Welcome to a truly appreciative open concept with soaring ceilings and natural lighting throughout. The Kitchen, dining and common area are an open floor plan for the perfect gathering get away, to enjoy quality company and good times together. 3 bedrooms inspired by comfort, and designed for a truly relaxing experience. The porch and pool deck are a destination unto themselves. Spacious, vibrant and welcoming. The plethora of nature provide a beautiful view anytime of year and the view of the stars on a clear night with the soft glow of the pool lights only add to the ambiance. Want to grill out, have no worries as it is here ready to sear the steaks, chicken or whatever needs to be cooked to perfection. Relaxation and quality time is where the inspiration of this destination came from so relax, enjoy and let this home be your home while you are here.

This is a shared home - with long term tenants in the basement apartment. They have their own driveway, private entrance (which is located on the far bottom side of the house, and are completely separated by deadbolts). There is an 8 foot privacy wall separating the tenants and the pool area. They do not have access to the pool during a guest's stay. They are made aware of any guests (prior to their arrival). They respect the guests privacy. You may see them taking their dog for a walk or getting in their car.

The house was spacious, clean and the beds were very comfortable. My family and I enjoyed attending a UGA football game on a very hot day to come back to the house, enjoy the pool and grill hamburgers. The communication with Christian was great. He was very welcoming and attentive. I highly recommend this house.

My stay at Mr. Bells property in Athens GA was fantastic. The accommodations were comfortable and perfectly located for exploring the area and playing golf. Me and my friends especially enjoyed the pool after the hot days of playing golf and how clean and organized everything was. Thank you once again for hosting us

Property is in a quiet neighborhood. House is very spacious with a lovely open floor plan from kitchen to living room. The pool was very relaxing and enjoyable. Christian was a great host, checking on us often and making sure we had everything we needed. Definitely recommend this place and would book again.

This property was absolutely perfect for our family visit! The house is spacious and slept our party of six comfortably. We especially appreciated the open layout of the common area inside, which provided ample room for us to gather in the kitchen, dining, and living room areas. We took full advantage of the pool and outdoor area and especially loved the corn hole set provided. The property was well-appointed both inside and out with a good array of cookware, plenty of linens and pool towels, and several entertainment amenities including streaming services and board games. Parking was ample and the carport offered a nice option for us to load and unload with quick and easy access to the door. While we were originally concerned about the long-term tenants on property, the layout is such that we never saw or heard them and, in fact, forgot about them completely for most of our stay. Christian's hospitality was unparalleled; he checked in regularly to ensure we were enjoying our stay, left some niceties in the fridge for which we were especially grateful given our late evening arrival, and was incredibly responsive. We would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a conveniently located, comfortable, and beautiful place to stay in the Athens area!

We had a good weekend stay at Christian's place here in Athens. It's just a little bit outside of town and very convenient to get anywhere you need to go. Quiet neighborhood and the house is great and nicely done and furnished. All the communications before and during our stay we're really great and we appreciated the attentiveness to that. Would definitely stay again here when we're in Athens.

Everything advertised was spot on! We had a very nicely furnished home with plenty of room to host our family members. The home was decorated with all the conveniences a modern home would expect to have. The location was out of the fray of the university events but close enough to jump in if we wanted.

Christian was a wonderful host that had prompt communication before and during our stay. This home's three bedrooms were comfortable and well appointed. The kitchen and adjoining dining room were both large and inviting, easily fitting our family of four adults. The upstairs master bathroom was super spacious and luxurious, with both a double sink vanity and a personal make up vanity. Everything was very clean and furnishings looked pretty new. The location was a 15-20 minute drive to downtown where several family functions were held. The house is located in a quite wooded neighborhood. There was also a pool but we didn't have a chance to enjoy it. I highly recommend this home for a weekend or even a week's stay. You won't be disappointed!

We're a family of 5 and there was more than enough space for us. We stayed the week between Christmas and New Years. The house was even nicer than we expected and very clean. Christian was an excellent host. He stayed in contact from the time of booking to check out. He made sure we had everything we needed and that there we no surprises. We will definitely be staying here again.

Christian’s property was excellent! It was clean and had all the amenities that make a vacation rental feel as cozy as home. It was easy to find and we had no problems getting in. Wow! This was such an incredible property and Christian was an excellent host! The house was beautiful, updated, well maintained and very cozy! We had everything we needed and loved the special touches throughout the house (holiday decor, art work, corn hole, board games, etc). Christian went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and was very accommodating. Thank you for such a great stay - we will be back!

We enjoyed staying at this house for UGA Parents Weekend. The house was big enough to share with a 2nd family and still have our UGA daughters stay too. The house just as described, with a lot of "extras" like k-cup provided coffee, bottles of water in the fridge, plus soap at each sink and laundry supplies plus many others. - Regarding the house the layout is an "open concept" which allowed us to spread out and catch some football on the large TV in advance of the UGA evening game. - The host, Christian, provided excellent communications leading up to and during the stay. Lastly, I would add that the house is located in a rural subdivision about 15-20 minutes to UGA depending on Athens traffic. We figured out a couple different routes, so this wasn't an issue even on a game day. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

The process of reserving the house was a challenge as the owner/host asked for photo ID and canceled the reservation while I was in process of sending the ID through Vrbo. After I worked with the owner/host and Vrbo to reinstate the reservation, the owner/host explained that he thought I was a fraud. I’m not sure why, but it was stressful for me and my family. After that, the owner/host was great and communicated well. He made everything easy getting into the house and throughout our stay. The house was beautiful, spacious, and clean. The pool was great. We were in town to attend a UGA football game, and the location was so close to the stadium. I would definitely stay at this location again.
