Located right across the street from Public Beach Access 29, this three-bedroom townhome boasts walkable convenience and amazing ocean views from a private front deck. Enjoy spectacular sunrises over morning coffee and bask in cool ocean breezes while sipping afternoon cocktails.

Inside, slip into vacation mode with bright, beach-themed decor and all the comforts of home. The open living area welcomes group gatherings with strong natural lighting, a smart TV, and plenty of comfortable seating, and the full kitchen boasts an updated suite of stainless steel LG appliances for handling family style meal prep with ease. There's breakfast bar seating for two and the dining table can accommodate up to six for dinners or game nights.

The primary suite can be found on the main floor, complete with a private bathroom equipped with dual sinks, a roomy shower, and separate tub. Two ground-floor bedrooms each feature their own smart TV and share convenient en suite access to a full bathroom.

Home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

This property was a great location to the beach. My family really had a great time. We were happy to have our fur babies with us. A pizza pan could be added to the kitchen. There were a couple of dirty dishes, quite a bit of dust was under the living room furniture and the linens were dirty. After I sent pictures the housekeeping brought clean sheets quickly. Overall the family enjoyed their stay.

We enjoyed the location of this home. It also had a large garage that we used to store our bikes. The home was large and spacious. We only used the upstairs as we only needed one bedroom and everything we needed was up there. I enjoyed coffee and reading on the deck and watching the sunrise from there as well. A beach access is just across the street with a boardwalk that stretches almost to the beach. The beach was quiet and spacious. The Surf restaurant is just a couple blocks away and we were only a short drive to downtown. We also were only a short drive to many state parks. I would recommend to family and friends.

The property was clean and neat. Two complaints-no TV, or alarm clock, or Clock radio in the master bedroom. Both things I consider essential! The bedrooms downstairs had TV’s-but not the master. Also TV package was poor-did not have any sports channels.

Lovely house across the street from the beach. Very clean and well appointed with a washer/dryer and Keurig. It even came with dog bowels and a place mat! Huge deck with ocean view. The management company was very responsive and helpful, even outside of normal business hours. This is the ideal vacation rental for families with pets!

This home allowed our family to gather for nine days comfortably. There was plenty of dining and living room seating as well as deck seating. There are 3 bedrooms, the king and queen beds were extremely comfortable but the 3rd bedroom has very low beds with air mattresses which would be ok for young children but was uncomfortable for a single adult. We had to double up the air mattress on the single bed frame. The kitchen was very well equipped with clean pots and utensils. The garage had plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas and a wagon to transport supplies to the easily accessible beach access across the street. We had a dog with us, so the grassy area around this home was wonderful for our pet.

The home had comfortable beds (foam mattresses). The 3rd bedroom had space for our grandson’s pack-n-play and counter space in the adjoining bathroom for the infant tub. The home also had updated bathrooms, a newly redone kitchen with new appliances (we cooked all of our own meals) and a large dining table that accommodates 8 (our friends joined us for dinner one night). There is a nice walk-in shower and tub in the main bathroom. The main bedroom is upstairs away from the other two rooms. The home is located across the street from a public beach access and is on a beautiful part of the beach that was wide, quiet (we visited on New Years weekend) and does not allow cars. The thermostat (nest) worked beautifully so the house was cozy and warm (cooler downstairs than upstairs but comfortable in both). The flat screen TVs and all of the appliances and plumbing worked perfectly (which is not always the case with rental homes in our experience). The home was obviously well managed (which is why we prefer Vacasa). The furnishings need refreshing but for all of the reasons stated, it met our needs perfectly and we would definitely stay there again.

I spent Thanksgiving in this house with my husband, parents, and dog. The house was extremely clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed eating at the dining room table with views of the ocean. The deck is great and the kitchen was well stocked. There was a public beach access (#29) just across the street. We'd stay here again!

Great place right across the road from beach access. It was roomy and a nice home to bring your family. We really enjoyed the balcony. Beds are a little uncomfortable but if you're tired enough it didn't really matter. I would definitely consider staying there again.
