The living room has a sofa bed 2 beds. The two bedrooms (one master bedroom with 160 cm bed and direct access to one of the two terraces and one with 2 beds 90 cm) and two bathrooms and 1 separate toilet, laundry complete the property.The whole thing is completely new. 4 star rated accommodation, no PMR access.the property is located in the quiet area of the balcony in Collioure 700 m from the historic city center and 600 m from the beach, in height with clear views of the hills of Fort Saint Elme. All rooms are air conditioned and the apartment is equipped with wifi.TV in the living room and rooms.Optional extra services: linen is not provided but it is possible to book it in advance and to collect it at the key-collection (double bed kit: 12.00 euros/ single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towel kit: with a large and small towel: 8.00 €).- High chair rental : 15 € week- Baby cot rental : 15 € week- Wi-Fi rental box : 39 € weekThe rental must be made clean and in good condition. The outing household is the responsibility of the tenant who may, if he wishes, apply for a household benefit 72 hours prior to departure (rate communicated on request)You will be asked to regularize the security deposit of your rental, the link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival and will be required to make it before your arrival (no cash or cheque).We are approved Holiday Cheques.Not suitable for PMRs.Information on the risks to which this property is exposed is available on the Georisques website: www.georisques.gouv.fr The keys are to be picked up at CityGest from 3pm until 5pm.
