Very disappointed

That they were located in a beneficial area.

Staff needs to be trained on explaining reservation details to guests prior to taking ANY form of payment. I asked about the cost and was charged first and then incorrectly informed. When I did advise the front desk staff of this, they were extremely unhelpful and disregarded their blatant mistake which ended up costing me double for an emergency trip. Very disappointed and shows the lack of compassion and empathy from this facility based on the employees they hire.

All in all I love this place!!!

I liked the setting/theme of the hotel very friendly and inviting. The staff was very kind to my wife and I and accommodated to our needs. We will definitely be coming back for another stay!

I have no complaints here we were very satisfied with this very well oiled establishment.

Clean, quiet and felt safe

Front desk was kind. Quiet room, clean. Room did not smell like smoke at all. I appreciate because it bothers my asthma.

Great place to stay. They made us feel right at home.

The hotel is extremely clean. The room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable. The staff is amazing and breakfast was good. They even had gluten free snickerdoodle cookies that my nephew liked. He has Celiacs disease.

Exceptionally clean. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room and beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with several wonderful options. 24-hour delicious coffee and tea. I was looking for a hotel in the Detroit/Southfield area that was clean. The hotel was only 3 months old. Everything is new and sparkling clean. We will be back.

Very clean and comfortable.

Could have used more staff for check-in after 4:00 p.m. It was very busy and there was only one staff person, but she did a great job. The water pressure could have been a little better and the temperature of the water could have been a little hotter. There's also no place to put your toiletries in the shower if you're not using the toiletries that the hotel has supplied.

The location was great, clean rooms and friendly helpful staff!!!!

New and very clean. The rooms were very quiet.

The door on the backside by the pool Was locked so we had to walk to another entrance. Not a big deal though.

Excellent service. The receptionist that works night shift is great and very attentive. It's a brand new hotel and it is very clean and nice.
