Downstairs is the remote garage with secure parking for your car...but you can leave it behind as you can dine out in the multitude of Oxford St restaurants, bars & cafes… literally a minute stroll away.
Upstairs are all 3 bedrooms with plenty of storage + large main & ensuite bathrooms.
Downstairs also has a large fully equipped laundry that opens to the patio with a clothes-line.
Perfect for families, friends + professionals with plenty of space, fresh air and a place to work, relax and walk while in Brisbane, but not for parties of any description.
To stress the above point, if you have any intention of having a party or breaking our house rules in anyway, PLEASE do not book our property (we have a security camera outside & employ security to attend + all costs passed onto you…for those thinking of breaking the rules)
