Summary:
Located in Glenview Historic District, our 5 bedroom 2 bathroom home can sleep 14. This fully furnished home has easy access to major interstate and highways making it quick and easy to get where you are going! The Big Gray Hideaway is less than 5 miles from the Memphis Zoo, Overton Square, and Downtown! Onsite laundry, free Wifi, and pet friendly with a fee!

The Space:
Guests will enter through the front door using a digital keypad. Once inside you will find yourself in the living room. This space is furnished with two large sofas, two arm chairs, and a large SmartTV. Just past the living room is the kitchen and dining space. There is ample counter space and all kitchen essentials are provided to simplify the logistics of cooking while you travel.

This house has 5 bedrooms, 2 on the first floor and 3 on the second floor. The first bedroom on the lower level is just off the living room and features 2 twin over twin bunk beds. The second bedroom on the lower level is fitted with a king bed. All of the bedrooms upstairs have queen beds. For any of our guests who work remote, the largest bedroom upstairs also has a separate nook with a desk.

Each floor in this home has a full bathroom with shower.

Lastly, the outdoor space- Both the front porch and back yard provide additional areas to relax and spend quality time together! Patio furniture and a grill are available for use at the property!

Occasionally, previous guests have told us that they do not like our neighborhood. We think it is great, and have never had any security issues, but we understand that everyone has different experiences and want to make sure you are comfortable in our home. If you are concerned about the neighborhood, we would be happy to talk with you about it, and refund if you cancel within 24 hours of booking.

Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.

The Neighborhood:

Getting Around:
Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!

Other Things to Note:
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.

Interaction with Guests:
We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free checkin via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!
