Summer stay review

The view in the backyard and from the house is wonderful. House itself and particularly the kitchen was clean, as was the cutlery, kitchen utensils. Spacious and lots of room. Plenty of toilets.

No Air conditioning upstairs. Visiting in summer made the second story of the house noticeably quite stuffy and unpleasant to sleep in, as the bedrooms are all upstairs. Understand that fans were supplied but doesn't cool down the upper level effectively enough. Number of instructions (some with warnings of fines) is a little excessive and makes the experience less relaxing.

Fantastic Comfortable Home

Lovely Clean Home with Fantastic Location, Great Kitchen, Excellent Heating, and Great View. Host was very accommodating and quick to respond to messages. Great for families with kids.

Great location for our family celebration. very clean and spacious. Excellent for both adults and children.

Lack of mirrors next to power points. need some in each bedroom when the bathrooms are in use.

Everything! The house is very well set up and equipped. Shopping Mall s (2) and grocery stores are just 5 minutes away.

A most comfy place with river views

The house is brand new, light and airy and exceptionally well furnished and kitted out. The host left useful instructions and post-it notes everywhere. The keyless entry was fantastic. The house did indeed have a great view of the Waikato River from the lounge and main bedroom. The bedrooms were all a good size with very comfy beds and tasteful decor. Overall, a very comfortable place to stay with a welcoming vibe from the host.

This will be temporary, but we hadn't realised there was construction work happening on both sides of the house and having work commence at 7.30 am and not finish until dark made it less relaxing at the start and finish of our days. The location was a little tricky to find in the dark even with the detailed instructions. A minor thing, but a motion-sensor light above the front door would be handy for guests arriving after dark.

Being a world traveler with my sport I have never enjoyed better facilities than at this property

We supplied our own breakast in a kitchen that had every amenity, the location was fine, beds extremely comfortable, laundry fantastic. What more could I say, best stay in 40 years of traveling.

Nothing could be added to make this wonderful new property better, a fabulous stay

Very modern and spacious house with lots of room. Was given really detailed instructions on how to locate the house. Shops were located nearby.

The house is very clean and modern.

would be good to have pegs for the laundry, also good to have fly screens as a lot of bugs/moths fly into the house at night so we need to close all the windows or turn off the lights :-(

it was a good stay apart from lack of bathroom/shower room

Was disappointed as reason for booking this property claimed it had 3 bathrooms. as we are 3 couples which would mean each couple has there own wash facilities. wrong. only 1 en suite in master and 1 main bathroom/shower. which means 4 adults to share Wash facilities. this property has 3 WC(toilets ) not 3 bathrooms ,wording should be changed on booking.com Small detail ,need more mirrors and rails to hang towels in WC (toilets)

Very cozy and comfortable

Love the indoor/outdoor flow as we had family members come and visit and also the last minute booking, we loved it soo much we booked again last minute and it was a breeze, thank you Sharon x all the best from Hine & whanau 💕
