Don't want to deal with the hassle of parking, no problem, this home is only a short walk away from the Breckenridge Free Ride shuttle stop that can take you and your family straight to downtown and the chairlifts. This is the quintessential Colorado mountain experience – your family and friends will love it!

This cozy 3-bedroom + loft, 2-bathroom home is perfect for up to eight guests. The Blue River community is a close drive to town; it’s a popular place for people looking to escape the hustle and bustle of downtown Breck but be “close to the action.” You’ll also love the nearby hiking/biking/snowshoeing trails! Just a short walk away from the Breckenridge Free Ride shuttle stop to whisk you and your guests away to the mountains while being able to avoid the headache of last-minute downtown parking.

Inside, the living area features a gas stove, comfy seating, and large windows that fill the area with natural light. Just outside, there’s a great deck sitting next to the river with a table and chairs, making it the perfect place to enjoy the cool mountain breeze. The kitchen has quartz counters and stainless-steel appliances, as well as all the gear you’ll need to whip up a culinary mountain masterpiece. The farmhouse style table in the dining room has room for six, and there’s room for two more at the breakfast bar.

There’s also a full laundry area and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the home. Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. We stayed for a week and highly enjoyed it! The beds were comfortable, there were plenty of towels and blankets, easy to find and simple check in process. The bathrooms and kitchen were clean. We had 3 adults, 2 kids and had plenty of room (although the house isn't huge by any means) We absolutely loved the stream that runs thru the property. Breck is only 5 min drive and we liked that the house wasn't in th craziness of town. Would definitely stay again.

Loved the location just south of Breck. Very quite except for listening to the Small River right behind the house. 😃 Great communication with easy check in, etc. would definitely stay there again!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great experience staying in this property. We are a family of 5 with 3 small children, and this was the perfect property to stay for us. Everything was clean, organized and as described. I would definitely stay here again.

The house was nice . Very cold inside when we arrived. They said there was a starter kit but that was not true. We got in after dark due to plane delay. And there wasnt even salt or pepper in the kitchen. Only had 6 bath towels for 5 adults for 5 days. I called and ask for more towels and they told me they would TRY to get some to us the following day or we could come by the office and pick up some. Not the answer I was looking for since we paid quite a bit to stay here. You definitely need to bring or buy everything you want to cook with. I think we will try another place next time.

Great location. Very clean and spacious. Quaint creek running along the back of the cabin. Outside yard could better maintained. No gas grill. We would stay there again.

Property was beautiful and a 5 minute drive to Breckenridge. The home itself is beautiful. Great views & convenient location. We had plenty of room for our group of six to spread out. We addressed a few minor things with the property manager upon arrival and it was handled without issue. My parents were arriving before us and we had spotty service out by Great Sand Dunes. The property manager was able to get in touch with my dad & get him the check in information... which I really though was above & beyond. Shuttle stop is a short walk. Shuttle runs are only every couple of hours, so it was really not feasible for us. We found some games in the closet & enjoyed a game night. We loved the filtered water in the kitchen. The only thing that really didn't work for us was the big TV being up in the loft. There was not enough sitting room for our family of six to have any type of movie night. The only other TV in public area was in the kitchen and had to be watched from the dining room table, which is certainly not ideal. We wouldn't hesitate to stay at this property again. I'm in Louisiana missing my coffee by the river in the cool mornings already!

This house has everything and more. Close proximity to Breck, great outdoor space, ample space inside for everyone to spread out and a full kitchen. We even woke up one morning to a moose in the actual back yard of the house. Less than 15 feet from the back door. Definitely a highlight of the trip.

We enjoyed our stay at this cabin. It had or was close to everything we needed. The amount of ice in the driveway was a bit much for my sister's car (without 4x4) but we managed. :) The owners were easy to get ahold of and always responded quickly. We appreciated that there wasn't a "laundry list" of things to do before we could check out. The cabin itself was beautiful and we would definitely stay here again!
