Pool Heating included with your stay! Pool heating is controlled by guest upon arrival. Central heating, cooling, and electric fireplace are available for you to use as desired. WIFI is lightning fast with 1 - gig internet speed. Complimentary coffee, tea, sugar, creamer and sweetener are provided.

Warning
Please BE AWARE…we are family friendly, but not a child safe home. There is no safety gate surrounding the pool, many steep steps in the backyard, a gas fire pit, gas oven, gas dryer, standard appliances, electrical cords, outlets, and many electronics.

All guests must be strong swimmers! Children and pets are NEVER allowed unattended outside, due to risk of drowning. PLEASE acknowledge the RISKS at time of booking. Swim at your own risk and NEVER swim alone. If you are sick, pregnant, or have a health issues, we ask that you do not use the pool or hot tub as safety is our primary concern.

Pool water is 5 feet deep on the deep end and 3 feet deep spa seating on the shallow end. Pool is 8 feet wide x 20 feet long. No diving allowed as serious injury, spinal cord damage, or death may occur from diving. By renting our home or being a guest of the renter you absolve us, the owners, of liability due to injury or death.

Pool is a custom combination modular smart pool with built-in Spa. The built-in hot tub has 8 body jets. Smart pool features include multiple lighting, heating, and hot tub options using a Pentair Screen Logic App that is controlled with the home tablet. The maximum pool & spa temp is 101F. Pool-spa heating are controlled by guest upon arrival. Spa heating takes about 30-60 minutes, pool heating takes about 60-120 minutes (depending on the weather and if the spa divider is being used).

Home Features
Each bedroom has luxury Nectar Memory Foam mattresses. Living Room has a queen sofa sleeper that can sleep 2 people.

Bedroom 3: Two twin beds with one 43" smart TV, small dresser

Kitchen: Keurig coffee with Latte and Cappuccino machine, blender, oven, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, dishwasher, everything you need for eating and preparing food such as pots, pans, plates, cups, salad bowls, wine glasses, beer glasses, coffee mugs, forks, knives, spoons, etc.

Charcoal Grill: guest is responsible for their own charcoal. If there is extra charcoal at the home, you may use it for barbequing. Please be careful and do not use the grille within 10 feet of the home.

Laundry Room with washer and dryer. Laundry soap not provided.

If you would like to use additional apps such as Netflix, HULU, ESPN, you must use your own login credentials

Pool is cleaned 2 days per week on alternating days M-F, usually in the afternoons. We use a combination of UV light, chlorine, and mineral cartridges to kill germs. Pets are not allowed in the pool as pet hair clogs the filters.

Gardener comes on Mondays to maintain exterior landscaping.

Dogs welcome on a case-by-case basis: $89 flat pet fee for entire stay (3 dog max). Message us at time of booking with the breed and size. Dogs must be non-aggressive, small to medium sized and house-trained. No other animals are allowed (no cats, birds, reptiles, large dogs, or aggressive dogs).

Other things to note
Riverside County has a strict noise ordinance. Outside sound emanating from amplifying equipment, music, pool, and people is prohibited from 10:00 p.m. - 8:00 a.m. However, in an over-abundance of caution and constant goal of the ultimate respect to our neighbors, we ask guests to cooperate with a more conservative noise curfew of 9:00 PM - 9:00 AM. If the noise ordinance is broken, guests will be penalized and asked to leave without refund. During daytime hours of 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM, we ask guests to be mindful of excessively loud noise and to be respectful of the neighbors as the home is in a quiet residential neighborhood.

Noise monitoring devices - one in the game room and one on the patio deck. If sound decibels exceed a certain threshold you will be notified as we are part of a good-neighbor program. Voice or sound is not recorded on these devices as they have the capacity to track the amplitude of decibel sound waves only.

Security cameras - security camera floodlight located above garage door facing driveway and security camera spotlight above the front door facing front yard. These are not actively monitored as they are for security purposes only.

This is a NO SMOKING indoors, but you make smoke outside.

The home is located in a desert climate and high winds are common. Though it is professionally cleaned, there may be some dust from time time. Routine pest control services are on a bi-monthly basis.

Desert fauna can be found in and around the property from Coyotes, to Bob Cats, Quails, and Bats. Please do not leave pets unattended outside. All doors and windows should remain closed at all times to avoid nature from creeping in. Bugs are uncontrollable when doors are left open.

Parking:
Unlimited street parking with max 2 cars in the driveway. The driveway is steep. Must use parking brake. Low profile vehicles will scrape the concrete driveway when entering and exiting as it is at a steep angle. Enter/exit driveway slowly.
