Great place to rest and cut yourself from the world - literally 😉 hosts are incredibly friendly!
Breakfast (€8) and dinner (€25) are great - home made, delicious! Cakes rocks!!! I'll really miss that place.

We enjoyed the wonderful hospitality of Agriturismo Roccagelli very much. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming and so was their dog Balu. The outdoor patio had a beautiful view of surrounding tall hills, and there were country walking trails available within walking distance. This location is perfect for exploring the stunning Parco Nazionale Dei Monti Sibillini. It's a hidden gem!
The location is about a 20-minute fairly steep uphill drive from Spoleto, with many cliffside turns. We became accustomed to mountain driving within a day or so but it was a bit stressful at first. There are no restaurants or grocery stores nearby so we were glad to have brought groceries from Spoleto. The kitchen was fine but it would have been nice to have salt, pepper, sugar and tea bags in the room.

The pool, the view and the resident dogs were all friendly and welcoming. Very much appreciated the other guests and the host. Wonderful stay.

1) Appartement was clean. 2) Size is good (but we were with 4 and they sell it also for 7, which i can not recommend to book then) 3) my son was able to participate in a local football match.
To book this appartement (1st floor) was not a good idea for me and my family (2 children). Only if you are a nature lover, you will find it no probleem to drive about 20/25 minutes in the mountains to go to the supermarket or any other place to visit. Besides that, some other issues that we encounter (some of them have been mentioned on booking though): 1) No wifi in- or outside the appartement 2) You need bathing cap to enter the pool!!! (which they sell to you!) 3) pool closed between 14.00 en 16.00 (during hottest part of the day!!) 4) price on booking higher then on there own site (which is not allowed) 5) sitting area for the appartement is not attractive (place is dark, small and surface not flat), therefore we did not use it. 6) according to me this is not an agriturismo, you live on the 1st floor above the living area of the family. 7) Your balcony is above the terrace of the family, in the evening there's quite a lot noice from below and if they use the BBQ you have can enjoy the smoke. 8) We booked breakfast for 7 euro p.p. based on the reviews on booking.com but we were very disappointed (one stale muffin and some slices of bread with scrambled eggs). 9) Only the daugher speakes english (was only on our 1st day present).
I have booked many agriturismo's in Italy during a lot of years but infortunately to mention this was the worst experience so far (and with 910 euro's in the higher price range). But if you like hiking very much in the middle of nowhere, this is the place to be for you!

Located in a quiet hamlet overlooking a beautiful green valley. We loved the feeling of being far away from everything, yet the main road was only 25 minutes away. Very kind hosts. Great breakfast with homemade pies and cakes.

Beautiful scenery and quiet surroundings. Our apartment was very spacious and the kitchen fully equipped so I can imagine spending the whole holiday here. Great views from the pool!
Just a tip: Make sure to bring your groceries if you plan to cook because there are no shops nearby.

The view, the lovely hosts, the air, the swimming pool, the ambiance, the football games every day.
The shower curton needs an improvement
