This is our NEW HOUSE LISTING ready for you to make some great memories with your friends and family. It is located in Branson Canyon and will accommodate up to 18 people. Family Canyon Lodge is located in a quiet countryside setting yet near enough to enjoy the popular Branson sites.

76 strip and Branson Landing are only 10 minutes away. Scenic Table Rock Lake and the public boat launch is a quarter of a mile away. The Branson Airport is just 8 minutes away and several golf courses are nearby.

The Ozark's beautiful weather allows numerous opportunities to grill outdoors on the stainless steel BBQ Grill. However, if creating the perfect meal in the sleek and modern kitchen is more to your taste, the house offers almost every appliance needed.

High speed internet is available along with Local HD channels and movie channels.

Two full bathrooms are located on the main floor, 2 full bathrooms are located downstairs, and 1 bathroom is located on the top floor. The main floor master bathroom has a corner jacuzzi tub, perfect after a long day of exploring. Each bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Washer, dryer, and detergent are ready for your convenience. An iron and iron board is available for use if needed as well.

If you are thinking about a visit to Branson...you should consider this property. Our family of 8 had a great time. Brad, the property manager was terrific...very timely in responding to emails and a small issue with the TV's which was resolved quickly. We would definitely recommend Brad and this property.

Everything was just wonderful! The house is very large, spacious, comfortable, well-stocked, and quiet. The pool was a big hit with our 3-year old granddaughter. Brad was great to communicate with. Perfect place for a family vacation!

We were very happy with our stay. The property owner was very helpful and responsive, and our family had a wonderful holiday celebration! All the amenities we needed were there and it was an easy drive to Silver Dollar City.

This was a fantastic property! Close enough that everything was within 20 minutes and just far enough away to enjoy the scenery of the area. Property manager was very accessible and the process was very easy. Would happily stay here again

We had a very positive experience staying at Trailside Lodge in Branson Canyon. Communication with Josh was outstanding. The house was the perfect place for our sibling reunion of seven people. The entire house was impeccably clean with a well stocked kitchen, hair dryers, shampoo and soap in the bathrooms, and detergent in the laundry room. The hot tub was an added bonus. We highly recommend this house and would definitely stay there again.

Stayed here for a multi-generation family vacation. Property was a perfect fit. Within 20 minutes of all Branson attractions, and close to Table Rock Lake. Very clean. Communication was great! Would stay here again.

Our three generations of family enjoyed this place. Everyone from age 3 to 82 had fun! Three floors helped us all be together but yet have privacy. We brought our own boat and the marina was close by for convenience

The house was exactly how it was advertised. It was more than enough space for our family of 18, and was well stocked with pots, pans, towels, soap, and dishes. The pool area was really nice the kids enjoyed the pool daily. Be ready to walk a hill to the pool area. The neighborhood was very quite, we enjoyed mornings of sitting on the porch, there are 3 porch areas, 2 are enclosed which was great.

We enjoyed the house for multiple families staying in a friends group. We loved having bathrooms right off of most of the bedrooms. We also enjoyed the pool and splash pad for the little kiddos. Josh was awesome to work with and very kind.

Lots of room for the family to spread out. Kitchen was very well stocked. Beds were very comfortable. Hot tub was amazing! We would definitely stay here on our next trip to Branson.

We had a great time !!! The bath tube whirlpool, the hot tube, the gas grill, all made our stay at this home a perfect getaway down to the cooking utensils. The place looks just like the photos and was a great location. Would absolutely recommend this home and look forward to staying here again.

This house had everything we needed. Even supplied baby gates which were huge! We had a one year old and we were hesitant to stay in a home with so many stairs but the owners had already thought of everything. Even equipped with a stroller. We had a small hiccup early in our stay but Justin was so prompt and it was resolved very quickly! Overall a great place in a great location.

The home was very nice for traveling to Branson daily. The pillows could be replaced, very flat and the cleaners should pick things up to dust (remotes especially). But those are minor details for how nice the place was for 4 adults and 1 child.

We enjoyed the property and loved the room for kids to hang out separate from the adults. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need to do Thanksgiving away from home. We had 4 couples and 5 kids and slept great!

Great house and plenty of room for a large group of 16 (8 adults & 8 kids). Basement is ideal for kids to have a place of their own while adults enjoy quietness on the main floor.

The house was perfect-comfy beds, great appliances, great to use the hot tub! The whole house was perfectly stocked. The host was super to communicate with and so gracious to us when we immediately notified him we accidentally broke something. We had extended family with us and everyone was thrilled with this home!! Kids enjoyed the rec room and the home was very CLEAN! Highly recommend!!

Our home was perfect for our group. The setting was very calming, the rooms were immaculate and the furnishings comfortable. Josh was super responsive whenever we asked a question. Just a couple of suggestions: a couple more towel bars in the bathrooms would be helpful; a recycle bin would be a nice addition; instructions on operating the fireplace could be included in the binder - we finally figured out we had to open the louvered door on the front of the fireplace to get to the master controls (didn't want to bother Josh so late at night). None of these things detracted from our overall positive experience. It's definitely a "do over" sometime down the road!

Had everything we needed for our large family including all age groups. The owner provided extra garbage bags when we asked and the kitchen had it all. Under the couches and beds could have been cleaner with young children.

Property was accommodating for our family group of 15, except the kitchen gets crowded at mealtime. It was HOT, so we didn't use the hot tub and screened porches a lot, but they were nice. Parking is a pain, spent a lot of time walking to the overflow lot up the hill and had to argue with a neighbor about parking on the street right in front of our parking area making it hard to get in and out. There were a few minor details that needed attention, not anything major but annoying enough to notice.

Overall experience was excellent. Boy picking up trash got smart with us about trash that was in the front porch trash can when we arrive. Started lecturing us as to how to take out the trash. We informed him the trash was not ours. Trash boy was completely out of line. He just needs to do his job and keep his mouth shut.

Great location just a short drive from town. The house was very well equipped and had everything we needed for 2 large families to stay for the week!! The hot tub was a favorite amongst the kids and the creek/woods in the backyard was an added bonus! Very peaceful to sit out on the balcony and listen to the water in the mornings. Would definitely stay here again. The property manager remained very accessible to us. Thank you!!!

Josh is an awesome host, very responsive and a joy to work with. The home is very well appointed. No need to worry about not having what you need in the kitchen. Bathrooms had plenty of towels, and the bedrooms lots of pillows to choose from. If we go back to Branson, will definitely consider renting again. Thank for a great stay!

We had a great stay. The house was in great shape. We loved the bedroom configuration in the house, it worked perfectly for a two family setup. The kitchen was well stocked and the kids loved the entertainment options downstairs. We all loved the hot tub, which was fabulous. Both families are pretty particular and we had no complaints, so that says a lot. The location of the house was perfect as we did a few days of hiking in northern Arkansas and we were close to Branson and table rock lake. Thanks for a great stay, Josh.

We thoroughly enjoyed are stay at this home! The owners thought of everything when stocking the home. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook all our meals for the 5 days we stayed. The bedrooms are all very comfortable. We had plenty of room for everyone. We especially enjoyed the basement with the theatre chairs and the huge TV! The table in the basement was great for playing games. We spent a lot of time on the screened in porch. It was wonderful having coffee out there in the mornings while it was raining Thank you so much

We really enjoyed our stay in Bob's house. It had plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, places to sit and eat and play games for our large family. It was also the most well stocked house we have ever vacationed in - plenty of dishes, dishwasher soap, hand soap, toilet paper, laundry soap, baby gates, high chair, family friendly DVD's. Plus it was clean! A huge bonus. Overall, an awesome vacation home.

House was very clean; nice quiet area away from the hustle and bustle of Branson; most things in Branson are less than 1/2 hour away so not a big deal; pool is a nice walk up and down hill so probably best to plan on driving to it with kids; 5 bathrooms for 6 bedrooms was very nice and convenient; overall great experience

Our extended family recently gathered at the Branson Trailside Lodge in order to celebrate our parents 60th wedding anniversary. It was the perfect place for spending time together as a family while visiting the Branson area. The home was modern, clean, and spacious. The many amenities such as the screened porch, theater room, fully-equipped kitchen, and great room provided space for all tastes, and there were comfortable beds in 6 bedrooms for good nights of rest. Most importantly, it provided a relaxing environment for my parents to be with loved ones for this important family event. I think I speak for all those present that this was a top-notch facility and that if we return to the Branson area, we will definitely want to stay there again. Shawn Messer, and the Messer Family.
