Rooms are clean, spacious and the place is beautiful. The products on the toilet are amazing.
The app for the electronic key is not linked to bookings asking you for extra payment. The curtain was not big enough to block the light coming from outside.
The towels could be way softer.

Chic boutique hotel above a smart furniture ship and cafe. Great large room with ultra modern shower room.

Upon arriving at the property, you're immediately met with peacefulness and beauty all around! The hotel has amazing furniture and it well designed and thought out. I can't wait to be back here soon!

It was such a relaxing place to stay in a quiet area of Copenhagen. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, and gave us great recommendations for dinner and advice for avoiding crowds. The room was beautiful and very comfortable. We'd definitely consider staying here again!

Beautiful facility and spacious room that feels like home. Very comfortable and functional. Bed and bedding a very nice for a peaceful rest. The location, while not in the center of the city, is very close to the Nordhavn metro stop. It’s also close to the docks/harbor for a nice summer swim. Coffee and an excellent bakery also nearby.
You’re pretty much on your own after hours. This has more of an apartment feel rather than a full service hotel, if you’re into that kind of thing. The location may be a bit far out for some.

I really like everything about Audo. It's peaceful, yet you can reach everything by walking. And if you want to go somewhere farther, there's a subway just a few steps away. The café is great – it's calm and spacious, a perfect spot to get work done. Just a quick heads up: the elevator is only open during working hours. So, if you arrive late, you'll need to carry your luggage up the stairs.

Beautiful interiors with a local neighbourhood atmosphere. Great location with multiple transport connections and lots of great cafes.
Staff felt a little impersonal and dismissive.

Furniture, mattress, and beddings used in the hotel are top notched. Free bike rental.
all the towels have stinky smell. Got a free upgrade to Room#2 but the air-con is not working. they claimed that they are not a usual hotel, so don't expect any service. And in fact, they don't offer much.

Neighborhood is convenient; short walking distance to supermarkets, metro, train station and restaurants. Free soda and beer in mini-fridge was a nice touch. Room had very nice furniture which is also sold in their shop which gave a good opportunity to try it out in a realistic way. Overall, good for interior design enthusiasts.
There are so many things:
1. Blinds didn’t close all the way so at 4:30am when the sun rises the room gets very bright; also, at sunset it gets warm because you can’t block out the sun.
2. Many things were broken - shampoo bottle, conditioner bottle, hand lotion bottle (looks to have been tampered or mixed with water), closet door wouldn’t shut so motion activated light would come on, cord for window shade came off, lamp next to bed initially wouldn’t stay turned on (I had to remove the bulb and re-screw), and AC made horribly loud vibrating noise intermittently that kept us up the final night.
3. Room was incredibly warm - the first two nights we had to sleep with the windows open and no blankets because the room was so hot due to very weak AC, the rooms being in the attic of an old building, the room facing the setting sun and the aforementioned window shades not going down all the way. The temperatures were above average for the season, but still only 25 Celsius; the room temperature exceeded that.
4. Elevator not working after 6pm, which means if you arrive or depart after that time you have to carry your suitcase from the ground floor to second floor.
5. Sewage smell in elevator and hallways perhaps from construction next door.
6. Poor communication - had to request for check-in guide and details about breakfast as well as checkout procedure because the “reception” is also the staff at the concept shop and checkin is done via an app.

It was a beautifully curated residence and had very nice furniture and linens. They also offered free bikes for you to borrow to get around. There was a girl at the residence shop that was very nice and attentive to us when we inquired about the bikes and a later checkout of 1 hour. I think our favourite part was the breakfast as it was delicious even if small, but honestly we had to pay extra for eggs because all you got was bread and drinks cheese and some fruit or yogurt. There's a beautiful plant store and toy/book shop next door we recommend you check out as the people were lovely and had nice items to purchase.
Where do I begin...
LOCATION of this place is honestly so far from about everything. Even with the bikes they lent us, it took us so long to get to the city centre and all activities. We though maybe it would be nice in a quiet neighbourhood with a Pas Normal store next to it too and cool shops but it was like full of construction everywhere.
RECEPTION: Staff was nice who greeted up but ok...there is no reception. You walk in and you are confused because it's like a seating area/cafe/shop. When we had breakfast we watched other people come in to check-in confused as we were. They basically use the checkout counter for the shop for receiving guests so you have to walk up the stairs with your luggage to the right then you gotta go down and up the stairs to get to the stairs or lift/elevator to the left past again all clutter of the seating and cafe situation.
ROOM: Ok the hallway was beautifully decorated and the suite we stayed in as well. You can tell there was a lot of thought in curating the living spaces, but...it was so dusty especially on the bedside tables. Our allergies were on fire probably from the construction outside so if that's the case, they should be more thorough in cleaning and have better air filter system to solve this. THE BATHROOM was not clean and there was pink make up all over the sink when we walked in. When we informed them, they had a nice man come to clean while we were out, but when we got back he still didn't clean it all off. Like how come? There is also no space for your toiletries in the bathroom, not even a shelf or cabinet. If this was a real residence, I would not live here. Lastly, THE ENTRY ACCESS after hours was not well thought of. After the store and cafe downstairs closed, you can no longer leave or enter through the front or use the lift. You have to go through the side door and climb up multiple flights of long stairs--which is not inclusive for people with disabilities if you think about it.

Very stylish. The bed was super comfy. Claudia in the coffee shop was lovely.
No access to the main property after 4/6pm and no TV in the room. The lights were a bit odd/hard to get to work properly which was not ideal given the neighbours could look right in if the blinds were open.

The design was amazing. Love the area too, it's newly developed area, so the surroundings were still not busy, lots of great cafes and restaurants. Plenty options of supermarkets. Near metro, just 2 mins walk across the road. The staffs were friendly. Felt like home.

Exquisite hotel in Copenhagen! We spent our honeymoon in the Audo for 4 nights, and pretty enjoyed staying in the hotel. B&O TV & audio equipments with Scandinavian design furnitures are quiet stunning! It’s pretty worthy to spend our time here. Friendly hotel staffs always do their best to help us, especially Claudia. She guided us our room “the Studio Suite” and the hotel in detail. Beside, she reserved the taxi for us during the Easter holiday. Really appreciated her assistance. Anyway, we had a good time here!

I liked the design of the room I was in- number 9.
The floor was filthy and there were no slippers provided. I wore socks the whole time and it was dirty by the time I left the hotel room.

I appreciated the design of the room and high-quality local furniture and furnishings. It was quiet, restful, and a pleasant respite to return to at the end of a full day. The lobby and common spaces are stunning, and a nice perk to include the use of bicycles. The bed and linens were extremely comfortable, and the design of the bathroom is quite pleasant.
I was expecting a higher quality breakfast (especially for this brand and for CPH), and was surprised that we needed to select b/w juice (which wasn't fresh) or coffee/tea. Unusual, especially for a property so steeped in design and image. The bathroom wasn't fully clean (deep cleaning & the sink is showing lots of mold and bacteria) and I was surprised there wasn't much open space for storing toiletries, or simple nice-to-haves like tissues or a formal toiletries kit with a shower cap, or slippers. Given it's winter, and again, the caliber of the brand, I expected to see a shoe horn and perhaps floor heating. Herbal tea would be nice, as well as a non-dairy milk option (it is 2023 after all, and most coffee shops in CPH these days have non-dairy milk). A savory snack in addition to or in place of the chocolate would also be welcome. Or no snack at all (chocolate doesn't pair well with alcohol IMHO). The team was nonresponsive on chat (and email), which was frustrating when I had a time-sensitive question prior to checkout. The showerhead itself was showing wear, as it sprays in awkward angles, making the middle floor wet. Lastly, it would be helpful to have the side door code either printed on the key, or voiced upon check-in. I was told I'd need to use it after hours, but not provided the code upon check-in. The cafe staff could benefit from more training. It would be helpful to receive notes upon reservation confirmation of where to find the checkin desk, as toting one's suitcase through the cafe feels a bit off-brand (surprised that there isn't an elevator closer to the check-in counter, or that the staff doesn’t offer to take your bag to your room). All in all, based on the quality of the room & facilities I will be back, but I really had higher hopes for the actual guest experience given the brand and all that's gone into the buildout.

Breakfast was amazing. The room was spacious and the mattress was notably comfy. The property itself was only a 2 min walk to Nordhavn metro station.
check-in was a little confusing. we arrived after reception closed at 5pm but the staff was helpful and told us to check our email for instructions. we were given a code to collect our keys in a lockbox ala airbnb. no problem after that.
