This is a quiet, end-of-road house in a small town. Its perfect for escaping city and having some down time in nature. The river is behind the home, and theres a nice backyard area to sit in and enjoy the sound of the water. The house is cute and you can tell the owners love it. Its well-appointed and probably the best stocked kitchen I've ever come across in our adventures. Its a peefect location to access Rainier or Crystal Mountain.

Enjoyed our stay and would stay again in the future. We did not have the opportunity to enjoy some of the amenities (fire pit, walk along the river) the property offers that would make staying here even better.

Our family stayed here as we hiked Mt Rainer. The hot tub was AMAZING after a long day hiking. We had some Elk right in the yard! The cabin was very clean with lots of kitchen items. We grilled out back…it was the last house in the neighborhood so it was very quiet. It was PERFECT for out family!

This house was clean and well equipped. It had everything you could want for indoor or outdoor cooking. All you need is food. The hot tub was amazing. I would recommend this for friends that wanted to stay in the Greenwater area.

We stayed at the Richardsons for a weekend celebration and some family ski time at Crystal. The house was perfect for our family of 4 and dog - plenty of space, well equipped and great location right next to the river. The hosts were very accommodating and communication was great. We will stay here again! Thank you, Richardsons!

We had a lovely stay in Greenwater at this perfectly stocked cabin. Super convenient location for being in Greenwater and getting to Crystal and just steps to the river behind the property. Due to low snow at the mountain, we explored some great local hikes, one off Lumpy Lane and another just 2 miles down the road. The hot tub and zipline were well loved by all. Comfy beds, an awesome fireplace and well stocked kitchen made for cozy nights. The owners were super fast at communication and we appreciate them letting us leave a car in the driveway past check out to minimize the miles on 410. All 4 family members vote to stay at RRR again!

Spent a relaxing two nights with brother, sister and spouses. Cabin is in a nice quiet location. It was very clean and was stocked with everything we needed for an enjoyable weekend. The hot tub felt great on the freezing nights. We even tried out the zip line.

Our group of four friends had a great weekend hiking, relaxing and playing games. The house is comfortable, makes great use of space and is well stocked. The proximity to Mt Rainier presents many hiking options and hot tub after long hike was perfect. Winter must be great too

Gorgeous property right next to the river, we loved our weekend traveling around the mountain and hanging about in the fresh air. Across the main road was such a cute Ice Cream place we went and had wonderful huckleberry cones! Wonderful location, and communicative hosts. We would love to stay here again and highly recommend the stay!

During a trip to the Pacific Northwest, we chose this property as a home base for visitng Mt. Rainier. The photos of the property did not do it justice. So nice to hear the river flowing and to enjoy the yard complete with zip line and slack line. The outdoor shower was not working, but this was not a great inconvenience.
The kids really enjoyed the loft rooms, though the upstairs got quite warm in the evenings. They wanted to buy the house! The living room was veey cosy for playing some of the many games available in the house.
This is one of the closest accomodations to Mt. Rainier NP., though still a bit of a drive. The neigborhood is very cute and the properties well spaced for privacy. We also visited one of the state parks for some swimming - Flaming Geyser SP, which was lovely. Bring a tube if you have one. And be sure to stop at Wapiti Outdoors for huckleberry ice cream.
And thanks to our very kind host for mailing us a souvenier inadvertently left behind.

So many touches of home: a box of tissues in each room, towels and more towels for the hot tub, stuffed animals for our granddaughter to enjoy! And the kitchen had everything we needed to cook some great meals. Big variety of pots and pans, basic condiments and baking necessities, lots of plates and glasses and coffee mugs. Also, the decor and furniture are warm and cozy, inviting you to sit down and have a good visit. Excellent for a family get together This cabin was way more welcoming than most rentals I have visited! We hope to return soon!

The cabin is very cozy and has a washer/dryer and hot tub, both were needed after skiing all day. Couldn’t have asked for a better location.

Our family recently stayed here for a few days to be close to Crystal. There were 7 of us - 3 adults, 4 teenagers, and one dog. The house easily accommodated everyone, had everything we needed, and was very cozy and welcoming. Looking forward to coming back again!

We had such a great time at this little cabin. Super well laid out, comfortable, at the end of the street with the river directly behind it. Excellent communication with the owner both before and after. Can’t recommend this one enough!

The cabin itself was very nice and cozy, and the owners were very responsive when we reached out to them with various questions. The area was beautiful and we saw lots of elk which was super cool. Great location, close to Crystal Mt. Only issue was that the water took a very long time to warm up, and because of that, I'm guessing that's why dishes weren't very clean - there is no dishwasher so hand washing is the only option. I hate to say it, but we had to wash almost every dish we removed from the cabinets before we used them. That was the only negative. Beds were comfy, TV had Roku, and the hot tub was a plus. It's a cabin in the woods, so it's rustic and just what we had in mind.

Our family of 5 (2 adults, 2 teens and my young daughter) stayed at this cabin and it was perfect location about 30 minutes drive from Crystal for skiing and with everything you need to have a winter adventure. Lots of extra touches like lots of towels, cozy blankets, firewood, flashlights, foot massager (kids loved this) and even snow shoes for your use. The cabin has really comfortable beds with king/master downstairs with private bath (great water pressure) and loft upstairs for kids. The kids loved the spiral staircase and open walkway between rooms. We enjoyed cooking in the open kitchen and took a dip in the hot tub after a long day of skiing. We did not have 4 wheel drive and while it was quite icy on the small road in, we took it really slow (it is flat) and had no problems accessing the cabin. Roads were completely clear from the turn off to Crystal. We look forward to coming back soon!

The cabin was situated at the end of a winding road in the woods and had everything you could need to enjoy the winter: fireplace, heaters throughout, hot tub, grill, board games, wi-fi, tv, firepit, a well fitted kitchen, and plenty of snow! It was well prepped with a mud room for all your skiing equipment and clothing and came with plenty of extra towels, sheets, and blankets. Niceties like hot chocolate/cider and spices for cooking are available in the kitchen. There was lots of wood precut for the fireplace and everything work without issue or fuss. I recommend and I'll be back.
P.S. Even after some fresh snowfall the cabin isn't too difficult to drive to. The road was plowed and cared for, but the little road to the cabin is a bit narrow and icy. That said, I came up in a 4x4 4Runner, but I didn't actually need to use 4 wheel drive at all.
