entertainment;live music. Also for the other amenities like the gym, shop and arcade to be open. Also an open bar would be a great addition!
4.3
Good service. There wasn’t much vegetarian option in the restaurant, but the staff went extra mile to prepare some dishes especially for me.

We loved the staff most, then the pool and beach area and then our giant bed 💕. We ordered a sedan pickup from the airport and Clayde from concierge came to get us. After pick up we met him every night! He was our best friend the whole trip, answering all of my husbands messages and even helping us in his off time.
we were constantly asking reception for taxis, food orders or tour booking information and they made our stay so easy.
The breakfast food was really nice, we ordered 3 omelettes everyday and always ate the beef dish because it’s the best beef I’ve eaten in years.
The pool is so relaxing with the beautiful view, you can borrow pool towels for free. I rented a snorkel for 30 minutes our last day to go find some fish and found yellow clown fish and blue John Dorys.
The hotel had only been open 2 months on our visit and so not all amenities were ready yet, but staff told us they will be soon.
I hope when they finish opening the kitchen/ bar and pool are open a little later because the resort is far from any stores.
4.3
Customer service and facilities are very good enough for the price the offer for 2 people in one room.
The room was very clean, everything in the building is pretty new.
It is not related complete to the hotel, but it is very anoying to move only by taxi out of the resort, I think mostly of the resorts around in Mactan has situation in this area of the city. It doesn't feel safe to go out and you have to walk pretty much if you want to find other transportation offers which anyway is for taking you out.
4.3
Quiet environment
Comfy bed and modern facilities
Wonderful pool
Good breakfast
Rather bad location
Nothing but the sea is around the hotel
4.3
This was a beautiful hotel. The staff was very attentive and the food in the restaurant was excellent. The room was a nice size for a family and there was an incredible view from the room.
4.3
Everything! Beautiful location and the staff so polite and friendly. Views are amazing and the beach and infinity pool are fantastic.
Nothing.
4.3
the pool, the BAKERY CAFE, the rooms
not much food choice in the hotel or around
4.3
The pool and the tub was nice and food was great
At first, the bracelets (in lieu of key cards) were non functional, but after a few attempts we were transferred to a smaller room but a cozier feel and ocean view. We appreciated the upgrade and late check out approval to compensate for the hiccup. Then upon check out, we were billed with another room’s restaurant bill but was immediately corrected after a few minutes. Over all, the stay was nice.
4.3
it has pool and beach access and it was very relaxing far from noise of the city. The water pools are very good and fitted our wants. the aesthetics of the resort are amazing and nice. Highlighting the very good service of all the staff from reception to the restaurants and room servicing. our group really enjoyed the stunning view of sunset and sunrise.
None.
4.3
the aircon was too hot and the bedsheets were to rough
