Situated overlooking the magnificent Clarence River, this property is the perfect option for your ultimate family getaway. Four bedrooms ensures the whole family will be accommodated in complete comfort. With an enormous open plan lounge, dining, kitchen area that takes full advantage of the wide water views across the bay, this area spills out through full length glass sliding doors and windows to a large, paved area with a BBQ, perfect for entertaining all year round!
This generous sized 4-bedroom waterfront home has loads of character, including master bedroom with private ensuite, enormous open plan lounge dining kitchen area, and 3 large guest bedrooms. The double drive through garage allows access down to the backyard with private sandy beach, an opportunity to launch kayaks and canoes, build sandcastles, or just to wet your toes. This home features a small private beach area and your own 6m private jetty. The jetty has 3 cleats to tie a boat.
Linen is NOT provided. You will need to bring your own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats and tea towels. Linen hire is available from The Laundry Yamba 6646 1571.
We provide a basic starter pack, such as toilet paper, dishwashing tablet, etc, to cover your needs for a night or two. For longer stays, please bring additional supplies.
